Another bio for the third character in my current project. :3
Name: Jacklyn Adams

Species: Fancy Rat
Origin: Verona, Soleyna
Occupation: Biochemist and Botanist
Bio: Jacklyn Adams is a peppy, energetic fancy rat hailing from the megalopolis of Verona, a giant trade city on the industrial haven of Soleyna. Having been born into a family of wealth and prestige, she was able to afford the finest education that money could buy, though her decisions were not always approved of by her parents, who, being merchants of the highest class, saw their daughter's future as an investment and only wanted to see her succeed. Their intentions, whether well-meaning or controlling, were a roadblock to her none-the-less. She eventually managed to convince them to allow her to study biochemistry and botany, telling them that she was sure that she would be able to land a job with a well-paying and respected company.
Countless obstacles presented themselves along the way, but the determined rodent wished to see her dreams through. She wanted to study and understand the vast wonders of the wilderness and of the things that inhabit it, since she had never been able to see what a world beyond the towering mercantile houses and corporate buildings was like. Fortunately enough, all of her hard work payed off.
Six years of schooling equipped Jacklyn with the tools to succeed a wide array of niche professions, her status of top ten graduates of her class making her an even more sought-after addition to any research or lab team.
The Maseydo Corporation was the first to make a move, recruiting the freshly graduated student with ease. Her new position on the Eden Project filled her with confidence, while also finally gaining the respect of her parents. With this, she broke into the world of research in a field that she had wanted to explore since she was young.
Her determination and positive energy is a welcome addition to the team of the Eden Project, providing a much-needed dose of sunshine for the often mechanical and logical doctors and professors working on the station. Having around a young and cheerful rat such as Jacklyn is sure to change the whole work environment for the better, while also allowing the crucial research of the team to continue progressing at unexpectedly efficient rates.
