A few aches still here and there from wounds not completely healed before going to bed but they'll be okay by themselves. no real threat from them. especially since i'll probably get a few more aches from more combat training.
I threw the ring away
This is one of recovery and healing, of coming to a good point earlier this year and making a good step in the right direction. what i did with that ring was very much the right call.
