I felt like I was floating. I couldn't hear or see anything around me. I felt cold, really cold. Where am I? Last thing I remember......

(Flashback)

"William can you please pay attention. Don't make me take your Gameboy away." I looked up from my game to see my teacher walking towards me. Her long hair sway side to side. I saved my game quickly and turned it off.

"Sorry Ms. Everdeen." I said quickly rubbing the back of my head. The teacher stood next to me.

"Please try to pay attention. So as I was saying, there has been legendary tales of people around the world that had travels from this world and enter into worlds completely different from our own. Now due to science, it hasn't ever been proven to be true. People from history has also stated they came here from different worlds. These people never had any proof of it but one thing that science has been able to prove is that our universe is but a fraction of a near infinite amount of possible universe besides our own. Grant nobody from our world ever invented means of travel to these other worlds. It would take an act of god or a force to open the doors to these worlds."

"But teach how can there be other worlds beside our own?" One asked.

"To be honest I can't really answer that. This had been a pretty big question that really no one knows. It's only a possibility that other worlds exist like heaven and hell. We only know that our world is only connected to an infinite curve of universes. Hopefully as our kind evolves through time we can connect ourselves in this concept. I personally believe its possible but just out of our reach. However I also believe there is consequences that play a part. Like if someone with a warped mind could also bring about the destruction of everything."

The bell began to ring to signal the end of school. I quickly gathered my things and stuffed them in the backpack.

"Hey Will you going to be online tonight?" I heard a familiar voice come from behind.

I looked and saw my friend Austin walking behind me. He got up beside me. "Their releasing a new boss battle." I shoved my hands in my hoodie pocket.

"Probably not, I was thinking on continuing my Nuzlocke challenge in my pokemon game. I almost ready to take on the second gym leader." I told him. We walked out the double doors to the back of the school.

A row a buses were lined up, ready to take kids home."

"Come on man, that game is so old." Austin complained. I looked at him raising an eyebrow at him. "Your sixteen dude and you still play pokemon."

"Your one to talk dude, it wasn't long ago that you were trading pokemon with me." I said.

"I know but pokemon has been getting old." He fired back.

I simply laughed at him. “That not how it is for me. I still enjoy playing it. I love Pokémon." It wasn't a lie. I had a lot of stuff related to the franchise.

“Well if you decide to get on, hit me up. I guess I'll play Call to Duty." He waved goodbye and got on his bus. I continued walking forwards, looking for mine. I finally found mine at the front of the line and got on. I sat in my normal spot towards the back. I pulled out my gameboy and booted up Pokemon silver.

I played for awhile until the bus finally got to my house. I lived alone with my mother out in the country. It was a small house but it was home. I got off the bus and was immediately bombarded by two big dogs.

“Hey there guys. You missed me." I said petting the two. One is a golden retriever and the other was a blue healer. They jumped on me as I walked up the driveway towards my house.

I opened the door and walked inside. “Hey MOM, I'm home." I yelled.

“Hey honey, how was school." I heard my mother yell back. “I'm in the basement folding laundry."

I proceeded down stairs to where she was. I found her in front of a bench like table folding clothes. “School was fine, the usual."

“That's good, you hungry?" She asked.

“Of course I am." I quickly replied.

She smiled at me, “Alrighty well I'll get to making dinner as soon as I'm done with this. How meatloaf sound?"

“Sounds yummy. You know I love your meatloaf mom." I replied back.

“Alright let me finish this and I'll get started on that. Homework?" She said.

“Not really, I finished my work today so no homework tonight." I said. I started to head back towards the stairs.

“Ok, you going to go play some games?" She asked.

“You know it. I got a challenge to complete." I said smiling. I ran back up the stairs and headed for my room.

I opened my door. My room was loaded with pokemon stuff. I had a computer that sat on my deck with pokemon stickers all over it, I had pokemon bed sheets and covers. I also had posters of different pokemon all over my wall.

Yeah I am a pretty big pokemon nerd. It was my favorite thing in the world. I hung my backpack up on a hook near my door and went to my bed. I laid down on it holding my gameboy. I started it up and booted into Soul Silver.

I played for awhile.

“I finally found you." I jumped as I heard a voice echo around me. I looked around and saw no one. I could tell my mom was in the kitchen because of the noise she was making.

“Hello?"

I didn't notice that my screen of my gameboy was glowing brightly. I felt warmth as I looked down at it.

“AH." I yelled dropping it onto my bed. It continued to glow a white light.

“Will of the human world. I have searched for a long time for someone to come to my world. I need help." I heard the same voice say again.

“Who are you? What world?" I replied in a shaky voice. I looked at the screen more closely and gasped.

“Yes I am Arceus of the Pokémon world. I am the one to rules over it." It said. My eyes went wide in surprise. I couldn't believe it. “Young one, I need your help. The balance of good and evil in my world is becoming undone. I have seen what you are capable of in the game that you have been playing. I feel that your the right person to embark on a hero's journey through my world. Do you accept?"

I blinked, this was it. Remember back to what my teacher had said about other world. I never could imagine that the game I played that a world like it could exist.

“I do." Suddenly the light intensified further, engulfing me.

“Then Come with me." I put my hands infront of my face as I felt myself leave my bed. Next thing I remember.

“Flashback ends"

I looked around and saw complete nothing. Like I was floating in between space and time.

“Will the chosen hero. Do not fear, all will be made clear." I heard the same voice. I noted that it was female.

I watched as things got brighter again. I closed my eyes from the intensity.

“Behold my hero. The world on which you knew." I opened my eyes.

“GASP!!!" I drew in massive amounts of air as I looked around. I was in the middle of a field of grass. I could see a forest and some mountains around me. But what I saw with it, I couldn't believe it.

“POKEMON!!" I yelled laughing as I ran towards the nearest one I could see which had been a pidgey. It merely looked at me. As if I bothered it from what it was doing. I flew at me pecking my head. I covered my head with my hands and ran away from it. Laughing all the same.

I looked back to where I was at and nearly fell over with sheer shock.

Arceus was standing over me, looking down at me with bright green eyes.

It closed them, it slowly folded its legs laying down in front of me.

I couldn't believe it.

“Believe it young hero. As you already know, I am the god of all pokemon and rightly watches over them. I am the one who created everything. I choose you to embark on a journey to save the pokemon world."

“From what exactly."

“Some time ago, in the vastness of time and space. The space that exist inbetween existences, There was a pokemon that was birthed from it. It known only as Donmario. This pokemon is much like me as it is a god in of itself. But unfortunately as it has power on which I cannot understand. It isn't coherently evil but it isn't exactly good either. It's been going around the pokemon world corrupting everything around it. It's powers a strange."

“How can I defeat it, when you can't either?" I said.

“Well to be honest I don't exactly know myself Will. Something about you drew me to you. You have something inside you that most do not. You will soon see it for yourself soon enough."

Arceus leaned it head down and three different pokemon appeared in front of me.

“Now I assume you are accustomed to the way of being a new trainer correct." She said to me. “I will start you off with one of these three pokemon. The rest is up to you. Now keep in mind. Pokemon do faint if they sustain too much damage however if the attack is more powerful than they can handle. They…. Will…. Die."

That rung heavily in my ears. “They can die?"

“Yes."

I looked down at the three pokemon that stood before me. One was Totadile, Cyndaquil and Chikarita. Water, fire and grass. I though hard to which one I wanted to go with. Like all pokemon play through I did. I always went with a fire type for my starter.

So logically I walked up to Cyndaquil and picked it up.

“Are you male or female?" I asked.

“It's a female Will. Care for her like you would do your own. You can also choose to name her as well if you choose to do so." Arceus said.

“How about Fira?" I said. The fire mouse pokemon yipped at me in excitement. I took that as it like the name I gave it.

“Now I can only do so much. Here is the pokeball that belongs to her. I can also grant you a small amount of money to get you started but anything else is up to you. You have to acquire it yourself." Arceus stood back up. I looked up at her.

“Remember Will this world is nothing like yours and the overall fundamentals are completely different from your own world. But it does have similar laws. I trust that you will do great things here. You have a lot of growing to do. I will be there when you are ready to face Donmario. Also one last thing I want to bestow upon you. I will give you the ability to speak with pokemon. Use it as you see fit." With that I watched Arceus slowly float up into the sky. “Bye for now Will. Don't let me down."

I watched her fly away as I held Fira in my arms. I looked around me. Then I looked at Fira. I scratched the side of my head. “SO what now?" I said.

“Well I'm hungry so lets start there." Fira said suddenly.

I jumped as I looked down at her. “Oh yeah I can speak with pokemon." I looked around for the money that Arceus had stated. I quickly realized in my back pocket, a wallet had placed itself there. I pulled it out and opened it. I small several bills in it. I guess that's a start. I looked a Fira and smiled. “I wonder what Region of the pokemon world we're in." Fira looked up at me tilting her head to one side.

“What do you mean?" She asked. I picked her up and placed her on my shoulder. She crawled to the other side looking around.

“Nothing really, just wondering what part of the world we're in." I said as I started looking around. I saw a huge hill not to far from where I stood. I pocketed my wallet. I guess my first move would go to find a local professor. Which that had a lot to do with what region I was in. I slowly made my way to the hill so I could have a decent look around.

“So master……"

“Call me Will Fira, I don't like being called master feel like I'm superior to you. I'm far from that. I want to be as equal to you as possible if that makes since." I told her. She simply just nuzzled my cheek in response.

“I got a good feeling about you Will. I like you." She said. I blushed at the remark. I scratched my cheek and chuckled a bit.

I made my way to the hill and start up it. However before I started to head up it, I heard a growl from a near by bush.

A small rat like pokemon jumped out and started running towards us. I identified the pokemon almost immediately. It was a Ratatta, the most basic of pokemon it exist. Though not taking this pokemon lightly considering it may know the move Hyper Fang which is can be a devastating move. The purple pokemon jumped towards me bearing it claws at me.

Fira jumped into action, hopping down from my shoulder. She tackled the rat pokemon making it move back a bit.

“oh my god oh my god oh my god!!! I squealed like some highschool girl. Excitement over took me. This is my first real battle.

“Will what do you want me to do." Fira yelled at me. No time for foolishness, I looked at Fira and quickly spat the only beginner move that a fire type starter would know.

“Use Ember." I said, calling out the command.

I watched in amazement as Fira's back ignited in a fiery blaze. She opened her mouth and shot four small fire balls at the Ratatta. The move hit it's mark singing the pokemon. It squeaked loudly as it rolled around. It stood back up and quickly ran away.

Me and Fira simply watch the pokemon run away from us. Fira turned around and with a smile on her face she hopped into my arms.

“Well I guess it didn't want to battle us no more." I said. I rubbed my chin as I tried to think of a reason why It left. “Me thinks we were to much for the little critter."

“Mur, don't worry about it. We won our first battle. Take it for what it's worth." She said to me. She crawled back up onto my shoulder and wrapped herself around the back of my neck. She laid her head down, yawning all the while.

I smiled petting her. I looked up the hill and started making my way up it.

It took me quite sometime to finally reach the top. Some points the hill became to steep and I had to move in a diagonal direction to ascend up it.

As I got to the top. MY eyes were treated to an amazing sight. Like right out of a movie or something. The land opened up and I saw for miles. I saw a couple different bird type pokemon flying through the sky. I could see other pokemon roaming around down below. Though the most important thing I saw had been a town in the distant. A bit on the small side but big enough to have a pokemon center and possibly have someone I am hoping to find.

“You ready for our jour….." I said as I looked at Fira. She was sound asleep on my shoulders. I guess that battle took more out of her than I thought. Or she is really comfortable where she is at.

I looked back towards the town. So begins my journey in the pokemon world. Before I made one more thought I thought of something… “MOM!" I yelled. “I completely forgot about her. Oh I hope she is not worrying. Me disappearing out of the blue would devastate her." I made a quick prayer to have the god watch over. “Maybe it's one of the scenarios where even though time passes here it doesn't in my old world and once I'm done with what I am to do here. Once I go back, it be like nothing ever happens.

After a few minute I quietly calmed myself down. Needn't worry about things like that. I needed to concentrate on the task at hand.

Chapter 2: Much needed information

I looked down the massive hill and made my way down. Once I made it to the bottom. To my shear delight I found a road. To another nice surprise I found a sign that had the name of the road, Route 46. 46…… “I'm in Johto." I said out loud. “And if I take 46 south to 29. So that town I saw had to be either Cherrygrove City or New Bark Town. WHICH PROFESSOR ELM IS AT. Oh god yes I can meet my idol." I couldn't contain my excitement as I started to run down the path. Through my excitement I didn't realize that FIra hanging onto my shirt for dear life as I ran down the path.

To my utter surprise. I ran most the way there. “Will Could you slow it down a bit please. I don't know if I can hold on much longer." I heard Fira yelling in my ear.

“GUH." I tripped over something and fell face first into the ground. I stood back up spitting bit of grass and dirt out my mouth. “Sorry about that. I honestly forgot you were there Fira. I couldn't contain my excitement. I discovered that New Bark Town is just up a head. I can meet the professor there."

“Well I would be lying if I said I wasn't a bit offend at that. But I guess I'll give you slip just this once. Just remember your not alone here." She said.

“I know. I'll walk the rest of the way." I said as I started walking again.

Soon enough I made my way into New Bark town. It wasn't that large only having a few street here and there all having homes. I looked around until I spotted a building with a sign saying.

“Welcome New Trainers. Property of Professor Elm."

I walked up to it and entered the building. I drew in a sharp breath as I looked around the large room I walked into. I saw many bookshelves holding all sorts of books. I saw many types of machines all around. I also noted many people all wearing lab coats. One took notice of me standing at the door. He briskly walked over to me.

“Welcome sir to Professor Elms lab. Are you a trainer?" He asked. I looked at him, the man had jet black hair and wore thick glasses on his face.

“Uhm yes?" I replied. He scientist took my hand and ushered me to follow him.

“Here I'll take you to Elm himself. I must admit it's been a little while since we had any new trainers to come by." He went on. “It's been quite boring around here. Are you from here, I must say I never seen you before?"

“No I'm from far away, I just got here yesterday." I lied a bit.

“Well either way welcome. Here we are, Professor Elm is just beyond this door. He should be working on his latest findings." The scientist pointed to a door. HE brought me down a hallway.

I opened the door and went inside. I looked around and found myself is a rather cluttered office room. Bookshelves on either side, right in front of me sat a rather large L shape desk that held stacks of papers.

“Hello?" I said. A middle age man suddenly sat up from behind the stacks looking around. He had the same lab coat as the other had on but he had his open that shown a pale blue shirt on. He had brown hair that showed the signs of balding in the front. He wore glasses that were slightly crooked to one side.

“Oh Welcome, what's your name. My lad." He said. He smiled at me. I walked up to his desk.

“My name is William but you can call me Will for short. I'm here to register as a trainer." I told him.

“Well hate to break it to you. You normally do that at a pokemon center. I normally hand out starters for new trainers. How old are you?" He said walking around his desk to get a better look at me. He stood in front of me, eyeing me up and down.

“I'm sixteen sir." I told him. Fira at this point decided to wake up and yawned.

“Oh you already have a pokemon. Well that's good. Do you have any pokeballs." He asked me. I shook my head no. “Well I can give you a few starter stuff to get you going if you need it."

“Like what?" I said.

He quickly walked back around his desk opening a drawer up, he pulled out a red looking device. “This is a pokedex. It's a pokemon. It will identify any pokemon you come across in the wild. I can also give you a backpack and a set of five pokeballs to get you started. But to actually register as a trainer you need to visit the pokemon center in Cherrygrove city. It's right down route 29." He told me. He went through a couple a cabinets pulling out pokeballs and a backpack. He hand them to me. I took them thanking him.

“There isn't much else I can do for you. Though I must admit you might be the oldest in awhile to start a journey. Is that Cyndaquil your first?" He asked pointing at Fira.

“Yeah I got her a short time ago." I said.

“Well I guess there no shame in it. Are you going to take on the gym challenge?"

Oh yes, the journey to retrieve gym badges to where you can enter into the pokemon league.

“Yes, though I need to build a proper team though." I said. Elm shook his head knowingly.

“Well welcome to the world of being a pokemon trainer. You can challenge your first gym in Violet city. I wish you the best of luck. I am rather sorry but I have to cut this short I have a lot of thing I must do so. Come see me every now and again I might have something for you as you progress through Johto."

With that I bid him farewell and left the lab. I found myself standing outside.

'Grumble' I heard and felt Fira stomach growl with hunger.

“You hungry?" I asked.

“Yeah." She yipped. I looked around and soon realized there wasn't any restaurants near by.

“Well I guess we'll head to Cherrygrove city. We'll get something to eat once there." I told her.

It took me roughly two hours to make my way through route 29. I soon entered into Cherrygrove City which had been significantly larger than New Bark. Honestly remembering back when I played the game the city didn't appear large. I guess the real thing differs a lot from what I know. I spotted a restaurant that held a burger sign above it. “Oh lets have burgers." I quickly made my way inside the restaurant and found myself a booth. Fira sat next to me cuddling up to me. I petted her as I looked around. It wasn't that busy inside. I didn't see many people inside. I notice a girl walking over to me.

“Sorry for the wait sir." She placed a set of silver ware in front of me. She also placed a menu in front of me. “Can I start you out with something to drink?"

“Do you have soda?" She looked at me as if I asked something dumb.

“Yes we do."

“I'm sorry I'm still new to Johto so I don't know whats offered here. I guess I'll take a cherry soda. Also can I request a bowl with some water in it for my partner here." I said. She nodded and left going to fetch our drink. I looked around the menu.

I looked at it. It suddenly occurred to me. What do they use for meat?

The girl came back and placed our drink down. She pulled out a notebook and pen. “Have you decided what you wanted?"

“Well I got a question though and this probably sound weird but what do you use for meat?" I asked. Once again the girl looked at me with utter confusion.

“With beef sir, and before you asked yes they come from cows and our bacon comes from pigs too. Where are you from?" She said to me.

“Far away from here. The food there is quite different." I blatantly lied. Though I sighed in relief. Good so the age old question had finally been answered there are animals here aside from pokemon. Though I wonder why it was never shown.

“Ok let me try the double bacon cheeseburger and fries." I looked at Fira realizing I had no idea what she would eat.

“You wouldn't have something that a fire type could eat?" I asked. The girl nodded and jotted down my order. She briskly walked away.

“So after this, I figured we go register at the pokemon center and go check out the shopping mart afterwards. Hopefully I can find a tent and other supplies." I said looking at Fira. I scratched under her chin. I chuckled as I saw one of her hind legs started twitching up and down. She closed her eyes and enjoyed the scratches.

After while the girl returned with our food. I place the bowl of food in front of Fira who promptly started chowing down. I looked at my food and marveled at it. I picked the burger up and took a bit. My eyes went wide as my mouth exploded with flavor. “Mah gosh thish ish the mosh awesome thing I tasted." I said with a mouth full. I devoured the food with vigor. I was more hungry than I thought.

Quickly enough we finished our food, the girl came back holding a piece of paper. “Did you enjoy everything?"

“Yes best I've had in awhile thank you." I said accepting the bill.

I choked as I saw the bill. Fifth teen hundred had been printed on the ticket. I didn't understand the symbol next to the amount. I pulled my wallet out and sighed as I realized that the currency was different from my own. But I had more than enough to pay for our meal. I paid the girl and left the place.

I than proceeded to head to the pokemon center which sat next to some trees. I also spotted the Mart next to it. I stopped just outside the center looking at the huge building. “I wonder how many room they have? What do they need them for?" I said. Fira mearly just nuzzled my cheek. I enter the center and was immediately greeted by a lady with bright long pink hair. “Greetings sir, what can I help you with. Do you pokemon need medical help?" She said with a smile.

I smiled in return delighted at her nice appearance. “No my pokemon are fine however I am here to register as a pokemon trainer. I was told to come here." She nodded and motioned me to follow her to a big counter toward the back of the room. There were several hallway that went to other parts of the center.

“Alright all you need to do is, confirm with me that you have a pokemon to start with which I can see her sitting on your shoulder. Give me you full name. After that I will give you more information."

I pulled Fira off my shoulder and placed her in front of me on the counter. The yipped at Nurse Joy. Nurse Joy reached out and gave her a pet of the head. I gave her my full name. She typed away on a computer behind the counter.

“Alright all set. I am allowed to give you one set of pokegear which acts as a phone of sorts. There also a map of Johto inside it as well. Also a radio can be downloaded onto the device as well. Another thing you should know. If you ever need shelter every single pokemon center has rooms for housing passing trainers. So keep that in mind. There is a cafeteria in some of them. This one doesn't have one."

“Wait so I can sleep at a center?"

“Yes you can if you feel incline to it." She said smiling at me. I accepted the gear, pocketing it.

“So is that it? Is there anything else I need?" I asked looking at Nurse Joy.

“Oh yes here take this, this is your card. Its has information of you being a trainer. You'll need it for somethings." She handed me a card that had my name on it as well a picture.

“Wait when did you take a picture?"

“While I was entering the information you gave me." She said.

I nodded, “Well I guess that's it. So is it okay that I go on and get myself a room for tonight? I'll be gone in the morning."

She simply smiled and started typing again at her computer. She handed me a keycard and a piece of paper that had the room number.

“Your room is right down that hall over there at the very end. If you need a shower, each room has one." She told me. I smiled at her and thanked her. I picked up Fira and placed her back onto my shoulder.

I followed Joy's instruction, walking down the hall she indicated until I found my room at the end of the hall. I swiped the keycard, I pushed open the door and gasped. The room was rather roomy, had a full size bed with a desk on the other side. There was a tv and a lazy boy recliner. I walked into the room, placing my backpack on the desk. Fira jumped off and landed on the bed. I opened my arms wide and fell face first in the bed. I laid there thinking as I looked up at the ceiling.

“To think last night I was just in my room, I never would've imagine something like this." My expression darken a bit. I thought of my mother. “I hope mom's ok." Thinking of what Arceus had tasked me to do seems such a great feat. I need to build a team. I wonder what kind I was going to go with. I already have a fire type. But I need to build a team that to where I wouldn't necessarily be at a type disadvantage. Honestly I don't even know what type Donmario was. Honestly thinking logically if it was birth between time and space. It's probably had to be something of a dark and psychic type. Yet that is just speculating I won't know unless I actually see it.

I don't even know where to find the pokemon. I felt something touch my cheek, I turned my head and saw Fira licking my face.

“Is there something wrong Will?" She asked. She had a concerned look about her.

“I was just thinking. Its nothing for you to worry about right now. However we still need to go to the pokemart next door. I want to get some supplies before heading out tomorrow." I said sitting up onto the bed. I pulled out my wallet and counted how much I had. After what I got at the burger joint I have roughly seven thousand left. It honestly feels like a lot but I figured the rate of currency is completely different from my world. I looked at Fira. “Wanna come with?" She just yipped and hopped onto my shoulder. I stood up and gave one look around. I saw the bathroom next to the door out. “I'll pick up some shampoo too. We don't want to smell. We're not savages." I laughed.

I walked out the room and back toward the front of the pokemon center. I found Nurse Joy helping another trainer. “I'll be back, need to go next door." She nodded and waved.

I left the center, a cold wind came blowing past me which made me shiver a bit. It was also starting to get dark. I wonder what season it is. I made my way over to the store and went inside. From the outside it's didn't look very large and once I went inside. I was genuinely surprised how big it was. I wasn't long but it was deep. The store went far in the back. I made a mental checklist of the things we were going to need. So I grabbed a cart to push around. First place I hit was the camping area. Looking at the different sizes I determined that I didn't need a very large tent considering it was mainly going to be me. I ended up with a single person tent geared for all seasons. I also went with a thermal sleeping bag that could go pretty low. I picked up a mini screw on stove that would attach itself to a butane tank. I honestly didn't really know why I picked it up considering I had Fira but I also thought it would come in handy. I also didn't want to start any fires if I camped in a drier area. I picked up a few other odds and ends for camping including a survival knife set. After that I proceed over to the clothes department and picked out a nice jacket to go over my hoodie when temps got colder. The jacket had several pockets to store stuff. I also picked up a few things for Fira like a stuff animal toy that she could play with and above all else food. I honestly didn't know how I was going to pack this stuff all into my backpack so I went on a invested into a larger one that I could pack a lot into it. After picking up some hygiene stuff I paid for everything and left the store. I smiled in sheer happiness at my newly acquired gear. I was ready for anything.

I also stocked up on some food so I wouldn't starve going in between towns. I didn't see Joy as I entered the pokemon center. Must be busy. So I quickly made my way back to my room and with a sigh of relief plopped everything down onto the bed. I than went to work opening everything and packing up my oversized backpack. I also found that I could clip my original backpack to the new one, I thought that was pretty cool. While I did this Fira was on the floor chewing on the stuff animal I had gotten for her.

“Done, now we're set." I said lying down onto my back.

“Bath?" Fira said hopping onto the bed.

“Oh yeah I guess we can do that." I quickly grabbed the pokeshampoo which smelled like pecha berries.

I opened the bathroom and surprised with how big it was. Had an open style shower, the sink counter top was large too. I found towels inside laying in wait for people to use.

Luckily the shower had a wand for you could move it around. I was pretty surprised at how nice the bathroom were. I honestly was expecting basic stuff. But I guess that simply didn't exist. I turned the faucet on and waited for the water to get hot. Fira overjoyed at getting a bath. How could she be this excited at getting a bath. She squealed as the hot water hit her.

Her face full of delight as she enjoyed the water. I waited for a moment allow her to get completely wet before putting the want down. I grabbed the pokeshampoo and squirted a small amount onto my hand. I proceeded to lather it onto Fira small body. I massage the shampoo into her fur. I did this for a couple of minutes as I looked at her expression. Her face was in total bliss from the massage. I smiled as she made cute noise.

“Will that feels good." I continued until the soap slowly lost its suds.

I decided it was time to wash her off. I turned the faucet back on and started rinsing her off. She made that same noise again as the hot water poured over her. Once she had been cleared of all soap, I picked her up and brought her over to the counter to dry her off. Luckily for me there had been a Air dryer conveniently placed near the sink. I picked it up, plugging it in. I turned it on. With the air dryer and the towel I dried my little companion off. Once done she say on the counter all fluffed out. Looked like a small ball of blue, orange and tan fur. “My god your adorable." Though I couldn't let her go around like that so I grabbed a comb and started brushing out her fur. Soon her fur laid straight and elegant. I ran my hand over her and whistled at how soft her fur was.

“Your so soft Fira." I said.

“Only because of you Will." She replied.

“Well go get into bed, I'm going to take a shower myself and join you here in a bit." I told her. She obeyed, hopping down from the counter she ran into the other room. I looked to see if she was on the bed. Which she was lying in a ball.

I shut the door behind me, and started getting undress. I realized I didn't grab a change of clothes. I quickly put on my underwear back on, I went to put my pants back on. Until I stopped, “I could just go out there in my under pants. I mean she's a pokemon. Not like shes an actual human." I said. So I discarded my pants to the side and walked into the other room. I quickly grabbed myself something to sleep in. As I walked back into the bathroom I noticed that Fira was staring at me intently. I looked at her, my face growing red. Her did as well, realizing what she was doing. She looked away quickly. I took another step into the bathroom closing it. My heart was beating fast. My face warm from embarrassment. “Okay she was totally looking at me." I slapped myself as I started thinking of other stuff. I quickly gave myself a shower. Eager to head to bed.

I finished undressing, I looked at my mirrored self. I wasn't tall nor was I short. I didn't have much fat on me but I wasn't very skinny either. I'm a normal average size teenager. One feature that I did like about myself was the fact I had shoulder length bright blonde hair. My hair normally changed with the seasons, getting brighter in the spring and summer, duller in the fall and winter. I turned the faucet on and hopped in. I sighed as the hot water ran over my body. It felt really nice. I slowly cleaned myself with body wash and shampoo. I even conditioned my hair. Though as time went by I had a nasty feeling I was being watched.

I looked at the door and realized the door was still open. “AH!" I yelled as I realized that Fira was staring back through the door. She had been watching me bath. “FIRA!"

“I'M SORRY!!" I heard her yell back. The door shut closed as I stood there breathing heavy. How long had she been sitting there. I didn't know honestly.

I quickly finished my shower and got out. I got dressed and grabbed my clothes that I were wearing and walked into the other room. I found Fira lying still underneath the bed covers.

I packed my clothes, afterward I walked over to the bed and sat down. I saw Fira twitch under the covers.

“Fira come on out." I said choosing to speak as softly as I could. I placed a hand on her back side. She winced under the cover. Slowly though she crawled out from under the covers. Her face had been wet completely. As if she been crying. I immediately picked her up and held her close to me. I couldn't really be mad at her.

“Why not tell me why you were spying on me?" I asked.

To my surprise she looked at me, her eye red from crying. She sniffed as she buried her face in my bare chest.

“To be honest Will, I'm not as I may seem. I was once fully evolved before Will. I had a trainer before you. But unfortunately he died protecting me. This whole new life was a gift from Arceus. She chose me to possibly be the starter for the hero who would help save this world. I honestly didn't want to reveal this. But being with you reminded me of all the things that me and my old trainer use to do." She murmured something else that I couldn't exactly hear.

“What?"

“WE WERE LOVERS. We did things Will. We went on tons of adventures all around Johto and Kanto. Though at the end of our life together he made a wish to Jerachi that I would have another life. He wanted me to have something more than he could give me. Though I don't know he gave me everything I could want." She cried. I held her closer.

“So you're a reincarnation of sorts."

“What's that?" She asked.

I shook my head. “It doesn't matter. But I am wondering exactly what you and your trainer did together. You said you were lovers so I could imagine."

Her face dropped going red.

“You were trying to take a peak at me." I said. She jumped a bit with what I said.

“It's honestly okay however I just met you Fira, I'm not against it but do note that for one your overall size…."

“But I'll get bigger later when I evolve." She stated.

I honestly couldn't believe I was having this kind of conversation with a pokemon. Though what I did next caught her off guard. I leaned in, placing a few fingers on her chin bring it up. I planted a small kiss on her lips.

Her eyes went wide then melted into the kiss. I leaned back, looking down at her. Her eyes still closed. She opened them slowly looking at me.

“I hope that can at least suffice for now. I will say this, work hard a maybe something more will happen later on. I want a fearless pokemon." I said. She nuzzled me closely. I sat there on the bed petting her as she nuzzled my chest.

The two of us soon got under the covers cuddling up to each other. She soon fell asleep cuddled in my arm. I laid there pondering.

“I mean considering what I was in my old world, this isn't exactly foreign to me. But I don't know. I guess I'll have to see how things turn out." I thought to myself. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
