Temporarily Halted
**To all the MLP fans that enjoyed reading this, I am sorry to announce that I am putting the story on hold. for now at least. I have some other things I need to work on and I promised someone in my PM's that I would get to work on a story request...
A brief pause
Just a quick update sorry for the brief pause in writing. i've been dealing with back issues. i've got some new meds today and avoided surgery (thankfully) so hopefully i can spend some of this weekend being creative!
Musical Pause (Otherwise Untitled)
#187 of short stories a badger pauses her gig. ~ through the dimly lit haze of the bar, the badger up on stage could see that a pair of folk off in the corner were standing rather angrily at something.

There is a long pause, and the sound of a cassette being wound. "i came to this island." another pause, and the sound of winding. "the storm brought you ruin." pause. "the storm cast you adrift." pause. "so i brought you here." pause.

She paused for a long while. "thank you." "de nada." the conversation paused, and the crickets filled the space it left behind. "do you know why they laughed?" the voice asked. "because..." a pause. "i... i don't know.

"i never really thought about it," was field's eventual response, after a brief pause. a bit of a nod. "neither have i." a pause. "don't know why i'm thinking about it now." another pause, and she reached her feelers out to baby akira.
