I got nothing........... read it. Oh yeah and any ideas, please shout them out. Heartless Dragon 4 Fight and Flight The general led the team inside one of the buildings. All were watched by all the furs and scales that were preparing for an evitable war. The general led them to a com room where he turned to them and spoke. "As you all know we are under attack by the Hellfires. They spotted this base a couple of day ago and want to take it down. Now here is the thing, we have conformed reports that they a new weapon that may take out the American country by a single hit. However that information may be inaccurate and we also don't know why they are suddenly attacking us now, but we have to find a way to take down their base which is on the other side of the mountain. The base contains troops armed with weapons as great as our own which is why we need you to take out any heavy artillery or heavy weapons. Can all of you handle that?" Aurora stepped in. "Of course. Just give us time to figure out were we should all strike and when." General nodded. "We will strike tomorrow. In the mean time, I will have one of the rooms set up for your arrival." "Thank you, general...?" "General Kush." "Thank you, General Kush. I am the leader of my team. I am Aurora. This is my team, Wave, Pyro, Zephyr, Terra, Tank and Electrica." Each of the them waved at their names. Kush smiled to them. "I look forward to see you all in battle. You are dismissed." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Derek and his three friends Casey, Lash and Viper, all have been working through the day and night. Derek had to other delivery twice so he didn't have to cook and they don't have to starve. By late next morning, everyone has only completed a small part of the suit. Viper had finished the most of technology. Lash managed to get the helmet working fine and Casey made the interior work fine. Derek was surprised that they had done everything in less time and they could probably finish before the week ended. His design on his suit would actually make it look better than the team had. He had yet time to help the team before they could attack. Knowing the Hellfires, they probably had built better weapons. He knew that when it came to air, they only had two of the strongest planes. Su-37 and Su-47, knowing that they are both stealth and have a great amount of air-to-air missiles and not to mention that in order for some fur or scale to fly one of those two, they had to be the best pilots. He cursed himself for giving the designs to the Hellfire military. And then when they asked him for better weapons, like the A-8's he gave them better ones and tanks and other weapons. He forgot all about his past mistakes. He knew that he has to find a way to destroy his designs so they never use them again. He just hoped that he wouldn't arrive to late. Even when the team was wearing his upgraded suits, they weren't meant to withstand so much firepower. He prayed that he would succeed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The team had their rooms set up in a private sector, thanks to Kush. They all shared only two rooms. One for the males and one for the females. Each room had a set of showers for each of them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aurora was setting up her bed along with Terra, Wave and Electrica. All of them were taking off their suits and taking off their clothes underneath. Electrica was the first to lay down only wearing her yellow bra and her single pair of panties. "So, what do guys think of the males?" All eyes focused on her before Terra chuckled. "Wow, you're the first to think of the males here. Now that is a surprise. Well I would think that..." "No, no the males here in the base." she said. "I mean..." she lowered her voice. "Our males." All was silenced and it made Electrica blush a bit. "Sorry if I said anything." she said with a cheeky smile. It was silent before both Terra and Wave laughed. Aurora was nowhere near laughing for too much was on her mind. She ignored everything and tried to get some sleep while the other girls talked. "So, you checking out our team now?" teased Terra. Electrica nodded. "Yes but I am only asking." her voice turned a bit innocent. "Can't a dragoness try to find a male?" Wave giggled before she brought a pillow up, covering her breast. "Well she's got a point." Terra turned to her. "You too?" Wave nodded and thought to herself. "I don't know but I kinda of the hots for Pyro." Electrica and Terra looked towards her, giving curious eyes towards her. "Wait." said Terra. "You like an element dragon that is the opposite of you?" Wave nodded with a smile. "Yeah. I mean sure it's not normal for a Pyroian and a Aquaian to fall for each other but I find him dreamy in a way." Electrica and Terra couldn't help but laugh at her voice. She growled at them a bit before they both calmed down and smiled to her. "Damn, you really a free spirit, aren't you?" said Electrica. She nodded before Electrica laid down and smiled. "Well I kinda of attracted to my opposite too." Terra and Wave looked at her. "Tank, my gods, he's got the body of a machine and a humor that can make any one laugh. Not to mention his cute voice. Gods! I would just take him right now!" Her voice was that of a school girl who had a crush on a tough kid. Terra was no different from them both. "Well I guess I can't argue with you both since I like Zephyr so, that pretty much sums is all out. We like our opposites." All of the sighed with agreement. Aurora however was alone. Hearing all of their heart's desires, she couldn't help wonder who her future love would be. All the males on the team have been taken and she has no one to love back home or base. She wanted to be with her family but she wanted to have one of her own. A mate who would be there for her. A child to carry on her name or his. She needed a mate. But who was willingly to be hers? All was lost as a alarm went on. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Derek and his team were working on the final pieces of the suit. Lash had upgraded the helmet so it can read vital signs, weak points on any objects, infer red, GPS, environment scan, scan mode, night vision, suit readings, communications com, lock-on, and heat signature. Casey had managed to make the interior more comforting and safe. Three inches of Kevlar on the inside. Light weight titanium on the outside. The suits power arms have been tripled by fifty percent, almost making the suit carry thirty tons and more then the other suits along with power fists. Power legs give the suit extra momentum with small joint flexibility. Light weight tail armor with a tail sword and blade spikes. Viper has fixed all technology and made the suit absorb twice as much from the sun on the solar panels. Jets on the feet have been upgraded to maximum power. The fuel cell that powered all the suit has been reduced to the number of power so less likely to explode incase of over heating. Chain gun has been upgraded with light weight, armor piercing rounds. Small mounted rockets on the arms. Wrist blades been replaced with titanium and the suit now had stealth capability. Derek was impressed. Not only was his best friends one of the many of great scientist but they worked really fast. Having to be first an inventory then a weapons designer made it all well. They all finished the suit during the night. All were tired and worn out. "Well." said Casey as she yawned loudly. "I think were done here." "Yeah i'm worn out." said Lash as he began to stretch. "I'm out and everything is done here." said Viper. "Could we spend the night here Dere?" Derek gladly let them spend the night in the guest rooms and in less then half an hour they were all asleep. He however stayed up. He still wanted to test everything but he knew that he couldn't do it here. In the meantime, he decided to take a break. He went into the fridge and decided to make himself a late night snack. He turned on the TV to the news. The same female tiger spoke out. "This is a special report coming in from the military base outside of the Hellfire territory." Derek stopped dead and quickly turned in on the news. "We have reports that the U.S military base that was outside of Hellfire territory has just been attacked. We go now life to a scene we are witnessing right now." The camera went into another one where a male cat was holding the camera. He adjusted it before he showed everyone what was happening. Smoke and explosions were everywhere. Tanks and guns were heard. The military was trying their best to repress enemy fire. In the distance though, Derek could see the team fighting helicopters and tanks. The camera scene changed and the camera was right in front of the action. He could see Pyro setting enemy soldiers on fire. Tank was destroying, well tanks. He couldn't lift them but he could turn them over. Electrica was in the sky trying to out fly helicopters but she was destroying them with electrical attacks. Terra was causing earthquakes and sending hummers and ground troops to the ground below. Wave was doing her best to keep any incoming fire from injured soldiers and Zephyr was doing his best to outflank enemy fighters. Last he saw was Aurora shooting at the enemies that were hiding. Derek wanted to watch more but a tank appeared at the corner of the screen. The cameraman saw this and didn't have time to run before the tank fired and the screen turned static. The tiger was silent with her mouth a bit open before she sadly spoke. "Well... there you have. I... don't know what to say. Um... it seems as though even with this group of "super dragons" helping out the military, they seemed to be struggling." She stopped before she tapped her ear and listened in. She nodded and focused back on the camera. "I have just been informed that the U.S military base in the Hellfire territory has just been lost. May the gods bless those lost souls." Derek turned off the TV and looked blankly out his kitchen window. He didn't know what to do. If he tried to help he may end up hurt or he could end up getting in trouble. On the other hand, his team needed help and they were losing. No they need his help and with the suit he could do it. He strapped on the suit completely. He turned on every part of the suit on and waited to come online. Once everything was online, his screen on his helmet went on and it showed him everything around him. He observed the house before he quietly walked out of his house. Outside he saw that it was still night which meant that it was day time over there. He never tested this suit out before but he didn't know much. He sighed and guessed he would have to learn everything quickly. As black as the suit was it seemed to glow as he checked out everything in the suit. Once he figured out the suit's readings, he opened his wings and took off to the air. He thanked all his friends for making the suit light weight. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aurora was fighting desprately as her team was starting to slowly retreat and nearly of the military, including the general were dead. They had to retreat and now she knew that her team was losing. They were losing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once he reached a couple thousand feet, he activated his jets and quickly breaking the sound barrier. He activated his stealth and lowered his suit's lights. He increased his speed and passed the second sound barrier. He just hoped that he would arrive on time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aurora and her team were hiding from enemy fire. They did have powerful weapons. And no matter how much they fight them off, more keep coming. The tanks could be heard clearing out areas and firing at any buildings that were still intact. Soldiers that were hiding could be heard whimpering and those that were caught got be heard screaming before they were silenced by bullets. They had badly lost and now, Wave was injured severely. Tank, Terra Zephyr and Electrica were all exhausted. Pyro was somewhat hurt that Wave was injured. Even with the suits, they couldn't hold out much longer. Aurora was just praying that some miracle would happen.
