Poem #10
#9 of My Poems
more poem goodness ^.^
Time changes all, caressing along all the curves.
Upon waking up, Energy i see everywhere,
Makes my body ache and burn, As my body grows old.
One age passes, only to start another,
While i gather my clothes close, Guarding me against the chill,
Another shudder passes over me, energy rushing through me.
Even as i feel the earth's call, i wish sometimes,
That i wasn't as i am, that i was different from who i am.
Voices roll over me, calling me to my home.
Can i ever find the answer? To who i am?
I have this crisis of life, the darkness crossing over me.
