Calling all Artist
Hello everyone my name is Pop5on22, but I also go by 5ive. I'm a writer of many genres, but as of late I've come out with a number of stories that I feel would be quite nice in comic book form. I've written poetry, furry, sci-fi, romance, horror, and the list goes on. The stories I'm interested in turning into comics at the moment fall under the categories of furry, romance, sci-fi and adventure. Before you ask, yes I've been known to write a number of erotic, some might even say smut, scenes into my stories. But my stories, while they never shy away from the lude and or darker sides of life, always carry moral and intent.
The above intro was all just to let you get to know me a bit , but the real reason your probably reading this is because of what I haven't said yet. I'm looking for an artist to work with. I wanted to have a partnership with someone, but it seems that no one wants to work together. It may be more accurate to say that most artist feel they don't need to work with a writer to make comics. I believe this is because my contribution is in the dialog and plot where the artist contributions is in the imagery. I wanted a partnership where both parties would have equal say on both fronts. Sure I would have more control over plot and dialog and you would have more say on the art its self, but we would have had an open dialogue. But that doesn't seem likely to happen. With this being the case here is my offer:
I am willing to pay $100 usd per 10 page comic. I'm willing to pay more depending on the skill level of whomever responds to this ad.
I would like a partnership where money isn't an issue keeping us from working together, but if I have to pay to work with you then this is my announcement to any and all artist interested in what could honestly become a steady pay check. A small paycheck, but I could pay you just as quickly as you got the work done. Id still want open dialogue between us so is to not have a "worker and boss" relationship. I still want this to be something where we are both invested , but I understand the need for compensation.

I only ask that you have a consistent art style that you can work in , have some examples of your work when you contact me , and be open minded. And if you have a non traditional, or even an odd art style you should still message me. I'm open to all art styles as long as its something that can be done with consistency. I'll interview whoever contacts me and after about 2-3 weeks I'll make my decision on who I'll work with. Thank you for reading.
