Devine

Dependent

Deepening meaning

With every word heard

I'm speechless, mesmerized by your singing

Toward the unknown it echoes, finding a heart to heal

Unworthy I feel, to be graced by an angel so real

If only one more wish I could ever have in this life, let it be

A final song, shared among two quietly, how amazing it would be to me

A dream come true, yet a dream it must stay

The song almost over, you must go, continuing on toward another day

A heavy heart I have, yet soul filled with a flame bursting at the thought

If only that time, content I am, never ending, all my worries I've forgot

The curtains closed, the audience making there way back to self-made worry

Each fading smile gives into a mind mindful to hurry

Quiet is the room, yet vibrant is my memory

I'll have to go soon as well, ending a happy chapter of my own life's story

This piece I'll bookmark mentally

Till I can no longer picture the priceless pages clearly

When that day comes, may you live far beyond your being

Found again by others, enjoying each second of what you shared, what an angel was, is seeing...
