Gateway to Hell - Prologue
(Will contain violence)
A man wanders into a forest alone, after committing a brutal murder. He vanishes without a trace.
Three furs have been sent to find him. Will they bring him out alive, or will their journey take them somewhere even worse than a forest?
Excerpt from the diary of Shigihara Satoshi
January 15th, 2013 Life here in the United States isn't what I thought it would be like. The people here are lazy, most of them not as hardworking as I. The office I work at is drab, dull and boring. My colleagues often goof off at work, never for once focusing on the task at hand. They tend to vent their frustrations on me, because I'm the only one in the department who does enough work so that more work may be "bestowed" upon us. I am particularly hated because I hand in my assignments on time and I head projects that are rarely, if ever, on time, thanks to those slobs I call colleagues. I don't even remember why I came here to work in the first place.
Father, mother, sister...I miss you all tremendously. There will come a day when I make enough money to fly back to Tokyo to rejoin my beloved family. I promise you that.

Excerpt from the diary of Shigihara Satoshi
January 17th, 2013 I have failed my oath and my family. The things I have done cannot possibly be forgiven by man or God. I have only one path to take.
Father, mother, sister, please forgive me.
To whomever finds this diary: I go to the forest. Do not follow me.

Excerpt from the Channel 4 'News at 9' segment, aired in New York on January 19th
'New leads in the Digitronic embezzelment investigation have shed new light on the Japanese salaryman at the center of the case. After the NYPD raided his apartment in downtown Manhattan yesterday night, detectives found a diary among his possessions. In it, many entries referring to his situation in his workplace were found. He claims to have been bullied by his colleagues for being hardworking and completing his work on time. Digitronic employees that worked with Mr. Shigihara have denied the allegations, claiming instead that he was the one berating them for being "lazy and useless". Mr. Shigihara has not yet been found. The NYPD are working with the police in his hometown of Tokyo, Japan to help find him and put an end to this investigation.
In other news, police are requesting for public information about this man: Matthew Davidson, a senior manager at Digitronic, reported missing just a few hours ago. If anyone has information about this man's disappearance, please call the hotline number below.'
