Executive decisions Chapter 6
The aroma of old, cracked leather and cigars filled the room, dim splashes of orange light arced up the walls and the faded green filigree wallpaper that covered them. Lamps of dull brass with thick, brown glass sat squat upon the ancient tables...
The Book of Warlock 22. Reclamation
The lobby glittered with the refracted light from a dozen glass display cases; the contents inside glowing faintly, small metal placards announcing the rarity and purity of the treasures nestled within, resting on plump velvet cushions. It was...
Executive decisions Chapter 7
"You can't be serious? Are you really that desperate to crawl back to the mortal realm with your bony tail between your legs, that you're pulling this twaddle out of your grey arse?" Crowley had an expression of mixed emotions - disbelief that...
Our Goddess - Ch 24 - Intervention
Everyone in the bathing room went completely still as Inara stepped inside. The only sound was the occasional gentle splash of a drop of water falling from a wet body to the tile floor. Hebi quickly filled the silence with the rhythmic sound of...
