Anna moves a bit so charlie can sit with them on the couch while smiling to usako with her ears forward. after translating it for the mercer’s, usako tilts her head a bit. “what kind of test would provide such solid proof?”

“usako chasofito?!” mark blurts out. “mark mercer?!” usako does at the same time. they stare at each other for several moments more. breaking the silence and the staring contest, usako starts climbing out of the cockpit.

Mark is in his late 30's here, and he seems to take ending up where he is better than usako. also, this is mark's first encounter with nick wilde and judy hopps. though not one of them knows it yet. mark's kit.

We will also switch back over to usako for the next chapter or two. she'll learn a bit more about the farm. when we come back to mark it will be a small time jump and start off with the typical zootopia duo.

Anyway, the progress to the point where we jump back to usako for me seems to be pushed back a bit, this chapter reached the pre-edit page limit before i got to the point where mark meets vivian wilde.
