I fell back on the bed, admiring the view as Pepper slowly took off his shirt. "I uh... Pepper?" I asked as he slid into place on top of me. "Yeah kitten?" He said, nibbling my ear. "I don't really know about this, we've just started going out a few hours ago, don't you think it's a bit... sudden?" He quit biting my ear and looked me deep in the eyes. "It doesn't matter to me, what do YOU think?" He laid beside me and put his arm around me. "Instead, why don't we give Hale a little visit?" I giggled and sat up. "A little late night adventure? Sounds fun." He rolled off the bed and grabbed his shirt, slipping it back on. "And next time you say you want to do something and then chicken out, I'm gonna do it, I don't care what you say, I don't care if I have to tie you down, I'm doing it." He said with a straight face, but all I could do was laugh. "I might want to have you tie me down even if I want it." I said through laughs. "Just come on." He said, walking out the room. I got up and followed him outside. We both got into his car and we drove off.

The drive was pretty long. We lived miles away from any good place to eat. I was tired, barely keeping my eyes open. We came to a complete stop when we spotted Hale standing next to a car. "Hey, pull over, I want to see this." Hale bent over and stuck his head into the window. Pepper stopped the car and we both got out. The car slowly drove off before we could get to him. "HAAAALE!" I yelled, running to him. I jumped on his back, almost making him fall over. "Allen! How long have you been here!?" He asked, struggling to get me off. "We just got here, we couldn't see who was in the car so we ran after you." Pepper said as Hale gave a sigh of relief. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you two be at home making up for the fight?" He said, finally getting me off his back. "We wanted to pay you a visit, now you have to deal with us the entire drive home." I said giggling. "Sorry Allen, but I have to get home." Pepper said, closing his phone. "Aw, I was looking forward to tonight." I gave him a pouting face, but he wasn't affected. "Get a ride with Hale, I gotta go." He ran to his car and got in. I looked at the ground. "Come on, Allen, we're gonna follow him." Hale said, I gave him a surprised look. "Whatever he has to ditch you for better be more important than the end of the world or he's getting a pounding." He grabbed my hand and pushed me into his car. We followed Pepper out of the parking lot. We only drove a few minutes before Pepper stopped in a garage. We stopped just a few feet out of his sight and waited, watching him. He walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. "What is he doing, it's his house." I asked. The door flew open and out walked a female Panther. Hale rolled down the window so we could listen to them. "Hey, Peps, you finally get away from him?" She asked in a low, seductive voice. "He doesn't suspect a thing, Shell." Pepper said, grabbing her by the waist. "When are you gonna tell him?" She asked, laying her hands on his chest. "I don't know, he's just so sweet, I don't want to hurt him." He said, moving in for a kiss. "Stop stop stop stop!" I whispere to Hale, closing my eyes tight. "Just drive, I don't want to see anymore." I said, with tears starting to form in my eyes. Hale stepped on the gas and we were soon miles away from the house. "Allen, I'm so sorry." Hale said, rubbing my head. "Just bring me home, I want to drown my sorrow." I leaned my head against the window and closed my eyes, trying to erase the memories from today.
