Well, this sure is a weird dream. Nick is entranced over this surreal, but beautiful view. He's sure that he's standing, but looking down gives him a bit of nausea. For some unknown reason, he is in space, fully capable of standing even though the view is drifting throughout the Milky Way Galaxy. What is even weirder though is this presence in front of him.
A massive behemoth looking very familiar to the Behemoth king in the Final Fantasy series, standing fully upright on two feet adorned with sharp nails. However, what is peculiar about this... beast is his eight arms, each of them holding a miniature version of the planets. The behemoth then placed each of these on the belt of light swirling around his waist like a hula-hoop in slow motion, creating a beautiful replica of the galaxy.
Suddenly, the beast opened his maw. "Well, well, I did not expect to see a human here. What's your name?"
Nick gawked over this, his mouth fully open. "U-uh, is this a dream? This feels so... Oh right, my name's Nick, and you are?"
The behemoth chuckled, "Nice to meet you, Nick. Yes, this is your dream, and I am surprised that I am able to gain access to it so... I decided to reward you with my presence. Call me Embermane, I'm an overseer of sorts keeping an eye on your galaxy."

Before Nick can answer, the two realized static disturbing the dreamspace for a brief moment. Embermane sighed, "Seems like we are running out of time. Look, Nick, I'm really glad I can talk with a human for once. However, you only have enough for one question, and we might not be able to see each other again." He whimpered, "Make it count."
Well, that's a shame, Nick thought. Deciding to make a hell of an impression before he's awake in the real world, he asked an outrageous question, "Did you choose my dreamspace in particular because you like me or something?" Nick smirked.
What happened next was unexpected. Embermane yelped at this unexpected question, and the sudden jump made the miniature planets revolving around his belt to fall, causing a mess on the... ground. (?)
The overseer's cool, well-kept persona is gone in a heartbeat. "W-w-w-w-what do you mean by that, Nick? How d-dare you ask a deity like me something about l-love!" Embermane stuttered.
Nick chuckled at the behemoth acting all bashful in front of him, his eight arms going crazy trying to calm him down. "I never said anything about love though? Regardless, out of all the humans in the world, it's hard to believe that you randomly spotted mine out of nowhere."
The statics grew even more frequent by the minute. Embermane sighed, he had to fulfill his promise. He blushed as he answered, "Oh fine, so be it. Yes, Nick, I am actually er... quite new at this... job? Apparently, we are the same age. Your birthdate is exactly the same as the past deity gave life to me and passed on her role, so..."
Four of his paws covered his face, trying to hide his growing blush. "I d-decided to observe you and... today, I suddenly found an entrance to your d-dream! So, I decided to talk to you for once..." He suddenly whimpered, "Well, too bad we are running out of time..."
Nick blushed a bit. Well, a galaxy overseer having a crush on him is... unexpected, and quite a romantic set-up too, when he thought about it. He panicked as Embermane started to become blurry, he knew his time is almost up. "W-well, if it helps, I like your company too. I hope we get to meet again, Embermane! Hell, maybe you got some sort of power in there to be in the human world as well, who knows!?" Nick shouted.
At this, Nick faded from the dreamspace. Embermane drifted once more in space, deep in thought. "Hmmm, I wonder..."

The human blinked, as he jolted from the alarm sounds coming from his phone. Groaning, Nick turned off his alarm and was on his way to sleep for another 5 minutes until...
He jolted up as he has a clear recollection of the dream. "I... guess it was real?" Nick murmured.
He felt something else is off, though. Why... is it bright in his room? Nick always turns off all the lights before sleeping, and... Wait, is someone hugging him from the back? He looked downward and he saw... eight arms hugging him.
Nick peeked behind his shoulder and saw a familiar behemoth snout. "Embermane!?" He shouted. The behemoth yelped at this and fell off the bed, creating a loud thud sound.
Embermane growled, "Oww... Nice welcome you got there, human."
Nick stuttered, "B-but how... w-what...?"
"Well, turns out I got the powers to do so in the first place! Never thought of using it before though, silly me," the behemoth guffawed.
Nick rushed and hugged Embermane, "Well, I'm glad we talk for real this time. Enjoy your stay, Ember."
Embermane returned the hug, smiling. "Glad to be here, Nick."
