Next morning in classroom Eirian found himself distracted and worry about what Aven said.

He warned Eirian not to tell anyone about him especially Miss Hellen since he has no desire to meet her or he won't teach his technic to him anymore'

Eirian saw how amazing Aven at controlling magic so he intent to follow Aven order. However, what he said about Alana being a lie...

“It's seemed everyone is ready. Today's lesson is about..." Miss Hellen starts the class after name check every student.

'The bomber clearly wants to cause chaos in the city so there's no need to believed what was written on the wall. Alana indeed sells some weapon to other nation but that is just for improve international relationship and trust right?'

A sudden freezing air in his ear stop Eirian from his train of thought and made him realize Hellen is staring at him. When Eirian focus on her she continues. Alluding to Osmond speech about empathy from before at opening ceremony “Headmaster Osmond said we will teach you about empathy but some of you might already notice there is no such class because he doesn't believe empathy can be taught with word. Like other virtue such as compassion we can debate its definition all day but you won't know true compassion until you experience it. These past few weeks if you were paying attention then you would have experience empathy already even if you might struggle to understand or don't share in the other person's feeling and thought. Such virtue must be absorb from exemplars in life or through story then nurture and support into habit. We're social creature after all some level of empathy is already innate in all of us but empathy is just a skill which can be use for both good and bad like a manipulator who understand others thought and feeling so he use it against them to pursued his own goal.

“When a person can empathize with other then they become more than themself allowing for a condition of growth. No creature on this earth stands by himself. No one comes from nothing. We all take a piece of others into us every day to learn and grow no matter what those pieces are for good or ill. Those who block this process are bound to stagnate."

“Alana believed most creatures are kind and already have some level of empathy since it was ingrained in all of us from birth which is what this school wants to taught all of you. But I would caution you against this line of thought. This school maybe a safe place we created through many hardships but not everyone would replied compassion with goodwill. Still, believing that as long as we show compassion then we will be met with compassion does have its own benefit. According to Prof. Fay it's does make your life a lot calmer and happier since you don't have to keep watch on everyone all the time. So what aspect will you choose to see in other is up to you but be careful where you look for whatever you see outward in the world finds a way to settle and bloom inside you."

After class everyone in the team walk up to Eirian except Bill who rush out of the class the moment Miss Hellen let them go “What happen to your face?" Calamity asked.

“Oh this? just a little accident from practice. Don't worry about it." Eirian taps his cheek. It's no longer hurt the cut was very clean.

“Let's go check city square they have a lot of shop setup for Solstice festival" said Josh.

In the morning Eirian remembers seeing dozens of vendors who were setting up booth. All the street is covered in poster for today's festival. A beautiful bird of paradise is posting in a picture with a glowing necklace. He is ribbon-tailed astrapia, his body is velvet black with plume above his bill, a iridescent olive green and bronze plumage round over his head and a two extremely long white tail feathers twirl in a wind.

At bottom of poster it's has a small word written “MAM necklace by Mercurius. Show your support in unity of Alana" 'Is Mr. Bernays sponsor this event?'

“I can't believe Evan is going to perform at Alana tonight. Caw! I can't wait to hear him sing again."

“Evan?" asked Amy.

“You never heard of him? he's the bird in poster."

“I heard he has one of the most beautiful voices among all bird. I never got a chance to see his show. He's only came to Amalthor a few times." Biscuit look excited that she will finally get a chance to see him in person.

“I guarantee you won't be disappoint" said Josh.

“We should all go watch...if you all want to that is" said Biscuit

“Do I have to go?" asked Calamity.

“Wel—well if you don't want..."

“Come on Calamity, you would regret if you missed this chance. Getting a ticket for his performance is almost impossible in Avion and he's coming to perform here for free. We should all go." Josh turn to look at the door where Bill left “But where did Bill go? I didn't get a chance to call him."

“He didn't tell me." Eirian and everyone don't know where Bill in such a hurry to.

“Well maybe he's downstair to buy all the good stuff before it's sold out." Josh concludes.

Below at the square Eirian is shock at how many people is walking and shopping in the new marketplace. A tense atmosphere between crow and other races from days before seem to subside as everyone is rushing to buy a new fancy product which was made for today's festival.

A cuisine and dessert in Solstice summer and winter theme in colorful red, yellow, gold and black. A vibrant t-shirt and hat embroider with a picture of multiples animal pair with either sun or moon.

“Look! a wolf howling at the full moon. I think this one would suit you Calamity." Josh pulls a cloth out of rack to compare with Calamity.

“I think you would look better in this one" Amy picks out the shirt with cute rabbit eating under the sun.

Calamity didn't answer but he's clearly not into the idea of wearing either.

“This hat looks nice Josh but won't the hat on bird fall off when you fly?" Eirian browses other rack where bird's clothes are in different design, mainly they don't have a close arm part since bird need space to flap their wing.

“We can add a strap for you if you want" said the owner of booth as he is helping other customer.

“A hat huh, those cowboy hats aren't really my genre though." Josh put the hat on but not feeling the vibe he wants.

“What about you Biscuit see anything you like?" Eirian asks her when he noticed she doesn't seem to look at these clothes.

“I am hoping to buy those necklaces in poster. In the morning I saw the crowd and scare so I thought I would come back later" Biscuit looks around trying to find the booth from Mercurius.

'Necklace?' Eirian looks around past eclipse pancake and wind sculpture booth until he spots Sagax who is scaring customer aways.

“I think I saw where Mercurius booth is"

Sitting in an empty booth calculate his earning is Bernays while Sagax chase anyone who want to come in away.

“We all sold out—oh it you" Sagax about to chase these group of kid away when he saw Eirian.

“Hello Mr. Sagax, Bernays. Do all necklace sold out already?"

“Ah Eirian it's good to see you. I'm really sorry we just sold the last necklace a moment ago."

Biscuit look very disappoints. Once again her hesitation has cost her a chance to get something she wants.

“But we still have some left at the main store. Bill is making more right now." with these word Biscuit eyes lit up with hope.

'So that where he ran off to.'

“Should I go help?" Eirian asks since he's works for the shop now. He's feel weird Bill is the only one who needs to work extra hour.

“We already prepare those cores more than enough before you joined so don't worry."

Eirian nod and turn around to his friend “Right, Bernays this is my friend Josh, Calamity, Amy and Biscuit"

“Nice to meet you all" Bernays smiles and shakes hand/wing/paw with everyone.

And he seems to be very interested in Calamity since he's the one Sagax mention before.

“How about we headed to the shop now before the rest of our necklace sold out. I'm guessing our little girl here is the one who want one right?" Bernays can tell from her reaction.

“Yes" Biscuit speak half fill with hope and half scare at Sagax who is somehow scarier than Calamity which she didn't think would be possible. She now hides behind Calamity back.

“Come Sagax we'll sent someone to pack the booth later" Sagax pick up a bag of money and paper and they all walk out through the crowd. With Sagax at the front they have little problem getting out from city center.

“So, Eirian how do you think my marketing is going?" asked Bernays. He's already know this campaign is a great success but he won't mind more opinion consider Sagax is not very useful in that department.

“It's incredible" Eirian express joy in his voice “I didn't think any other races other than human would ever be interesting in MAM at all since they can use a magic of their own. To think you would hire a famous singer and make him wear MAM like that. Everyone seem to be talking about your MAM necklace now. This will really help other races get closer to human more."

“Yes, yes" Bernays open up at the compliment “Most people are simple minded Eirian, as a future leader you must remember this; They follow the flock; most never an idea of their own. It's give them a peace of mind and joy so that they know they're not alone. As long as you know how to lead they will follow."

“Well, calling it simple mind maybe a bit much. They just want to support Evan and what this city stands for." said Eirian.

Bernays smiles at a native Amiel who might as well be older than him “What they have, whoever they think they are was all given to them since young and they never question it. They can only follow the strong, the one that shine brightest. Don't you see they can't look away? It won't take much to convince them what to feel...Don't you agree Josh?" Bernays turn to test a young crow. Josh Crawford, Bernays heard this name before.

“I suppose if we talk on the big scale you are not wrong." Josh answer with doubt in his eye but no hesitation in his voice “even I love the story with strongest and bravest hero the most. Their story is so epic and amazing I can't stop reading. The great one embrace new idea and not fear change, they lead everyone else head first into the unknow and we can only enjoy following them in their foot step."

“Oh, isn't our young master here a little modest? I'm sure you can be one of the great heroes too" Bernays eyes tell Josh he knew which family Josh belongs to. And Josh doesn't like what Bernays implied at all.

“Why do you say he is the leader. We're still haven't decided yet you know." said Amy.

“I'm sorry is Eirian not your team leader?"

“The vote is yet to cast" said Josh.

“We'll decide after Amy led our team in the next assignment." said Calamity.

“I see." Bernays smiles and speaks no more on the subject until they reach the store.

“We've arrived."

In front of the Mercurius is a queue line so long it gone out to the next street. The normal part of the shop which sell other MAM is still open but it's clear that everyone's goal today is to buy this special edition necklace.

The security guard trying to maintain a queue order as best as they could but they're just simply too many people to handle. One of the goats accidentally push an ant in front of her out but won't let him get back in so they argue and about to start a fight.

"Take care of this" Sagax responded quickly by throwing a bag of paper and coin at Eirian and went over to the ant and goat.

Surprised, Eirian almost flop but Calamity catch both Eirian and bag by the neck

“Thank" Eirian feels a little embarrassed before trying to stand up when a thud sound was heard.

Sagax just threw a goat that was refused to listen to reason out and everyone in the queue immediately started to behave. The goat turn back want to argue but when Sagax showed his teeth she just walks away.

“I'm guess I better go get in line now before the necklace sold out for real this time." Biscuit shakes a little.

“Why do we have to get in line when we have an employee of Mercurius right here" Amy looks at Eirian.

“Err" Eirian look at the rows and rows of people “I don't think it's a good thing to snatch through queue like this. It's not honest."

“Come on, just this once for a friend" Amy pulls Biscuit up.

“Principle are not principle if you pick and choose when to apply." Eirian refuse to break the rule even for his friend “Please go wait for me in queue first. I'll check if we have enough necklace left."

Amy makes a displease sound but go to the back of line with everyone while Eirian follow Sagax inside the store. The main counter in fill with people buying the necklace so they walk around and went in the back.

At first Eirian can't even see Bill since he is surround by a pile of paper and necklace that yet to be sealed with glyph and core. Two more staff sit nearby making more necklaces part.

“Oh thank god, Mr.Bernays sent you here to help me right Eirian?" said Bill in sweat.

“Sorry Bill, Bernays said he already made more than enough core and I don't know how to assemble a MAM."

“Oh..." Bill's hand still moving to make a necklaces but his eyes already go blank.

“I'm actually want you to help me check something through" Eirian looks at Bill empty eyes.

“course of."

“Well...Biscuit want to buy a necklace but she is waiting in line. How much necklace do you think we have left before run out."

“let's see 40+55=32 wait..." Bill tries to recover his sense before realize “We can just made one for Biscuit right now"

“Yeah but that wouldn't be fair to other customer."

“It's just one necklace. Wouldn't take long at all, this thing is very simple and cheap. One time use for today's festival. Here just take this one" Bill picks a necklace on another table and throws at Eirian.

“No no we can't do this Bill." Eirian catches the necklace but place it back on table.

Bill is too dizzy to answer when Sagax speak up “You want this necklace?"

Sagax hold a necklace in his hand “Bernays gave this one to me so I can demonstrate how it would look at our booth. Core magic already runout though."

“That great I can refill its magic later. Can you please sell it to me Mr. Sagax?"

“I was going to throw it in a garbage right there" Sagax point at the nearby bin and smiles, something he rarely does “but now if you want this then you're going to give something for me in exchange."

Sagax smile quickly fade when he realizes he's picking up Bernays habit. If it were him before meeting Bernays, he would have never thought of an exploit for trinket like this.

Eirian step back a little “What do you want sir?"

“It's been so dull since I came to this city. Stand around doing nothing all day." He spins necklace around “Go get that friend of your—Calamity to come fight me in the next alley. You and other friends can join too. I'll give this necklace for free if any of you can land one good hit on me."

“Don't you have to guard the store?"

“Bernays is busy with paper work up stair he won't noticed and he is safe here with other guard so I don't have to worry about breaking contact."

Eirian trying to think of what to do but since he has no other option he told his friend outside what happen.

“Can you go fight him with me Calamity?"

“Is that an order?" Calamity looks indifferent but at least he doesn't seem to be irritate.

“Well no, it's a request."

“Then I don't want to fight him."

Eirian looks at Biscuit and a row of people. There is no telling if she will get a necklace even if she waits in line. The amount of material left is about the same as number of queues “if I order, you will go?"

Guilt creeps into Eirian as he utters the last word.

“You or Amy will soon be our team leader. I will follow your order. If Amy agrees as well."

“Then go beat him and get that necklace that an order" Amy speaks without hesitation and Calamity immediately steps out of the line to be with Eirian.

“Alright then, Biscuit you stay in the queue in case we lose. Who else want to help us go take a chance at Mr. Sagax." Eirian hoping that with more people they would be more likely to land a hit.

“I'll go. I guess Bill is busy?" Josh step out of the line. He wasn't interested in the necklace from the start but Eirian could use his help.

“He is occupied at the moment."

“I am going to wait in line alone?" Biscuit gets anxious at the idea of being alone in such a dense crowd.

“Don't worry I'll be here. I want to buy that necklace now too." with Amy word Biscuit seem more composed.

“Wish us luck."

“Give that old wolf a good punch for me" Amy shouted.

Some confused wolves look her way but she ignores them.

The alley Sagax pick is not far and big enough for the three of them to walk in at the same time. It's used for garbage dump so there aren't any people walking by. Sagax shows off the necklace before put it in his pocket and walked to face three children, his eye look down at Calamity examine everything. Eirian wonder if Sagax trying to read Calamity thought.

'It's simply impossible to guess what Calamity is thinking.'

Calamity on the other hand doesn't seem to be worry at the bigger wolf at all.

'So fearless. How can I be fearless like that? Is he analysis Sagax right now? Planning an attack?'

“The rule for our fight is simple. You just have to give a good hit on my head or body, in the front or back is fine. If I am satisfy I'll give you the necklace. You have ten minutes. Oh and you are not allow to use magic since this is a martial fight."

“O.."

“Hold on" Josh interrupt “How much force is a good hit? Who going to be the judge of that."

“I am of course."

“Well that doesn't seem very fair though since you can just say we didn't hit you hard enough even if one of us get a solid hit on your face" Josh emphasizes on the word face.

"Oh, we got quite a bold one here huh." Sagax want to laugh at Josh attempt to provoke him. Pretty standard before a fight for Sagax really but he surprises this young crow know such tactic. Still, he doesn't like his integrity being question so he'll let the crow win on this one “Very well, I'll let you guy win even if one of your fingers just barely tap me on my body how about that"

“Deal" Josh gives a nod to Eirian and Calamity.

'Nice one Josh'

“Let me go alone first" Calamity steps up and do a fighting stand in front of Sagax.

With time limit it is best they all go at once but Eirian still feel a little guilty for forcing Calamity to fight so he lets him do as he wish.

Sagax doesn't react and stands carefree. Calamity give a right punch first but Sagax just move his head out out the way. Calamity move his hand to follow but Sagax block and hit Calamity arm and chest so he dodge back.

“Are you alright"

“I'm fine. Can barely see his movement. We need to attack together."

All three of them move up, Eirian tell Josh to attack him from the back so he fly up over Sagax. Calamity use the moment Sagax glance up to punch but Sagax just catch it with one hand. Eirian give a punchs as hard as he can but Sagax grab his wrist and pull him forward, made him fall to the ground and spin kick Josh that just land.

Calamity doesn't stop attack but all his punch and kick are either miss or block by Sagax. Eirian and Josh get up to try again but Sagax kick both of them in the leg and so they fall out of balance.

“This is getting boring kid" Sagax direct at Calamity “That friend of your is going to be so disappoint at her puny friend."

Calamity get a claw out but Sagax grab his wrist and twist it “No claw for you."

Calamity jolted and collected his claw so Sagax let him go. With three of them stand together once more Eirian shout to make all three attack simultaneously.

Josh spans his wing as big as he can to distract Sagax but he is too experienced to be intimidate by a row of feathers.

Sagax darted back from his spot for the first time and grabbed both Josh talon that was aiming for his chest and lifted him up like a meat sack.

“Wait wait" Josh cried but Sagax doesn't stop as he slam both Eirian and Calamity, using Josh as a club.

Both boy hesitated to block as they fear would hurt Josh so Eirian took one in the face. Calamity barely blocks with his arm.

“Everything hurt~" Josh lies on the ground and can't move anymore.

Calamity standing alone glances down at his friend hoping they will get up.

“Don't bother both of them are out. Time running out now young wolf. If you don't use everything you have you are going to lose here"

Sagax focus his eyes on Calamity but still doesn't feel any ki.

“So be it"

Sagax focus his ki and give a triple jab follow by a kick thinking it would be enough to take Calamity down but to his surprise Calamity took all his attack and still standing.

Just as he about to attack again a clock in his pocket shriek so he stops. “Time up. You lose."

Eirian and Josh try to pick themselves up as Calamity lower his guard. Three of them is quite shocked that they can't even tap any part of Sagax main body.

In desperation Eirian think of Miss Hellen lesson earlier today “Please have some empathy for us Mr. Sagax. We just simply want to help our friend Biscuit. I know you don't even know her but can you do it for the sake of me and Bill?"

“Empathy?" Sagax held a necklace up in his hand “Is that what your school teaches nowadays? Such a weak mindset. In battle of life thinking about other people feeling just going to make you hesitate or get manipulated."

Seeing their confused face just annoys Sagax more “Look at all those people standing in line next street. They are here because other people want the same thing, they see others excited about a toy, so they suddenly want that same toy. If they see a cause to be angry, they all get angry and follow wherever the crowd goes. With a little of Bernays trick even a wolf is here waiting in line to buy necklace! such idiocy! Empathy is not a virtue for man, it's a trap to keep men weak so other can easily manipulate your emotion."

“So let this be my lesson to you" Sagax drop a necklace on the ground and stomps it.

“Nooo"

“You choose this outcome" Sagax direct his eyes to Eirian and Calamity before walk out.

Eirian kneel down to collect any pieces of a necklace he can find but Sagax stomp it so hard even some screw broke in half. It is not possible to fix. The only part that survives is a core size of droplet which already spent.

“How are we going to tell Biscuit?"

Calamity and Josh look at each other but no one speaks.

As everyone remain silent two step creep up behind them “Hey kid is there a problem here?"

Two city guard steps into the alley, a goat and man in military uniform made of cotton with no armor plate, sword sheathed on their belt “We heard a report of fighting here. Did you three have a fight? Or did the wolf who just left cause you any problem?"

“No sir no problem. We were just practicing our move a little"

A goat looks at the bruise on Eirian and Josh face but not a tint on Calamity “And what about you kid? Did you hurt them?"

Calamity about to answer when Eirian injects “He's with us. He's didn't do this to us."

“Oh, so it was the wolf who just left."

“Eh..."

'I shouldn't lie but...What would Astra do?'

“He's just showed some dance moves to us." said Josh “We were the ones who requested it but we weren't careful, so we hit each other a little. Thank you for worry about us sir we'll head back to join our friend at the festival now."

Both city guard doesn't seem to believe Josh but leave the alley since the victim claimed no crime happened. “Don't let it happen again it's not legal to fight in the street, the city have Magus and Stadium for that."

Eirian quickly thanks them and noticed a human guard has a small pistol on his belt.

'When did Alana guard start carrying firearm?'

Eirian put the thought out and turn to check on his friend “Thank you Josh. We could have gotten into a problem there."

“Don't worry about it but do you have any magic to help numb the bruise and pain?" he touched his face to see if his beautiful feathers still intact.

“The healing magic is too complex for me and quite painful so this is the best I can do" Eirian creates a small ice cube to compress the bruise. Josh takes one but Calamity shakes his head.

“He's too fast" Josh groan “I planned to wing slap him and was sure one of my feathers could get through to his face, but he must know what I was planning from the start and aim for my leg."

“He's experienced" Calamity agrees.

“That a good plan" said Eirian “but I guess we were still lacking on many areas."

“Our attacks are not in sync. Sagax gets to react and deal with us one by one. I'll focus on this point in our next training session."

The three of them sit there for a moment to rest before head back, all the way Eirian is worry about what to say to Biscuit and hope she manages to buy from the store. They were just in time to hear staff announce a sold out just as it's Biscuit turn. Amy is the one who got the last necklace.

“Andd That our last one lady and gentlemen thank you for choosing Mercurius y'all have fun at the festival" then they close the shop.

The crowd sounded displeased before dispersed after a few minutes. The team gathers around Biscuit, Eirian and Josh look at the last necklace in Amy antenna.

“Before you ask Biscuit is the one who ask me to get in front of her in the line because she is scared of the guy ahead."

“That right." Biscuit accepted this is a consequence of her own doing “It's my fault I miss my chance. You don't have to give your necklace to me Amy. I don't need the necklace to see the performance, just hearing Evan is amazing enough."

Silence surrounds them. Eirian feels that Amy should give her necklace to Biscuit because she was the one who wanted it first and Amy should sympathize with her on that.

'But wouldn't that mean Amy would be take advantage of? It's really Biscuit fault after all so who should I sympathize with? Amy or Biscuit?'

In that moment Eirian started to feel what Sagax said about empathy being a weakness and made us hesitate. Eirian in this moment empathizes with both of his friends but who should he support? Who should he show his sympathy with?

'Maybe I shouldn't use emotion in this moment and just use logic; Amy gets to keep her necklace.'

But then Eirian remember the reason Biscuit didn't get a necklace from Bill is his fault so he feel the need to help Biscuit.

'Dammit what should I do'

“Maybe both of you can share it?" Josh suggested.

“Well...I guess it's ok" Amy hesitated before give in when she sees the hope in Biscuit eyes light up.

'I think too much for nothing.' Eirian sighs relief.

It turns out fine this time yet Eirian can't help but wonder if in future something when can't be shared comes up how should he chooses then. Mr. Sagax or Miss Hellen way? Both seemed correct when he heard it the first time but now he feels like he can't follow any path until he thinks it through.

“Hey guy what are you doing?" Bill walks out of the store looking so happy he's free at last.

“Amy manages to buy one necklace" said Josh.

“That great, the queue was so long I wasn't sure you guy would get to buy one, here I keep one necklace just in case. Do anyone still want our special edition?"

Eirian feels like kicking himself.

Amy look at Biscuit but she still insists to share a necklace with Amy “Can I still share it with you?" Biscuit asked

“Of course,"

“What about you three?" Bill looks at the rest of his team.

“I can cast the magic myself, accendo" Eirian wave his hand and a glowing letter float in the air.

“Ooo I can share this one with Calamity" Josh accepted the necklace.

“I don't want it."

“Aw don't be like that I know you like MAM too." Josh dangled necklace in his wing. “And what about you Bill?"

“My glove is a MAM and can cast an even bigger version of the same glyph hehe."

“Wait why don't the store sell that version then." Amy want to protest now that she knows there are better versions than the one she bought.

“It would be too expensive for most people. This is only for tonight's performance after all. Mr. Bernays want to give other races a reason to try out MAM for themself first."

“Fine"

Biscuit thanks everyone for trying to help her before suggested they should all go watch the performance together.

The six of them head back to the main square and wander around checking every booth that catches their eyes.

While everyone is walking around Josh approach Eirian to have a talk about his team leader choice.

“You already made up your mind?" Eirian assumes the worst consider how his plan today fail spectacularly and gotten Josh injured for nothing.

“I actually made the choice the moment we agree to have a vote"

“You did? But Amy still haven't got a chance..."

“I choose you Eirian."

“Me?" Eirian feels relief but also confused as of the reason.

“Reason one, you are the oldest, so you already got more wisdom and experience than any of us hope to have."

“But you should at least give Amy a chance to show..."

“Two, Amy story about her people betrayal at the great red river."

“What does that story got to do with her ability to lead our team?"

“Everything. Don't you see how she was raised on those stories and taught not to trust other races? If I'm going to have a leader, I want someone who trusts his people and not second guess them all the time as if we're going to betray them like in those old stories of her. So, I choose you."

Eirian don't know what to say. On one hand this doesn't seem fair to Amy and on the other he's glad he already got two votes.

“All you need to do now is get Calamity vote and your position is secure."

“Just Calamity?"

“You aren't the only one who is busy coaxing our friend you know. Amy is talking with Biscuit too and after today she will definitely choose Amy so just focus on Calamity. I'll help you on the side."

“Got it. You are quite smart huh Josh. Crow are indeed as smart as they said."

“Don't get starts on me now" Josh wave and walk away.

At night every creature gather in front of the stage to wait for Evan performance to start.

Evan and his band fly on the stage with a roaring crowd. His plumage shine in green light matching his beautiful silk dress, his long white tail feathers waver with his every move.

For Eirian he recognizes the beauty of the song and its sorrow. He just wishes he known his parents enough to know the joy of their love as well.

When he turn to look at his friend and saw that the music affect them too, he wonder what are they feeling but didn't dare to ask.

This pieces is one of their most famous songs where everyone nearby stops to listen. After this song Evan keep singing other song as everyone returned to their activity. Those merchandise in the booth won't sell themself. The people who have the necklace also start to light up the area with a small colorful word no brighter than a firefly floating in the air. The word is Evan, symbol of their band or Alana symbol to show their support. Other people who didn't have the necklace looked at the light from MAM with amusement and started a talk about buying a MAM for the first time.

In one of the song a woodpecker starts ramming his head into a drum passionately “That must be one of the most passionate drummers I've ever seen" said Eirian.

They then celebrate the festival by shooting a firework at the closing song. The rooftop in the city and the white tower lights up in full color.

“What is that" Biscuit scared and hugged Amy who also startled.

“Firework/Gunpowder" answer Bill and Eirian “They are not dangerous." Bill added.

“So pretty" said Biscuit after she calmed down and everyone applauded the band as they finished the show.

“Ah the light gone." the necklace in both Amy antenna and Biscuit hand goes out.
