Krystals Nightmare
A cold wind blew in cornerian city as thunder rolled over the skyscrapers, Krystal squirmed in her bed not able to sleep and awoke to fetch a glass of water in the kitchen as she dressed in her morning robe, the sun was just coming up as she smiled to prepare for another peaceful morning with her family when suddenly the room became unbearabley hot and she began to sweat and lose her breath.
Suddenly the door bursted in on her and the room became filled with scorching flames, she shrieked for a short moment as she backed away and from the shadows stood her old nemesis General Scales, thankfully she remembered that there was a gun hidden in the kitchen in case of a robbery but when she attempted to fire it was empty and in his hands the general crushed the clip and walked towards her.
Then her dream suddenly changed as everything turned black and in front of her were her children trembling with fright and in the generals metal claw was Fox dead and dripping with blood all over the floor.
"FOOX!!"
Her eyes became filled with terror and shock as the general threw Fox aside and stood in front of the children raising his claw.
"MY BABIES!!!"
Krystal ran as fast as she could but she was not getting anywhere and before her eyes her children were butchered beyond recognition as the general victoriously laughed bathing in their blood while Krystal fell to her knees and bursted into tears until she began to hear a familiar voice.
"KRYSTAL!! Krystal wake up!!"
"*GASP!!*....Fox?!?"
Krystal grabbed onto her husband as she resumed her sobbing while Fox comforted her as the storm blew over their house.
"What's wrong?"
"It was Scales....he was here...our house was on fire and...The children!!"
She suddenly bursted out of bed and quietly ran through the hallway to peek in on her children who were both sound asleep allowing her to sigh with relief as she leaned against Fox who had followed her to make sure she was alright.
"What's the matter?"
"He killed you and the children and I couldn't to anything! It was SO real *sobs!!*"
"Hey it was just a dream and even if Scales did come here you know I would never let anything happen to our kids right?"
Krystal looked at Fox and nodded yes before heading back to bed but little did she know her nightmare would probably be brought to reality for deep within the cold reaches of space the aparoids now made for Corneria while back on Mobius Fang was comforting his wife after her battle with scales.
