Chapter 3

Val the Lonely wolf

A lone werewolf walked through the Forest of Tears leaving a small trail of blood behind him. He was a big wolf Muscles on his arms and legs with White fur and yellow eyes and a Silver Chest Plate with a brown Pants his Arm Was bleeding heavily and he had a Tear going down his cheek. As he remembered what happened.

"Hey look it's that wolf the one with the curse of the demon Zash. " a male human shouted out to his 4 friends. " Let's get him." He said as they all ran over to him and began to beat him up with clubs and Sticks.

Val was a werewolf Traveling around with no friends all his life because he was cursed. When he was born he had a mark on his back that was of a terrible demon that was powerful enough that he almost destroyed the world. It was foresaw that he'd speak a Spell that would summon him. So when he was 3 they had his mouth-sown shut. But through the help and Lives of a Martyr and a Psychic he can now speak telepathically.

-I miss you guys. - He thought. Referring to the Psychic and martyr they were his only friends and they gave their own lives so that he may interact with others. His vision started to become blurry and he started to become woozy soon he fell in the middle of the Dirt Path Passing out from the lose of blood.

Val was now sitting by a Lake his foot paws resting I the water soothing his feet "Val..." someone said sitting next to him. Val turned his head quickly now seeing that he was in a forest and there was a male Blue Dino sitting next to him with a sad and depressed expression on his face.

"I'm sorry Val, for what I did." He said Grabbing val's hand. Val for some reason now felt warm and safe. He felt needed he didn't quite knew who this person was yet but he liked him and wanted to be close to him Wanted to help him. So he shook his head.

" I really like you but. There's just Something in my head I need to work out first." He said uncertainly. Val opened his mouth to say something then everything swirled to black nothingness.

Val opened his eyes and Looked around he was in an old cabin it was nighttime he could see the moon in a window. He Began to move as he soon realized he was in bandages and the bleeding had stopped there was a wet rag with hot water on his face and he could taste soup in his mouth like someone had fed him also he was naked. "Huh oh god." He said Blushing looking around in a panic for some cloths. There was no one home it was a one-room hut with a wall made out of Bamboo to have a sense of privacy somewhere in it.

"Your awake." A weak aged female voice said. Val turned to see an old Human female smoking a Pipe and warming up some tea. "Sorry about those boys, they don't know any better. There parents teach them the rudest things." She apologized.

"Y-you know who I am?" he asked telepathically like always slightly worried he was in-danger.

"Yes, should that matter? You obviously don't want to fulfil the prophecy right? Otherwise you would have unsowed your mouth." She explained in a sweet voice.

"Not all of us Humans are Bad, most of the older ones have learned not to judge so quickly." She smiled at him. He laid his head back down tired but still unsure if he should believe her. He fell asleep knowing he has to rest for his wounds to heal.

A Month goes on as he lays in bed the old women Tending to him after a while he gets better and starts to help her around her hut. They get to know each other and soon She becomes a mother to val. They bonded as Konica Told him stories of her warrior days as a Green mage.

Which explains her knowledge in medicine and how the garden in her front yard is always weed free. She also had a husband and 3 children but a Dark Elv named Nosantee killed them and that he's still out there.

"Konica. I swear I'll find him and avenge your families death." He said with a cheerful yet serious voice.

"Val. please he's much to strong even for you. Besides. You're my new family now." She said smiling. Val looked at her unable to cry but he wanted to for finally he had found someone who won't judge him on the spot. But also in fact looks at him as a son.

"Thanks." He said smiling. She walked up to him and gave him a Friendly hug. Just then a Smoke Bomb was thrown though one of the windows Val picked up Konica and runs outside to see 5 human's wielding Swords.

"You're here for me aren't you?" Val asked with a serious tone.

"Were here to stop the prophecy." He leader said he had long blonde hair and Blue eyes with some Heavy metal armor on.

"Stop he doesn't want to fulfill the prophecy!" Konica shouted out in protest.

"Shut up old hag, He's lying to you. He's evil." The Human said.

"No if he was he would have said it by now. He Mouth would not be sown shut." She said.

"ENOUGH! I SHALL SMITE YOU VAL!" the human shouted.

" Might I know the name of my attacker before I fight?" Val said drawing his long sword.

" Dantaf, Don' you forget it." He said as he signaled his 4 minions to close in.

" Val I'll take the three in the back." Konica said jumping onto val's left shoulder and then Jumping off of them and landed behind the five intruders. She quickly draws out a knife.

"Hey there, you afraid to take on an old lady?" she laughed gaining the ones she wanted to fight's attention. " I wont let you kill him." She said as she formed a small ball in her hand that was glowing green.

"Poison sphere!" she shouted as she threw it at them they all dodged it and began to run at her she simple raised her hand and caught all three in vines coming out of the ground.

"What the-." One said surprised. " The old lady can fight!" said another.

"You should really respect your elders." She giggled as Dantaf quickly ran up to Val and Slashed at him with his sword hitting his Armor not causing even a scratch. Val picked him up by the neck and threw him back. Then charged him his sword glowing bright white he raised his sword as Dantaf saw him about to strike he guarded with his sword. Val swung and broke through his sword shattering it into many pieces.

Dantaf shocked as Val raises his sword again takes out a Smoke powder bomb and throws it at Val it explodes and now Val is coughing and unable to see. Dantaf Grabbed a knife out of his pocket and tried to stab Val in the face Val blocked it accidentally with his Arm the Knife Penetrating his skin barely.

"Ahhhhh." She shouted. Konica heard him scream and Watched the smoke clear fearing the worst. It cleared and she saw Val was okay. He was growling at Dantaf who still had the knife in his left arm. Val Grabbed Dantaf by the neck again and threw him into tree Knocking the tree down. This scared the rest of the humans and they quickly ran away.

"Ugh... You Bastered I'll be back." He said angrily and then he ran away. Val pulled out the knife and Put it in his Pocket. % Minutes later Konica had bandaged him up.

"Konica, those guys will keep coming until I'm dead and they'll do anything to do it." He said with a sad expression.

"Yes, I know what you're trying to say and I understand just promise to visit me." She continued for him.

". I don't want them to hurt you or put you in-danger." Val said. "So I've. Decided I'm going to root town." He continued. 3 hours later he left for the Town.
