This stuck in my mind for most of march, and in april, i started writing crownless. however, i wouldn't go as far as to call it a fanfiction of armello.

"okay, animated movie was crownless?" linet suggested. "yeah. about an hour and a half of runtime, all of the cast are animals. i could see the visuals working very well- especially in the castle scenes.
