I wrote this story for the further confusion 2011 convention book. to my genuine surprise, it was published. several thousand years ago the desert lands of australia were occuied by two tribes: the kangaroos and the dingoes.

#1 of conbook submissions this was my submission to the rmfc '13 convention book. the theme was "lucky thirteen," a casino night sort of deal. they accepted the story happily, and it was the frontmost featured story submission!
