a poem written for anzac day - if you don't know what it is - google it..
it's a little late but i couldn't stop myself from posting it :p
as we pace across barren unknown lands,
and remember the clapping, cheering hands.
1915, ANZAC, ANZAC Day, April 25, Australia and New Zealand Army Corps, Death, Gallipoli, Poem, The Old Lie, War
Fighting off german attacks, and sharing the trenches with british, irish and anzac.
one man with a gun, this is what to blame,
to the war that killed too many to name.
remember, remember........
the trenches were hell on earth.
