He crouched beside him and felt his wrist. after a moment he got up and looked back at laura. "he's dead." hearing this was too much for laura as she started to cry. oblivious to the rain, the officer, everything.

His paws kept giving way to its own, eventually with skyclaw's own being right beside his muzzle. it flicked out a digit, the claw atop scratching deep into his muzzle, causing skyclaw to flinch away.

She set her sticks down and made her way over to the couch, kneeling on the floor beside nereen and leaning down towards the micen. 'nate!'

He sat and carefully lifted her arm, sliding beside her and lying down before setting her arm down on his shoulder. she reacted by pulling herself close to him immediately.

besides, there was always a chance they were being spoiled by their family. so now and then i could beg their family for something tasty. but they didn't come. their family neither. nobody came.

He reached over to wake vael but when his paw met the cold bedding beside him his heart skipped, the panic racing back, taking hold again.
