Day 4:

"Chaaaarlie.....Chaaaaarlie...." I heard as i opened my eyes. Veronica was on top of me shaking me to wake up.

"O hey babe. Whats wrong?" I said letting out a yawn.

"Nothing but were gonna be late."

"What do you mean? It's barely 5:10." I said picking up the clock.

"Nico told me about this one place by the bridge. I wanna go there. He said we will love it. Come on let's go." She said throwing a pillow at me.

5 minutes later we were out the door and in the lobby waiting for valet to bring her car. She had a little, light blue 2012 Beetle. I opened the driver door for her then ran around and got in.

"I know your still tired so I don't mind if you fall asleep" she said grabbing a blanket from the backseat and handing it to me.

"Alright. Wake me up when we get there" I kissed her on the cheek then turned over onto my side.

Then in a flash, we were then. She slammed on the brakes to wake me up. We were right next to the bridge facing out towards the ocean. It was about 5:35. Veronica slid over towards me and rested her heard on my chest. Then... A few minutes later the sun came over the water giving it a beautiful color.

"See? This is what he was talking about. Beautiful isnt it?" She said looking up to me.

"Yah it is....the perfect moment." I closed my eyes and kissed her. It was as if time stopped and we exited our body and were flying through clouds way above the Earth. It was amazing. It was without a doubt the most exhilarating moment of my life. Then we were falling back to the Earth in the most pleasant way ever. We were holding hands falling, spiraling. Finally are bodies came back to Earth and i opened my eyes and pulled back a little.

"A-Are you ok? You look flustered.." She said looking at me concerned.

"Huh? Yah im fine. I-I guess... I don't know. Wanna go get something to eat? Im starving." I said pulling off the blanket.

"Yah sure lets go." She said going back her seat.

We ate then went back to my room to just chill out for a while. We called Nico and Llse to come on over so we could head to the con. They showed like 5 minutes later. We went downstairs and there was some lady was putting Hawaiian flowers behind girls ears. Veronica walked up to her and asked for a flower. The lady saw me, smiled, then put a beautiful blue flower behind her left ear. Then i walked up and she put a blue flower lei around my neck. After that we went to the con. All we did was walk around a lot and stop by different booths for a little bit.

"Is it me or is it kinda boring today?" She said.

"Yah it is. Wanna go see a movie or something?" Said said stretching my arms.

"Nah. Lets go up to your room."

"Or we could do that." Letting out a little chuckle.

We went up to my room and just threw myself on the bed. It felt so good to lay down. Veronica laid down next to me on her side. She smiled.

"Sorry for waking you up to early." She said looking at the bags under my eyes.

"Nah it's ok. It was worth it. It was beautiful!" I said scooting closer to her.

She scooted in too. We kissed then she rolled on top of me. She unzipped my jacket and I took off my shirt. She put her hands on my stomach and moved them up to my neck and came down and kissed my neck. I put one hand on her neck and on her waist. She opened her eyes and gave me that seductive look again. I love it! I kissed her neck and she let out a sigh.

"Never let me go." She whispered in my ear.

"I wasnt planning on it." I said kissing her cheek.

She took off jacket then pulled off her shirt slowly real sexy like. Then came down and kissed me again. Then she started taking off her pants. Then i started undoing my belt. I tossed it on the floor. Then i took off my jeans and threw them on the floor. She stood up, head tilted to the right, smiling and came down and licked me from my cheek up to my eye. Then i jumped on her so i was on top. We were nose to nose. She was smiling at me and i was panting with my tongue hanging out of my mouth and licked her nose. She laughed and kissed my cheek. Right as i was gonna kiss her she moved away.

"This isn't right. This is too soon. I...I think i should go." She said picking up her clothes.

"What? No! You don't have to leave. We'll take things slow!" I said getting off the bed.

I had no idea why she was saying this.

"Im sorry Charlie. Bye." She said kissing me on the cheek then leaving.

I didn't know what to do. I just sat down on the bed trying to think of what i did wrong. This room had too many good memories. I left the hotel that night. I was walking through the lobby to get my car and i ran into Nico and Llse.

"Hey Charlie! Where you goin?" He asked.

"Home." I said.

He could tell something was wrong.

"Im here for you bro!" He shouted.

I finally got to my car. I threw my stuff in the back seat then started the long drive home. I left around 7 PM and got home at 1 AM. I threw my stuff on the floor, locked the door, turned on the tv and threw myself on the bed and fell asleep. The next day, i got ready for work. The day went by and i went home.

2 weeks went by and still no word from Veronica. These 2 weeks went by soooo slow! All i did was sit and stare at my phone just hoping that she would call, or text or something! But no. Nothing. It was like my life had been cut in half. I started getting bags under my eyes, i was sad and depressed all the time and just felt like staying home. Then one day i heard a knock on my door. I opened it and it was Veronica. Just the sight of her brought tears to my eyes. I tried so hard not to start crying with the tears building up. I looked up and she was still standing there.

"I came by to apologize i shouldn't have just walked out like that. I wanted to say i missed you." She said.

I rushed in and hugged her tight.

"Im so sorry" she whispered in my ear.

I heard her start to cry and hug me tighter.

"Please don't leave me again." I said to her.

"I won't. I promise." She replied.

Finally after 2 long weeks i felt happy again. She ended up moving in with me. 3 long, happy years later we were engaged. 9 months later, we got married. We ended up having 3 beautiful children. 2 boys, 1 girl. Years later they all moved out leaving Veronica and i all to ourselves. We lived a happy life together. Just like in my dream. I felt horrible. Here i am now, on my deathbed. Leaving my dear Veronica. Here i am writing this story to carry my story to my grandchildren so they know how their Grandpa Charlie met Grandma Veronica. Hopefully i don't have to wait long for us to be reunited. I love you my dear Veronica. Sorry for leaving you earlier than i was i supposed to. Goodbye my darling. I love you.
