Chapter 2: The Dragon/Wolf, The Black Dragon, and The Dragonoid Medic!

When Sora awoke, for the second time that day, he found himself outside. He was laying face down on a makeshift bed. The bed appeared to have originally been a table, but it had all of its legs removed and one set of long posts attached to each side of the bed extending out past each end. There was also a blanket/small pillow that his head was resting on. Sora soon decided that he had been lazy enough and went to get up. As Sora moved he got pushed back down. He then said "Hey what was that for? And who are you?" as he attempted to sit up again, he was pushed back down.

Sora then replied "you still didn't answer my questions."

With that there was a sigh and the creature stopped working and walked into Sora's view and said "My name is Fayt, and if you don't stop moving and interrupting me you could very well bleed to death."

And with that he went back to work on Sora's back. Sora had noticed that Fayt's hands were covered in blood and though about what had happened back at the cave. Only then did he realize what Fayt was doing. He was stitching up the holes in his back that he ripped open when he released his wings from within his back.

Sora felt Fayt's hand touching his back and he asked, "How bad is it?"

Fayt replied, "it's not too bad. It's just the fact that that if you had waited for me to show up at your tent I could have cut your wings out of your back and avoided this and been finished already."

Sora replied innocently, "I'm sorry, it is just I got bored and I had no idea where I was, so I was going to look around. The rest is obvious if that thing told you what happened."

“Oh ok.†Sora Stated, as he moved his arms a little, a sharp pain shot up his spine and caused him to yell out in pain. Sora then smelled smoke and opened his eyes. He saw that the ground and the tree that were in front of him were burned and still smoldering a little.

Then Sora heard a flapping noise and saw the Black Dragon flying and land with a bucket of water in his hands. He then poured about half of the bucket on the tree and ground and gave the bucket to Fayt.

Then he asked Sora, “ready?â€

The first one was Aries Sun, a 19 year old Black Dragon that stood at 10ft. tall, and had a 17ft. wing span. His body was covered in black scales and had a white Chest strip and torso. His hair was white and brought out the warmth and comfort in the dragons brown colored eyes. Sora said to Aries “What you did yesterday in the cave was not very funny. It scared me and had I had a weapon you probably would not be here now.â€

Fayt Leingod was a 19 year old Dragonoid who stood at about 8.5 ft. tall and had a 16 foot wing span. His body was covered with a rustic fire red colored scale and his torso was a burning orange color. His hair was silver blue and eye’s were a light sky blue that complimented his hair.

“No problem. If Aries had been any slower bringing you to me, you could have died.†Fayt answered. After hearing this, Aries tackled Fayt saying “Really, you think I’m slow do you!†they rolled around on the ground for about 5 minutes before Soar stepped up to the plate and roared. Both Fayt and Aries stopped rolling and looked at Sora. Both Sora’s eyes and hands were glowing blue. As he lifted his hands, both Fayt and Aries rose up into the air and with a small motion of his hands, Fayt and Aries were separated.

hen Sora yelled, “ENOUGH!!! I will not see you two fighting with each other!†then Sora set them down on their feet. Almost immediately both dragons attempted to lunge at each other, but neither of them got anywhere because Sora, with a flick of the wrist, sent them flying against a tree. While holding them there his eyes flickered green and the roots from those trees started to wrap themselves around the two dragons holding them firmly to the trees. Sora released the magic and calmly said to them, “I said to stop fighting, but you didn’t listen to me.â€

Aries finished his statement saying, “Especially from someone who was near death less than an hour ago.â€

Sora responded to this by saying, “well, one fact is that I naturally have a strong ego, and I currently have a short fuse from the pain and suffering I went through.â€

Then Sora said “well, I’m going to get some sleep. Only disturb me if it is a complete emergency. Understand?†Both Fayt and Aries nodded and Sora turned to the roots. As if they had predicted what Sora wanted they formed a small spiral staircase leading up to an eggshell shaped indent. Sora got to the top and turned around as the roots closed the opening and slowly laid him on his back, and started to sway ever so gently making a humming sound that lulled him to sleep……
