A large chemical plant on the edge of the city suffered a critical malfunction, dumping millions of tons of bio-hazardous material into the city. the effects were terrible. ninety eight percent of the population was killed near instantly.

I'm gonna make a little bio here, since i almost came in contact with a paw walker today. that's what i call them, those that transformed still carry the virus in them, so i oft have to make sure i avoid them.
