Nights at Club 6 (Part 3)
#1 of Nights at Club 6
So yeah, this is part 3 of Nights at Club 6. I really don't have much to say on this except I'm sorry it came out so late. But there are new turns of events and I hope it keeps your interest. Most are probably lost by now. Lol. Anyway, I don't really think I need a warning on this one, there's not much sex or anything, but there is violence, and a bit of drug usage. Hope you enjoy it.
"Where the fuck have you been Jace!?" Came the welcoming shouts of Jace's roommate. "I leave to go to the store to buy some shit for ya and you disappear for two fucking day's!?"
"Yeah, sorry about that Cam." Jace stepped in thought the door, kicking it shut with his heal and walking into what seemed like a very cramped apartment compared to Kits place. "Turns out I met an old friend while I was working."
Cam continued to shout from the back room, "Oh? Good for you, but I doubt this "friend" is going to pay rent. That bulldog was up here twice look'n for you, you're three weeks overdue." He stepped out with a towel around his waist, still wet from his shower.
Jace never did notice Cameron before, he was quite a handsome otter. Though, Jace had never seen Cameron shirtless before either. The otter stood about Jace's height, maybe a head taller. He had a very lean body, his muscles pierced through his fur, showing off the bulge of his chiseled abs. Another thing Jace noticed constantly though was that Cameron liked to keep his coat as shiny and clean as possible. His amber fur seemed to match the color of his eyes as well.
"What are you staring at? I know I'm pretty but damn, you're starting act like your gay for me." Cam was of course joking but was very unaware of the secret Jace held. "Heh, maybe Jace needs a night out for some tail, eh?" The otter elbowed Jace in the arm as he walked past to his room.
"Heh, yeah, sure, sounds great Cam." Jace was still lost in that Cam's physique, but quickly shook it off as the thought as his true love came to mind. "But tonight's a no go bro, I gotta get some sleep, I had a rough two days."
"Aww you're bailing on me again," Cam walked back out, pulling on a black muscle shirt. "Or for those two days you've been getting some tail and leaving me in the dark?" He smirked and punched Jace playfully in the arm.
"Heh, yeah, like that could ever happen, me taking the ladies from the greatest charmer in the Islands? Fat chance."
"Aww, come on now Jace, you and I know you have the charm, your just too damn shy to talk to 'em. Anyway, I'm hitten' up some places I heard about here. I'll be back tonight. You gunna be here or am I free to unleash the beast?"
Jace shook his head and laughed. Cam may have been a fun guy to hang out with, but some of the name's he gives to his crotch are a bit on the odd side. "Remember last time you asked me that? You "unleashed your beast" in my bed. Cost me some new bed sheets and several other things."
"Hehe, yeah, damn that was a great one..." Cam sighed and let his mind drift back to that rowdy and somewhat embarrassing night. The bitch was in so much heat, she drug him into Jace's room and just preceded to yiff him right then and there. Unfortunately Jace came home that night only to find his room a disaster. The lamp knocked over, the bed sheets ripped to shreds, papers and feathers from down pillows and his disfigured desk flying everywhere around the room. And then the two crumpled nude masses on the floor.
Jace threw a pillow at Cam from the couch as the otter ducted and slipped out the door.
"Home alone, again..." Jace sighed as he wished he was back at Alex's apartment, in the arms of his fox. But Kit was at work and Jace wasn't scheduled until the next day. He sighed once more, looking around the dump he lived in. There were empty cereal boxes on the counter, the trash was overflowing once more, and the place had the smell of a cheap used hotel. But he had to help Cam pay for the apartment or they would both be on the streets. He sat up, not feeling tired he figured he's go out shopping with the new tip he had. He was about to reach for the door knob when a knock rang out, he hesitated for a moment as a voice echoed in his ear.
"Knock knock woofie, I know you in there. Now be a good bitch and open up."
Jace stumbled back, tripping over himself and falling on the floor. He knew that voice, he knew it well and thought he had rid himself once and for all of it when he escaped last time.
The door gave one more knock before a sudden bag hit it and cracked the frame. Another bag only split the wood further as the door ached to give out. All Jace could do was stair in fear of what was about to burst though, quivering on the floor, nowhere to hide this time, nowhere to go. The next body smashing against the door was all it took for it to completely break away from the wall and the hinges to slowly creaked open, reviling the threat that had lain dormant in Jaces' mind ever since he moved.
"Hello there Jace, long time no see." The dragon entered, followed by his two cronies.
"Z-Zan-Zander... How... How did you-"
"How did we find you? Well, that was easy." He tossed what appeared to be the mangled tail of a cat on the floor. "Just needed a bit of persuasion."
"You sick bastard... HOW COULD YOU!?" Jace was on his knees, tears coming from his eyes at the sight of the tail that he knew once belonged to his friend. "Fuck you Zander... fuck you."
The dragon laughed lightly at the words, knowing that the husky wouldn't dare do anything to harm him. "Well now Jace, we seem to be in quite the predicament." Zander strode across the room, seating himself in one of the recliners. The other two cronies, a panther and Doberman, both looking as if they could easily bench three times Jace's own weight, grabbed the husky by the arms and drug him in front of Zander. "Listen," He looked down at the sobbing husky. "I liked you pup, really thought you had a future in this business. You were one of the better dealers out there, 'were' being a key word there. But then you had to go and steal from the boss... One of the stupidest things you could do. Now, he wants me to make sure no one would dare think of stealing from him again." He stood, cracking his scaled knuckles. The two cronies grinned widely.
Jace stared to crawl away, only to find himself backing into the Doberman and Panthers' legs. He looked up at the two, then quickly back to Zander who seemed to be smirking.
"Give me two days! Please, two days is all I need to get you your money back and maybe a bit more!" He winced as the dragons' fist was about to impact into the side of his muzzle but suddenly stopped.
Zander though for a moment, seeming to weigh the consequences in his mind. "Two days..."
Jace nodded franticly.
"And you'd get more than what you stole?"
He nodded once more.
"You're lucky I'm in such a good mood pup. You have your two days, but no later. And if you even try to run on us again, we passed your roommate in the hall and we know about your little boy toy here, yes, we've been watching you for quite some time." Zander seemed to love being in the limelight, absorbing every ounce of drama he could pull from this moment as Jace just lay there in shock. "Remember pup," The dragon stood, slowly making his way to the door. "we have eyes and ears everywhere, don't fuck up again." With that, he clicked his tongue, signaling for the other two to follow.
Jace waited and just as he though, the door opened once more, Zander pulling back an arm and letting his fist loose across Jaces muzzle. The husky yelped and toppled backward, dazed and bloodied by the strength of the punch. "Two days pup." He walked back out, this time, the door stayed closed.
Jace just sat there, shaking from the new threat that fell into his lap. He thought of kit, he thought of Cam. "Gods... I can't get the money in two days, it's impossible. Unless..." He thought back to his original idea that made him give the excuse in the first place. Blood was dripping from his mouth and nose. He went to the bathroom and patched himself up, examining his torn lip and the swollen muzzle. Jace sniffed, pain shot though him as a stream of tears flooded his face, falling soundlessly into the sink.
"Smells like a storm..." Thought Alex as he walked down the Main Street toward his club. The wind was blowing abnormally strong on the island, not only that, but Alex could feel the electricity in his fur, or maybe that was just the rush of happiness that was flooding his every sense. A chilling breeze rushed though him that made him sigh and broaden his smile as he continued to Club 6. As he neared, it was getting harder and harder to get by the line of furs that wanted in but tonight, it was more of a circle around the door rather than a line.
Alex rushed toward the crowd, wondering if Mal was doing something differently with the line. He pushed and shoved his way thought the crowd to the inner circle. The crowd was cheering and howling, for what, Alex had no idea until his eyes fell upon the large dragon, panther, and Doberman all circled around Mal.
"Like I said, you don't get in until there's room, or if your' on the list."
The dragon was starting to size up the Grizzly, letting a bit of smoke stream from his nostrils and into Mal's face. "Is that so? Cause I'd really hate to disappoint Jackson over there," He pointed toward the Doberman showing his fangs. "See, he's heard this is one of the best clubs here on this island, and he's not really the type that takes 'no' for an answer."
"Ever heard the saying, 'You can't always get what you want?' I don't make the rules, just enforce 'em."
"Well then, thank you." Zander turned to Jackson, moving behind him, nodding while he passed. The Doberman smiled, cracking his knuckles as he started straight for Mal.
Alex had finally shoved passed the last of the inner circle, stepping into the small arena the crowned had formed, watching as the Doberman neared the Grizzly, both looking like they were about to tear each other apart. "Oh shi-" Alex hurried toward the two.
"Hey, pup, you wanna fight, go to 6th street, you want in my club, make reservations or get the fuck out."
Zander paused that the statement. He turned back around, staring in disbelief at the little fox getting in the path of Jackson. The Doberman seemed like a towering behemoth compared to the fox, but Zander was more interested in what he said. My club. "So this is the pup's mate..." he whispered under his breath as he continued to watch how the scene would turn out.
Jackson laughed, watching the fox cross his path. "I think you should let your little door lackey decide that, it would just be unfair if I had to fight you."
"Door lackey!? I'm a bouncer you no good son of a-"
"Mal! Come on, I'd really rather not have to start the night out with a fight, it would draw in the wrong kind of crowd."
"Fine, but if he doesn't leave, I'm quitting this job, you can rehire me after I teach this guy a lesson."
"We're not fighting, not tonight. Besides I'm sure we can all-"
"ALEX! WATCH OUT!"
Alex ducted just in time to avoid the swing from the Jackson. He could hear the wind rush past his flattened ears. Jackson raised his paw for another punch, but by the time it was above his head, Alex had already made his move, jabbing his elbow straight into the Doberman's stomach. Jackson yelped, stumbling backwards and dropping to one knee. The crowd let out a cheer for the underdog.
Jackson was snarling, ready to tackle and maw the small fox until dead when he felt claws resting on his shoulders. Zander was pulling him back, smiling at the fox and mockingly clapping for him. "Your fast, for such a small fur."
"Come on boss, that was a cheap shot, I can tak-"
"You couldn't take this fox if your balls depended on it Jackson, and we all know how much you like those."
The panther laughed while Jackson growled even deeper, the hairs on his back standing ridged, but stood back and obeyed Zander.
Alex watched Zander's every move, waiting to see if the dragon would attack next. "I take it you're the leader of those two?"
Zander nodded, the same mild smile on his maw.
"I don't want to see you or your two friends around here again, if it happens, I'll call the cops. Understood."
Zander nodded once more, "My apologies for my friend there, he gets a little rambunctious sometimes. It won't happen again I assure you."
Alex turned to leave, Mal still had his eyes on the Doberman and opened the door for Alex.
"Wait a moment if you will." Zander called. "You said you were the owner of this fine club?"
Alex turned to the dragon, "Yeah, what of it?"
"Do you mind if I talk with you for a few minutes? They," He tilted his head to the Doberman and Panther. "will wait outside. It is of the utmost importance that I speak with you though."
Alex looked at Zander, then at Jackson and the Panther. The dragon still had the smirk on his maw, but Alex nodded anyway and motioned for the dragon to follow.
The two trekked though the crowded club, most furs making a path for the dragon who was about two or three heads taller than most of the furs in the club. It was rare for dragons to visit the Southern Isles, too much sand that gets in between their scales and causes a great inconvenience to them. Alex led the dragon to his office in the back and shut the door, seating himself in a chair and gesturing to the other in front of his desk for Zander.
"So, what was it you wanted to talk to me about?"
"Times are getting rough, Mr..."
"Just call me Alex."
"Ok, Alex, Times are getting rough, several bars and clubs around the Mainland's are closing or being bought out by the bigger clubs. From what I've heard and seen from the records," He walked over to the private bar in the room. "May I?"
Alex nodded.
Zander began to pour himself a glass, and then poured another glass for the fox, letting the small white pill fall from the pocket in his jacket arm sleeve. He took a sip of his glass, and gave the other to Alex.
"As I was saying, from the records, you have enough to buy out a few of your competitors and expand your business."
Alex shrugged and sipped his drink.
"So, my question to you is, which one would you like to buy out first?"
Alex gave the dragon a quizzical look, taking another sip of his drink and feeling a bit lightheaded. "What bank did you say you were from again? And why would a banker have..." He shook his head, seeing double of the dragon now as he dropped his glass and tried to grasp the desk. "Son of a..." Alex dropped from his seat onto the floor.
Zander easily picked up the small fox, placing him over his shoulder and exiting the club out the back doors. His two cronies were both leaning against some boxes, having a smoke. Jackson looked up, smiling as he neared.
"Finally, some payback." He flicked his cigarette to the side and balled his paw into a fist.
A quick swipe from Zanders' tail put a stop to the approaching Doberman. "Come now Jackson, wouldn't you rather beat him in a fair fight? Right now, he's no challenge to you at all."
Andrei laughed, flicking his cig to the side as well and putting a paw on Jacksons shoulder. "Yeah, but remember boss, he couldn't take the fox even if his balls depended on it. Hehe."
Jackson swatted the paw away, feinting a punch at the panther. "At least I know I can take you."
"Gods, you two act more and more like pup's every day." Zander smirked and walked in between the two, the fox still over his shoulder out cold. They left the alley way, heading back to where they could keep their prisoner safe.
-And that's all I got so far. I gotta start writing again, but I recently found a new job so I'm really quite taken up by that and paying for college. I really don't know why the first Nights at Club 6 is on Hold. I'm as confused as you and if you can e-mail an admin or Moderator I'd be greatly pleased. I can't get a hold of em' anywhere. :s Well, until next time everyone.
Keep'n da peace... Sorta,
