Open RP Scenario: Black Cat Magick

It's so cold and dark. Only the dim light from beneath the door can be seen. The dark swallowed it up, though, and my eyes can no longer focus to find it.
I can't tell how long I've been here...Surely no more than a week. They won't tell me why I'm here, and my voice is too hoarse from thirst and screaming to ask any more. I guess being a witch and a black cat is a bad combination. Too many people were afraid of me, though I've never harmed anyone with my magick, except in self defense. That wasn't enough for most people though. Maybe that's why I'm chained here. After all I've been through, it wouldn't surprise me a bit.The only thing they have told me is that someone will come for me. I've heard the stories. Nekos like me are sold to others, as pets or slaves. Their will is bound to that of their masters. A witch of my skill must be desirable.
My instincts tell me that someone will come soon. I haven't seen the moon in so long, but I still feel her call. Maybe this person will be gentle. Maybe he will be kind. It will be worse for him if he isn't. I'm not an easy one to break.
White light flickers faintly around me, lanced with black lightning. It doesn't last long though. Pain, hunger and thirst has weakened me too much to cast spells. I can't defend myself, can't break these chains and leave this desolate place.
My ears twitch forward, listening. Footsteps....The keepers of this dungeon make no sound as they walk. Is this the one who has come to try and claim me?
