I actually based this on official cia documents from the 1960s; it was a fun style to emulate -- i guess scp was trying to do that but, now actually going to the original, it's apparent they sort of suck at it.

#25 of last one left this commission (which was made by scp illustrated by the way) is a special nod to scp 2000. it has the same characteristics as the in the wiki but the location and design is different with a twist!
