I got home and remembered about the 'talk' me and my dad had. It kind of scared me but I wasn't to worried. He couldn't say to much towards this situation I was in. I pulled into the drive way and did not see his car. I walked in and went to my empty room and just got on my Xbox. My bed was still to small for me and it made me a little angry, but just at that time I heard a car pull up. It was my dad. I heard the click clack of unlocking our door and opening it, and he headed up the stairs. I heard something else, the soft walk of someone else. I had no idea who it could have been but I was anxious and nervous at the time so I just hid under the blankets.
"Andrew! I would like you to meet someone." My dad said pretty loud, but then I saw who it was. He was a fox.
"Hi! I am Vincent, pleasure to meet you!" He held his hand out for me to shake, which I did the right gesture and grasped his hand. He sounded a bit young, maybe fifteen, I don't know and I won't ask now.
"I am Anthony, I see we have the same dilemma here." I said with a small chuckle.
"Well Anthony, Vincent is my boss' son, and he is going to be staying here for awhile. Since we only have two rooms and yours is basically empty I thought it would be a great idea for him to stay here. Besides you could use more friends!"
"Sounds fine to me." I said that as normal as I could because I did not like the fact of having someone else invading on my buisness, but my dad is right I could use more friends. Maybe this isn't so bad afterall.
We went downstairs and I saw a small U-HAUL trailer and I helped bring some stuff up. I was stronger now given my new anatomy, and I felt more proud of myself than I ever have before. After everything was upstairs, my room didn't feel as empty. It wasn't that I didn't like it, but that I am glad it was being occupied by another soul other than me.
"So Anthony, tell me some stuff about you." Vincent lay on his floor matress kicking his legs back and forth like a little school girl, which didn't bother me.
"Umm, well I am Anthony as you know, I go to the local school-"
"JEFF HIGH! I knew that one!" He seemed so proud.
"Yeah, and I am a senior there. I have basically two friends, Alex and Bianca. I am also G-" I almost slipped and told him my secret!
"What? Well nevermind." He looked intent at my eyes, like he could read my thoughts, which spooked me out.
"Alrighty then, tell me some about you." I said to prevent awkwardness.
"WELL! I am Vincent Bearidino, and I am 15 and used to attend Clarksville Highschool. I love bacon, oh my gosh don't even get me started on bacon! Umm I also love gaming." He seemed alright.
"Cool, well I got an Xbox 360 over there, and my laptop has some games, also there is plenty of bacon in the fridge." His eyes widened.
"I can tell I am going to like it here!" He said with a big grin on his face.
It was later at night, me and him were taking turns playing some Black Ops 2, when we decided bed was a good idea.
"I am so sleepy right now." Vincent said while yawning.
"Yeah, me too. I haven't slept good in awhile." We were both in our beds at this point.
"I know why! You just don't have anyone keeping you company up there! Let me fix that for ya." He then scoots in on my bed with me and I don't say a word. I didn't even realize what happened until about ten seconds after he did it. "See! Now let's get some sleep." It was happening too fast, I knew it was, but how did he know? Does he like me? Was I already asleep and dreaming? I decided to stop questioning it and I wrapped my arms around him. I don't know about him but I slept amazing that night.
