Religious communities influx, the church pews poured merrily singing hymns about the birth of the lord. the smothering smog that concealed this town, uncertain now opened up like a stage red curtain.

I want to explore more of the animal aspect the furry community brings, but it's hard to do in such a constricting environment as poetry. still, i think this is a neat little piece i put together. the entire thing is in anapestic tetrameter.
