Just Dance
#3 of How To Fly
The Next Installment is here! Please Enjoy.
Kyle and Tristian are my characters, use them only with my permission.
Kyle was the first to wake up. He stretched his back and sighed, he turned to look at the sleeping Tristian. His chest moving up and down, Kyle sat there for what seemed like an hour before shaking his head and getting out of the bed. He knew he had no classes that day, but that was the furthest thing from his mind. He kept thinking to himself, Is this going to be about us? Or the sex? He hoped it was "about us," he had never been in a relationship before and felt that he should actually have a relationship with the first person he had sex with. He pulled on some shorts and walked out of the room, sadly he didn't know where anything was. "Never noticed how big this place was," he said to himself as he wandered about.
Tristian woke nearly seconds after Kyle left the room. He turned and put his hand on what he thought was Kyle's face but was instead a pillow. His heart sank, must've left, he thought. He turned out of bed and bent over to stretch out his back. He put on some cloths and walked out of the room, looking to see if Kyle had just gone to the bathroom or something. No one. He sighed and walked out to the kitchen and put on a skillet, if he wasn't going to see his new lover, he was going to at least have a good breakfast.
Kyle turned back down the hallway, how many rooms did this place have, he was wondering this when he reached Tristan's room again. "Oh," he was surprised to see no one there, "must've gotten up." He smiled as he walked out to the living room, tripping over his shoes he accidentally left in the hallway when being carried to Tristian's room.
Tristian turned and smiled, he felt like his heart was in his throat, and had to cough to suppress his giddy-ness. "I thought you left!" He said as Kyle picked himself up.
"No way, not with you still here."
"Well that's good, you want breakfast?" Tristian asked pulling out the egg carton again.
"Are you on the menu?" Kyle said trying to be seductive.
"No...eggs and bacon..."
"That's good too." Kyle immediately remembering that he was starving.
30 Minutes and a lot of bacon later...
"Man, that was great, perfect start to the day," said Kyle as he stretched his hands up while leaning back in his chair.
"Hey Kyle, I have a something to ask you," said Tristian while playing with a piece of bacon. Obviously this was important, Kyle noticed, or he would be looking at me.
"Anything," replied Kyle, "what is it?"
Tristian paused for a moment, clearly embarrassed by what he was going to ask Kyle, "Well..." he began to say. He paused again, "w-will you come d-dancing with me tonight at The Library?"
Kyle paused and thought, He's asking me out to dance!? FINALLY!! "OF COURSE I WILL!" Tristian practically fell back in his chair as Kyle jumped out of his. "Really?" asked Tristian, hoping in the back of his head that Kyle would calm down just a bit.
"Well of course, I love to dance!" Kyle said.
"Gay," replied Tristian with a wink, "the club opens at 7 so we can go then okay?"
"Yep!" smiled Kyle. They got back in their chairs and returned to the remnants of their breakfast. The rest of the day was, adventuresome, to put it matter-of-factly. By the time 7 rolled around, the two of them had rolled around themselves around 5 times, but neither of them were really keeping count. They had missed lunch, which was a true show of love from Kyle as he never missed a meal, so they had to go to dinner before the club rather than after as they had planned. They went to the club's partner restaurant, the Lapine Agile'. Kyle proceeded to baffle Tristian with his knowledge of theatre by telling him the history behind the Lapine Agile', he even went into some of the lines of the play. This only made Tristian like him more.
When they heard the music, they knew it was time to party. The first song was one of Kyle's favorites, which he proceeded to tell Tristian before rushing to the dance floor. It was Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Pups. Tristian was once again blown away by the random talents of his new boyfriend, Kyle was tearing up the floor. Tristian ran up to him, "I never knew you could dance like that?" he yelled above the music.
"You never asked doofus!" replied Kyle, "watch this!" Kyle cleared some space for him and proceeded to go into swipes and even some air flairs. Tristian was mesmerized by the sight. Wow... he thought to himself, he didn't even realize his jaw was wide open. When Kyle stopped he was approached by a few other guys and girls telling him that he was great, but he dismissed them and walked over to Tristian. Kyle put a finger under Tristian's chin and pushed his jaw closed, "Uh, you were kind of gawking, you freak," said Kyle in a sultry, yet somehow sweet way. He gave Tristan a small kiss on the cheek and pulled him to the dance floor to dance with him.
Later that night, when they were about to leave, Tristian stopped Kyle before walking out the door. "Hey...uh, you wanna...go?" he said while pointing to the bathroom.
"Here?" Kyle replied, slightly aroused at the thought.
"Why not?"
"Perfect answer," said Kyle before he kissed the Malamute. They practically ran to the bathroom, as one of the bouncers scoffed at the overheard conversation.
To Be Continued....
**Hey everyone, thanks for reading. If you ARE reading this then I hope you have read the other two in the series. And if you have, then thank you for that. I hope you enjoyed it, and I implore you to comment me with some constructive criticism. I would appreciate that so incredibly much. And if I get enough requests for it, I might do the bathroom scene, though I might commission an artist for a picture instead. If you guys want that, then just ask, and also, give me the name of the artist.
THANKS EVERYONE!!!
