Final fantasy: darkening fate-chapter 1: the ensnaring fate
my first try at a final fantasy story
It's been 5 years since that fateful incident.... We fought out best to defeat the darkness and we succeeded in the end. The black skies soon rained crystal and ensnared the world in light that day. I'm getting ahead of myself. To explain this I'm going to start from the beginning of it all. 5 years before to be precise. Listen carefully.
Zero woke up in a small room made of metal and a bed. He was sleeping in a room of a safe house where he hid from the ongoing purge. He lived on a floating smaller world over the dangerous pulse. The name of it was terra. It was a huge sphere and it contained bio ecosystems and many things inside it. Zero was a black draconian standing at 7'3" and had silver hair. He had muscle and wore a black shirt, black pants, and a Black hooded jacket. His face was more mature for his 18 year old body. Dragons grew differently from everyone. He was currently sitting up from his bed. His icy blue and forest green eyes staring blankly. He stood up and quickly got dressed. He had a mission he made to infiltrate the mysterious white tower of the city. He was in the city of solarus. It was more night than day though. He nicknamed it Lunas. He had no weapon to speak of but he could sneak in. He walked to a metal door and opened it to a sunset. It was soon to be dark so it gave him a chance to sneak in unnoticed. He ran out the door and into the city. The city felt a little deserted since the purge. He ran past houses and buildings with smashed windows and border up doors. His heart burned 'I'll save them no matter what' he thought. He was not afraid to fight for what he thought was right. Soon, he made it to the tower. Some soldiers guarded the door 'well it's low on security today' he thought with triumph. He slowly skid into an ally where he would be behind the tower. Now he thought about the tower. It spiraled a long ways up and seemed to look like it was a crystal or something. The metal wasn't even recognizable. He was disgusted at the alien tower but needed the info 'top tier' he thought. He started towards the tower and came to the back door. He pulled out a lock pick kit and befall to work like an expert. He soon opened up the door and stealth fully walked inside. Inside was nothing he would have expected. Crystalline furniture and granite steps. He went to the steps and started to run up them. He was born with silent footsteps as he ran. His eyes had a fire lit within them. He went from tier to tier till he reached a large door. The door itself was inscribed with intricate designs and confusing symbols. He sighed and went to open it. He walked in and suddenly walked in. A light flashed in front of his eyes and he blinked. There was a large symbol on the floor. It suddenly went black and disappeared and he fell through. Bells sounded as he fell in endless darkness. He couldn't see the source but a glowing tentacle suddenly shot at him and jabbed his chest right over his heart. Zero fainted and dreamed.
