ToR Summary / 'Meet the Writer!'
Tl;dr - i was an outsourced worker, which meant i didn't answer to the target managers, even though i worked inside their store. more will be explained on this later!

Id still want open dialogue between us so is to not have a "worker and boss" relationship. i still want this to be something where we are both invested , but i understand the need for compensation.
