A really terribly horribly bad day.
She lay within a pool, her eyes gazing up, silently, at the ceiling, and her long tail flexing, quietly flexing, within the stilled waters. Her eyes watched long up towards the long globe of crystal at the ceiling, and she just watched the world slowly spiral into focus. She lay down within the pool, humming slowly and quietly, while licking her lips clean of the red wine. Wine dribbled upon her pert breasts, and wine dribbled across her hbelly, hidden beneath the bright pink bubbles. SHe was happy, and the music, the soft hum of sonic guitar and gentle throb of her heart were all she could hear in the heavily sound proofed bathroom. She sighed, the bubbles tickling her just so, and she enjoying it with the light buzz.
Her tail lifted from the water, and she quietly lifted it to her lips, to blow the bubbles off of it, then dip it back under to scrub against her thighs, she felt a bit dirty from another long day of work, but that was nothing unnatural. Teaching was a hard job, a job she did not feel particularly ready for, but one did not question the will of the powers that be. Her legs slowly slid out of the water and she splayed her body to all views, and let her fingers run beneath the waters, to brush the soap up across her stomach,a nd dug in, as she felt a knot. THe lavender drew attention through her body, attention to a need, a want she had not felt filled in a great time. But her heart beat, thumped steadily in her chest, leaving her to simply, merely sigh.
Another lonely night, alone in the world, she held her fingers flush with her belly, and fought, resisted the urge to embrace her own sweet sensuality. Her heart slowed, and she slowly sat herself up again quietly, with her ears perking in the direction of a soft sound at the window. Slowly rising from the water, he lovely body shifted and she stepped over towards the curtain drawn portal, and then looked out, with just the corner moved, to avoid splashing or flashing.
Outside, the world was dark, and from her high rise building she watched the city below, while thunder crackled and wanter dripped form the windows. She gazed softly out, while her fingertips pressed to the foggy window, to clear it away. People below walked away from the theater, and taxi's were preparing to pick up their passangers. In the distance, thunderclouds sent their bolts down across the the iron and steel city. She felt a shiver, something primordial inside her reacting, telling her to get somewhere she couldnt be shocked. She stepped back, and felt her rump touch the tub.
Sighing, she let the curtain fall back and slid back into the water, deciding it was her imagination instead of something worse. Her fingers held the soap as she started to ash through her fur again, and she felt the suds wash away another layer of dirt. Kids were active, it was springtime, and it had been muddy when they went out to play. Gasping,s he felt the water brush across her thighs as she ran the soapp n, it tingled, but felt so very good.
Another tap at the window drew her up again, and she slet out a sound half bwtween a growl and a sigh, before using a long stick to reach over, and pull the curtain open. Again, the water and lightning struck, making her shiver. The power surged slightly, and she watched the lightbulb above flicker, and then die out from another flash of lightning. A grunt, she closed the curtain and looked out, amongst the candles she had set up prior. Well, bathing in the dark was romantic, she mused.
The water brushed her chin as she dipped lower, feeling the water brush over her wine stained chest, and she dug the soap there, getting herself nice and sudsey. Felt very nice, superiorly nice, to feel her body drift into full relaxation. Then that tapping, that long, damn tapping made her open her eyes. What the hell? She let out a full, deep throated growl before pulling her body up, and she felt the water drip and dry off of her completely.
Her right hand pulled up the short bathing robe, and she slid her left arm through it, to feel the lovely silk run over her body, and make her sigh with ever so soft a breath. It felt too comfortable for words, but her angered body made her close the robe and tie it shut, before she pulled the curtian back, nearly ripping it from the wall, then opened the window to look out. A cold breeze lifted her robe, making her hurry and lower it down before a flash of her dark fur was seen.
She stepped onto the metal balcony, her toes curling lightly against the thick bars beneath her feet, and her long clawtips tapped against the metal. The rain pelted her, and she looked out, then to the left and right to see if it was a prank from her most noisy neighbor at her side. To not avail, she saw she was alone, and that she was freezing cold out in the below fifty degree temperature. A burr, a shiver, she reached for the window, to find it locked. Great. Just great, it'd slid closed.
Hitting the frame of the window, she turned and began to climb her way down the ladder like metal steps, careful not to slip or to let her short robe show any flesh most would be ashamed of. She slid her way down the first, second, then third ladder, before stumblin gand catching herself on the last flight. Her robe flew open, and she turned to grab the edge, when an arm flew off, almost as though someone had pulled. She let out a suprised, loud squeak, and tried to grab ahold of it, to no avail. THe wind picked up, and she grabbed the railing to keep from falling over, and as she did so, the cloth ripped, and it flew away, leaving her bare form standing, suprised and naked. Her tail ducked beneath her legs, and she held her arms closed, to keep her breasts from being shown too broadly.
She crept down the last step, while her eyes and ears looked for those who would come by, and thankfully, it was no one. Yet. She heard long the sound of laughter and ribbings, the sound of strong, broad words, kids probably no older than those she taught at her school. Quietly, she pulled herself against the dumpster and tried to get invisible, but given the way her luck was going, it wouldn't be extreemly possible. She sighed, feeling a deep, biting breath come through her. She was crouched, and what a horrible way to be found!
They passed her by without noticing, and she said a soft prayer, a prayer of thanks, for that. Her hands lifted to touch the brick, and lift herself up. No one was about now, though ac ouple was busy across the street, just talking amongst one antoher, and looking up into the theater. Her tail splayed down, and she made her way, quietly, from the dumpster to the front door of the building, to little, of no, avail. It was locked down during the power outage, and she beat her hand upon the glass. Time for another way in.
She slid past the door and about to the side, towards the servants enterance she ahd seen, but never entered. Her eyes watched the cars as theyd rove by, her body narrlowly hit by a headlight, which, thankfully, she missed. Her tail swayed as she felt for the handle and then sighed as she felt it open up. She peeked her head inside, and then looked about to the many boxes set about, in this most disorganized place. Another sigh bit her lip, and she slid through, looking for something to wear. Drats, nothing!
SHe slid through the storage area, and looked through another doorway, where the power outage had darkened the halls but for dim emergency lights which were highlighting her pathway. She walked slowly towards the elevator that was not working, and tapped the buttons, to no avail. The door tapped back, and she jerked, before hiding around a corner when two people wedged the doorway open, and emptied out the elevator of those inside. Great, another obsticle for her to overcome. She breathed deep, and then dove past them, a blurr of brown and red fur, and delved up the emergency flight. It was empty, as far as she could tell, and she began to bound up the steps at a hurried pace.
She slid to a stop, hearing someone talking. Her hands gripped the railing leading up, and she saw a long leg aproach, so she had to make it fast. Turning, she grabbed the edge of the railing and began to move her way down, quickly, to try and hide from the sight of the stallion, her neighbor a floor up. He was using a flashlight, and she had to move fast. It swung, just missing her tail. He didn't notice, as she made it down the last step, and hid behind the stairway. He passed soon enough, giving her time to catch her breath.
A half hour later, in the darkness, she made her way up the steps, using the railing, and the thinly glowing lights reading out the doors and floors. Floor thirteen, she slowly pushed the doorway opened and looked, studied out. No one. Was she safe? No such luck.
"YOu'd think they'd have the power up by now." A voice, room 12. Right next to hers. She peeked around the doorway, carefully, then tucked her long muzzle back, breathing hard and fast. That handsome wolf who had always been so nice to her. She shivered, it'd be emberssing to be caught now! He was busy talking to a mongoose, who never slept at night anyway. This was not good, both were just studs! Her tail flicked, as she felt about for something to distract them with.
The lights flickered, and shot on. They ahh'd together, and both made their way towards their respective doors. She took a full step out, as their doors closed, and scampered for her doorwway. The lights shot out again. No! Her door was still locked, she couldn't punch the code in! Both doors, on either sie of her opened. She felt mortified, as both stepped out and turned, and their jaws fell open, as she tried to rip the door off.
...
"So, you expect me to believe all that?" The wolf sat next to her, as she held, tight, to his bathrobe. The mongoose was quietly sketching away on a pad, while sipping coffee held by his tail. She was the model, he had a photographic (she would have said pornographic) memory. She was still shaking with relief that they had helped her out.
She looked up at him with large, open eyes, and nodded her head glumly up to him. His lips pursed, and he sighed just a touch, before looking at the mongoose again. He just grinned faintly, while flicking his tail out, back and forth. "Sounds too far fetched to be untrue. I mean, look what day it is."
"Should we forgive her? I mean, we did catch her bare ass nekkid." The wolf smiled and stroked a hand through the vixens fur, making her shiver, and look up at him with her large, soft eyes. He smiled, and tweaked her ears a little bit. It was a hell of a first date!
"Sure. If she promices to model for me. Don't get beauties like her on trees, you know." She turned pink, and glanced away for a moment more.
She hated Friday, the 13th...
