Billy the orphaned Dino

Billy opened his Eyes He was groggy from his restless sleep. He rubbed his Head gently with his Claws and then looked around his Room. He was in his Bed .It was wooden, shabby; old Bed right next to It was A Coat Rack with a white Cloak on it and in the corner a Staff of sorts. Across from the Bed was A Dresser and next to that was a Desk with a Candle on it. Billy Got up and put his cloths on. Bill was a Member and resident of the "Temple of White Gaia".

He had Lived here almost all his life Training in the ways of the white Mage after His Mother Brought him here while they were being Chased By Bandits, However His Mother Was Fatally Wounded By the Bandits and After 6 Days Being in the Infirmary. She passed on. For the White mages couldn't heal her with Magic a Spell was cast over her from stopping it.

Billy walked to his Desk And grabbed The Kettle of Cold water and Poured a Glass and Drunk it Thirsty From His Long Sleep. "I had that Dream Again." He said to himself. " Five Heroes." he continued and trailed off. Billy Was A Blue Scaled Dino Though he is Half-human, His Father Was Human and his Mother was a Dino which is the reason why they are dead, For Cross Breeding. You cant tell he is Half-human He Began to Think To Himself hard, It hadn't really gotten to him yet but he was very Lonely Living at the temple he Longed for a companion. He did Have Friends At the Temple But they weren't Much. Soon a White Human Male with a White Cloak opened His door.

" Are you Ready?" He asked. Bill sighed.

"Sure." He replied. " Remember Victor, After My Final Exam I'd like to go on a Pilgrimage." Bill reminded him.

" Ok, I still don't know why..." Victor Said. "But Hey I got to tell you. Some People Around here don't like the idea of you going out so Early Like this." He Continued.

"Who cares about them I need to do this for me!" Bill said with a harsh tone.

"Besides I bet some of you are gold that this 'half-breed' is leaving..." he told his Human friend. Victor shook his head and then left. Soon After Bill Exited his room with his Staff and Began to walk down the hall Toward the Cafeteria Hungry for breakfast. As He walked Down the Hallway He taught to himself about how good it'll finally be to get out of the Temple and meet new people and Lands. He finally got to the cafeteria went up to the Kitchen then made himself some Pancakes. He sat down at the Table cutting though the soft bread Easily as the Syrup Soaks it. He takes a bite of the wondrous Food as someone runs In Yelling. " Murder! Murder! Someone's been killed!" Bill Gets up and runs over to his Fellow Mage.

" Who's been killed!" he demanded.

" Hope! Her throat was cut in her sleep!" The Human mage Said.

" Crap! Go get Victor and be careful the Murderer could still be around!" Bill ordered him Calmly. The Mage Nodded and Ran toward the Temple Statue In search of Victor.

Bill Ran toward Hopes room everything around Him Blurry Hope was his best friend in the temple and if anything happened to her he'd never forgive himself. He reached her room and Slammed opens the wooden door and couldn't believe what he saw. Hope on her Bed Bloody, Throat cut, Wrists Cut Her face twisted in pain. Bill could smell her Dead Body Roasting in the sun coming through her Window. He covered his mouth almost about to Throw up. " Who did this?" He told himself with Hatred.

5 minutes later victor and the 4 other High mages inspected the room. Bill Awaiting outside Re-playing the Image in his Head over and over of his dead friend. "Who... did this and why?" He said quietly. Victor Came out with the other 4 mages he walked over to Billy.

"Sorry about Hope but you still have your Final Exam to do you might want to take the rest of your hour to Meditate and Prepare.

" Yes sir!" Bill said in a serious tone. Then began to walk off to the Courtyard Done the Stone Hallway the Image of his Dead friend Still in his mind as he realized this will affect his Exam to Become a Full White Mage. 'Why'd this Killer pick this day to strike.' He thought to himself. He entered the Courtyard It Had the Greenest grass and Fountains with soothing trickling sounds and the bluest water. It was Very peaceful and beautiful. He walked out looked at the Sky with His Sky blue eyes. He Sat at the Fountain Closed His eyes and concentrated on a White light.

It was warm and Sparkly He could feel it when he touched it, It was the power of the white Giai and it would soon merge with him. With the Power he could Perform Amazing Feats like Healing, or Creating Lighting and Many other things. He wished to use this Power to make the world a better Place and to stop at least one War. Everyone else scoffed at the idea.

"What can one person do?!" they all Laughed. But bill knew it was possible to change one person's mind at a time. It was gonna take a lot of work Possibly his whole life. Soon Something weird Happened the white Light surrounded him he could feel it entering him Surging through his veins He felt slight pain as Soon he saw no light at all. He blacked out.

He awoke In the Infirmary A wet Rag on his Face He felt extremely hot. He got up as a Nurse Walked up to him. "Oh your awake." She said with a Smile. Bill searched His Mind for Something Sub-consciously he put His claws on his head as it hurt. He growled as his Brain began pulsating. The Nurse worried tried to put him back on the table. Then he realized it. He knew how to heal people and that wasn't it. Somehow he had gotten the Powers of a white mage. He let go of his head and got up his Knees weak he fell to the floor. Now with only some Boxers on he wondered where his Cloak was.

"W-where's my Cloak. I need to tell Victor. I-I got the Power-r." He said weakly. The Nurse was surprised, as Billy Fainted again still not used to the Power. The Nurse quickly ran into the Hallway in search of Victor...But she never came back.

Several Hours Passed No one Came Bill Finally awoke again Sweaty. It was Cold and Dark He quickly got up and Walked Slowly and Clumsy to a Rack where his Cloak was h Slipped it on and then Took his Staff Which was right by it. He looked back at the room the Blue Moonlight shining through big window lighting up the room of the five beds and medical supplied under them soon he realized he was lying in the same bed his mother was when she died.

"I will start my mission soon mother.... Goodbye." He said quietly as he walked into the hallway to be shocked to see the Nurse on the floor Her throat cut and her blood along the walls. He Walked holding onto the wall Slowly down the hall some more to see another Person with there Throat cut he walked toward the Courtyard for 10 minutes finding Many Bodies Along the way all murdered. He finally Regained his Strength and walked into the courtyard to see victor standing by the fountain bill walked over to him and placed a claw on his Shoulder.

Victor turned around and His eyes were torn out and his Face Burnt he fell onto bill. "Is that you. Bill?" he said grabbing for him.

"Yes Victor what's happened here?" bill asked.

"A treason. One of the apprentices wasn't...really a Trainee. But a.... Assassin." he said weakly. " I can feel the Power in you. You must go to Root town. Ok...root...town." he said with his Dying Breath. He went limp in his Arms bill got up onto his feet sad that his Teacher and loyal friend died.

"Looks like it's just you...and Me." a Sinister Voice said Behind Bill. He turned around to see the White Mage he saw before he found hope's Body.

" It was you!" Bill said with anger. "Why! Why did you kill them all! What did you possible have to gain from killing bunch of HEALERS!" HE Roared.

"This is only a Small Part of a huge plot. One that you will never hear of." The human mage Said then he Morphed into a Demon Anthro with red Bony like skin. He threw the White cloak off to reveal some grenades and a Golden Sword.

" So then you're a Shapeshifter Bomber right? Easy Your Specialty should be Infiltration and Demolition. But not head-to-head." He explained.

" Let's find out." He said as he ran forward and took out his sword swung it at bill. Bill blocked with his Staff and then jabbed him in the stomach with the bottom of the staff. He grunted and then quickly threw a grenade at bill and then somersaulted back as Bill Smacked the grenade with his staff sending it up in the air as it explodes. Sing this as a distraction the Demon rushes forward again and swings at bill he barely blocks it as they get stock in a deadlock his sword Vs bills' staff the demon stars into bills eyes.

"Your eyes...are the same as your fathers." He said with a grin.

"M-my father! What do you know of him!" he said angrily and with a grunt.

"Only the look on his face when I killed him." He said winning the deadlock-sending bill into the wall. Bill pointed the head of the staff at him angrily "LIGHTING!" He yelled as a Blast of eleteicty shot out of it and hit The demon in the face sending him back he landed a few feet back his Body smoking he got up angrily.

"You think you've won half-breed?" he said as he pulled out a stick with a button on it. Then he smiled as he pressed it and inside the temple many Blasts erupt from C4 Planted in it the temple now partially destroyed and on fire.

"Your right I haven't won. Yet. But I will win when I destroy people like you..." Bill said as he threw a knife at the demon planting it into his throat he then Lands on the ground dead. Bill now calms down but still wondering in hi Mind now about his father and the uncertain future of himself then he thought back to the place that victor mentioned root town. What's in root town? He thought soon he concluded that he better start walking there. Besides, He had nowhere else left to go. He walked up to the demons Body and took is sword as a Trophy, he could sell it. Considering he couldn't get any free meals anymore.
