This is my first ever yiff story so please be kind. I'm also British and want as much information on how to make this story better as I still got about 3 or 4 chapters to go. This first chapter does not contain yiff but future ones will. All characters are mine though I don't mind sharing if you ask.

The Alliance
Part 1- General Introductions
In the near Future...
The sun spilled over the horizon falling over the vast forest that lay beneath it, rippling over the small lake and catching the reflection of the small cottage that situates in the middle of this paradise. The cottage small in size has a common appearance, with four windows positioned at a almost symmetrical layout, a small porch covering a large oak door that has withered with age but still remains as strong as the day it was installed. A gravel opening at the front of the house is connected by a small dirt road leading away from the house to a main road a mile off. The junction, to the cottage, is small and if you didn't know it was there you would drive straight past it without a second glance. Still if you look close enough there are two brick pillars either side of the dirt road. And if you look closer still, on the right pillar there is small sign, made in oak, with the word Nightingale imbedded into it.
The sun squeezed through a gap in between the window and the blind covering the window hitting the human square in the face. Matt groaned and stirred in his bed. Finally awake he stretches out of his bed and yawns loudly. He gets up and walks to the window in nothing but his boxers. Pulling the blind down the mechanism kicks in and pulls itself the up quickly reveling the outside world.
Matt looks out at the gravel opening below him. His Land Rover sitting in the middle not leaving space for any other cars to park as he never gets any visitors, by car that is. Matt had friends but they were always busy or at work so didn't visit much and hardly ever get in contact with him. That didn't bother Matt as he liked his privacy and mostly enjoyed being alone here, though he always thought something was missing but didn't know what. He looked up further to the forest behind the opening and sighed at the pure brilliance of this paradise leading the way down to the small lake, which he could just see over the treetops. Behind the lake was a large, steep hill which when at the top over looked the land which the cottage stood on. He knew that he would be there in about 15 minutes but still couldn't wait.
Matt stepped back from the window and headed for his chest of draws and stopped when he was in front of the mirror. There stood himself in the mirror, a tall guy at 6'3", deep blue eyes and jet-black hair, not all that bad looking. Matt had muscles but they where not overly huge and in a way where just right. He had to thank the RAF for that always keeping him fit as a pilot always had to be. Matt served his time with the RAF, a full 12 years service with 10 years of flying during the second Gulf war but once that was over they shoved him in an office working on paperwork for the next 2 years.
He walked back to the chest and picked out a pair of jeans and a plain loose T-shirt. When he had his clothes on he stood back in front of the mirror to making sure he looked OK, though no one would see him. Satisfying himself he walked out of the room and headed downstairs and out through the large oak door to the front of the house. He walked on, passed his car and took a look back at the house that his Aunt Julie had left him. Grinning to himself at the beauty of the house he walked on towards the forest for his daily walk.
The sun spilled over the familiar planet covering the land with light and reflecting across the vast oceans into night sky. The sun also reflected the light from the windows of the great ship floating a hundred miles above the Atlantic Ocean. The ship, huge in size, is triangular in shape looking like a metallic piece of pie.
The general looked out the window towards a small island where he once lived. The small island was now a democratic superpower and not the small kingdom he once remembered. He smiled at the good old times, living with his human friend and always having a laugh, mostly getting into trouble. He felt a deep sadness within him, as his friend would not properly be alive after all this time, not with all the wars this world had had.
[Sir, dawn has broken and we have detected movement on the surface.]
The general turned around to look at the lieutenant sitting at a console looking at some information in the screen in front of him. [Very good lieutenant. Launch the pick up crew as soon as they're ready.]
[Understood sir, they should be ready in the next couple of minutes.]
[Good. Status on are friends?]
[The Zurrans have just entered the Elirite system and at their current speed will be in the Sol system in 16 Earth days.] The lieutenant looked away from the console to the general with a worried look on his face [Sir]
[Yes Lieutenant?]
[Do you really think we've got time to do it?]
Matt walked out of the forest revealing the small lake on his left-hand side and a path leading towards the steep hill on his right. He looked back at the lake. "Damn, it's a nice day. Might try to do some fishing later."
He walked along the path coming to the base of the hill and looks up. The hill was steep but easy enough to climb as there was rocks sticking out of the ground giving him extra support when climbing. He started to climb; it was easy, as he had done this a fair few times during his childhood and the past six months. As he approach the top he slipped but managed to get his balance by putting his hand down for support. He laughed as he could have done some serious damage falling down the hill.
He was at the top and took a deep lung-full of fresh air and sighed loudly. He took a seat on the dew soaked grass and took another deep breath. Looking out at the forest he noticed smoke rising from a small area about a mile away. He knew that the smoke was from a chimney from another cottage. The other cottage belong to a man named George, nicest guy you would ever meet but kept to himself and didn't talk to often. George helped him once in his childhood, he got lost in the forest and fell upon a small cottage, which he had not seen before. At this time it started to rain and he walked up towards the door and knocked his hand against it. An extremely tall man opened the door and took him inside and got him a towel to dry off. They talked for hours talking about all sorts of things and shared some hot chocolate drink before Matt got too tried. He then took Matt back home telling him that he was welcome to return whenever he liked. Matt returned nearly every weekend before he joined collage and had not seen him in years. He didn't even know if he still lived there and decided that he would ask him to go fishing later, to catch up on old times.
Matt lay down to look at the clear sky, not a cloud in sight. He closed his eyes just remembering when he and his mother used to do the very same thing just sit here and admire the beauty. A tear rolled from his eyes as he missed her so much. He reopened his eyes and wiped away the tear to look at the sky again. He could see a very small black object in the sky, thinking it just to be a plane at high altitude and just watched it for a second. He then started to get worried as it was not moving across the sky and then noticed it was get bigger, it was moving but towards HIM. He stood up trying to get a better look and could see that it wasn't a plane, as it had no wings, just a giant block heading towards him. He took a couple of steps and put a foot unknowably on a wet, mossy rock and slipped. He fell and rolled down the hill hitting rocks on the way down giving him bruises on the way down, the world seemed to be spinning and his leg got a rock hard and he yelped with pain as he bounced into the air landing his chest onto another rock and tried to yelp again but was winded too badly to do so. He finally came to rest at the base of the hill and winced in pain putting his hands towards the leg that caught the rock knowing that it was broken. The pain was unbearable and he could feel himself falling into unconscious and opened his eyes for the first time since he fell. He looked up to see black metal above him but didn't have the energy to work out what it was. The next thing he saw was brilliant white light around him and some strange noises that sounded like hisses and growls but couldn't see where they were coming from. Matt was on the edge of unconsciousness and darkness was creeping up on him, in the white light he saw shadows over him but didn't have time to think about it as fell into a deep sleep.
Matt woke up, his head pounding with a massive headache. He was laying on a bed, he could feel that without looking as it was extremely comfortable, too comfortable to be his bed, then he remembered falling down that hill and breaking his leg. He opened his eyes expecting to see a dull white hospital ceiling but found that it was dark gray, metallic even, no it was metal! He sat up and looked around the room. The room was quiet large but was completely metal except for the imbedded computer screens he could see by the counter on the other side of the room. He scanned around and set his eyes on a chair by the bed. On the chair was a pile of clothes, his clothes, so he picked up the sheet covering his lower body but stopped to examine the sheet itself as it was so smooth like silk and soft like velvet but not only that it was a light as a feather. He then continued to look under. He was surprised to see that he was stark naked and then was even more surprised when he saw that there was no cast around his broken leg. He moved his hands under the sheet and over the leg expecting pain but there was none and so he rubbed up and down his leg feeling perfectly normal. He moved his right hand to his chest also remembering the pain there when he fell. Again nothing and he looked at his chest still bewildered, as there should at least be a bruise there. He checked his whole body not finding a scratch on him. He got out of the bed and headed for the chair also noticing his boots under it. He found his boxers on top of the pile and put them on, then picked up his T-shirt and held it in front of him to get a better look. The T-shirt was covered in blood and grass stains and ripped to shreds. His jeans were no better though they looked like they were cut instead of ripped. He put the destroyed clothes back on the chair and went to one of the computer screens. On the computer was a lot of information but nothing that he could understand as the language looked like broken shapes than actual letters. He walked towards a very small console by what looked like a window but was blanked out by metal. There was the same language as before indented at the top of the console. Not wanting to do anything wrong he left it alone and walked back over to the chair and pulled his boots out from underneath, just as he did so a whirring noise came from behind him as the door to the room opened. Matt gasped in true fear as he now saw what stood in the doorway.
Matt watched as the beast entered the room. As it walked in, the lighting inside the room made it easier to see what stood in front of him. The beast was large, around 9 feet in height, crimson red scales and had a reptilian face, hands and also a pair of wings, though he could not see how big they where as they were folded behind its back in a very natural way. He couldn't see the rest of its body as it was wearing a jump suit of some kind, which had a green rectangle on the left side of its chest and had some writing on it but again it was in the same language as before. It also had these same rectangles on each shoulder but instead of writing there were 2 star, one on top of each other. A large tail poking out of the back extended another 3 or 4 feet, swaying very slightly.
Matt scanned the beast again looking more closely this time. The jump suit ran from its ankles up over its waist and breasts at her chest towards the bottom of its neck. Matt then realized that he saw breasts on the beast and stared back at them for a moment then remembering what she actually was and took a step backwards. The beast was carrying another jump suit, folded up in its hands and then placed them on the counter to her right. She looked back at Matt and grinned, show off a few of her razor sharp teeth. Matt caught sight of the teeth and in fear walked backwards until he tripped on his own boots, falling on his ass, landing with a yelp and he used his arms to steady himself on the floor. The beast walked forward and now was right in front of him. She bent down and placed her claw to his cheek. Matt closed his eyes tight ready to real pain from her talons tearing his skin, but instead he felt the softness of her scales as her claws were not even touching his skin. She began to talk to him but to Matt it sounded like hisses and growls. She then noticed that he didn't understand a word she just said and sighed loudly. She then moved her claw from his cheek to his head and then closed her eyes. Concentration was all over her face and Matt could hear a humming noise inside his head. The humming continued for a few seconds then died down and she took her hand of him and opens her eyes to meet his glare of fear, his body shaking like it was terrified of her, which he was.
[Calm down. I'm not going to hurt you. Can you understand me?] The beast said gently.
"Y-yes" Matt said still frightened but amazed at how he could hear her speak in perfect English.
"What are...who are you?" he stopped his first question half way thinking it sounded a bit rude and he didn't want to make her angry. He then noticed that the green rectangle on her chest was in English and said DOCTOR JEN TRÈ in plain white letters.
[My name is Jen Trè. and I am a Drakarian.]
A Drakarian? Matt didn't know what to think at this point but still wanted some answers.
"What has happened to me?"
[Just now?]
"Yes"
[We Drakarians are telepathic, but still need physical contact for it to work. Just now I gave you the knowledge of our language. You can now hear, speak and write Drakarain.]
"But you're speaking English?"
[To you it sounds like English as you now have the knowledge]
"But I'm speaking English?"
[We can understand your language as we used to live on earth.]
"What!" Matt said totally confused.
[Don't worry about that for now you will be told everything later.]
She stood up and helped Matt to his feet. He looked at her face and actually found her attractive for a second. She then noticed this and he turned away blushing wildly and walking to the small console again trying to hide his embarrassment. Jen just grinned at him. On the small console, on the wall, he looked at the indented language and then knew what it said. WINDOW SHUTTER CONTROLS he placed his thumb on a large button and the metal in the windows made another whirring noise and retracted upwards into the wall itself. Matt gasps again as he saw the view of Earth 1000 miles up and moving away from it at a slow constant speed.
"Where am I?"
[You are onboard a light frigate ship, Galatica 0279 of the Drakarain Imperial Fleet. We are heading for the flagship Guinevere. There you will meet General Kei, the leader of the Drakarains.]
"Why would he want to see me?"
[Because we chose you as being the best person for the job at hand.]
"What job at hand?"
She sighed [I'll let the General fill you in with the rest. That reminds me put this on.] She walked over to the counter and pick up the jump suit she had placed there. She gave Matt the jump suit and turned around so he could change in private. Matt took this chance to get a better look at her. He was finding that she was getting more attractive every time he looked her. He took his eyes over her wings and down to her rump, her tail being weird but not off putting. He then imaged the moist lips between her thighs...He snapped out of his trance and noticed he had gotten hard over the erotic thoughts. God, what am I thinking! He thought, disgusted with himself. He quickly put on the jump suit, which had clearly been designed for human physiology, that felt tingly against his skin and he noticed the same rectangle on the suit like hers but they were black in colour and a small computer screen on his right forearm. The screen then came alive and started to talk.
"Welcome to the GC3000. This suit has been modified for user MATTHEW HORWORTH, Registration Echo 004. All systems are functioning normally." The voice sounded computerized but still female.
Jen then turned around at the sound of this and notice the bulge at his groin but said nothing, as she didn't want to embarrass him. She looked at him from top to bottom and smiled, he did look kinda cute in the jump suit.
Matt looked up to Jen with a puzzled look on his face.
"How does it know my name?"
[The nanites in your body told it that.]
"What!?"
[When we pick you up you were seriously injured and we injected nano machines into your body to fix the internal bleeding and punctured lung. They also helped in fixing your leg.]
"I was wondering about my injuries." He looked down at the rectangle on his chest and noticed it had turned yellow in colour and the words MATTHEW HORWORTH (one over the other) had appeared in black lettering. He then looked on his shoulder to see the other rectangles also in yellow but this time with the letters VIP in the center.
"How...?"
[There are also nanites in that suit] Jen interrupted, obviously watching what he was looking at. [Come. We are getting close to Guinevere.] She turned around and walked out the door with Matt close behind her.
Outside the room there was a small corridor that led in both directions. They went left and continued walking for a few minutes. The corridor was the same all the way to the end.
"How big is this ship?"
Jen decided to let Matt know this ship a bit better.
[The Galatica 0279 has 3 decks with a total of 68 crew members on board. There is a command deck, an armory, large enough for a small attack force, 2 Recreational Areas with one halo deck and a very small Bio-garden. There is also a shuttle bay capable of holding 4 fighters or 2 Light Military Transports (LMT) and a cargo bay which can hold 150 thousand metric tons or 10 additional fighters.]
"Big then!" with a shocked look on his face.
[Not really, When you consider the Guinevere.]
"How big is the Guinevere?"
_Matt's mouth was wide open. Jen laughed at the site of his amazement and kept on walking. They walked a few more paces and stopped at a door, at the end of the corridor. The door whirred open to reveal the small command deck. At the end wall was a large screen with a picture of Earth moving away slowly. In front of the screen was a computer terminal with a few smaller screens, most properly the helm controls. Behind the helm controls was a single large chair in the center of the room where a large Drakarain sat looking at the screen in front of him. Matt looked around the room, computer screen where imbedded on the walls on both sides with consoles right next to them. A few other Drakarains where at these consoles going through information and concentrating at images on the screens. The one in the chair turned round and saw Matt and Jen standing in the doorway. He got up and walked towards them, Matt noticed that his suit had black rank tabs with three stars on them.
[Commander Xal, This is Matthew Horworth.] Jen introduced.
[A pleasure to meet you Matthew Horworth.] The commander grinned at him.
Matt nodded "The pleasure is mine sir, please call me Matt." Matt extended his hand for a friendly handshake but the commander looked at his hand in confusion and turn to look at Jen. "Have I done something wrong?" He asked.
[What is the hand for?] She asked back.
"A handshake. Its how we great someone."
[Sorry Matt, we don't do physical greetings as we could mistakenly telepath we each other. And that could get ... embarrassing.] Jen replied.
"Oh... sorry" Putting his hand back down to his side and looking down embarrassingly.
[Don't be, you didn't know.] Jen said with a grin on her face. Jen turn back to face Commander Xal. The Commander was grinning as well. [Commander Xal, permission to disembark with guest.]
[Granted, there is a LMT waiting in the shuttle bay for you.]
[Thank you Commander.] With that the commander turned back round and took a seat in his chair. Matt followed Jen out of the command deck into a very small room, which could hold no more then about 4 Drakarains. Jen spook out load. [SHUTTLE BAY] At this command the room started to move downward and Matt instantly recognized this as an elevator of some sort. Before he could ask Jen a question the room came to a gently stop and the doors opened._
The elevator opened revealing a large area with a huge door at one end. At the far side of this room was a lone ship that was about three times the size of a London bus. Matt and Jen slowly walked towards it but noticed a drakarian walking towards them. Jen stopped and let the guy catch up to them.
He was about the same height as Jen but with deep red scales, he was holding some sort of pad in his claws.
[Dr. Jen Trè, LMT 116 is ready for departure. Here is the sighing out board.]
Jen took the pad from him and looked at it for a moment then placed her thumb in the bottom corner that then gave off a beeping sound. She then handed the pad back and the Drakarain who walked away promptly. Jen gestured Matt to follow her to the ship.
They walked up the in-built ramp to the ship and went inside. The ship was a dark purplish-red colour, which seemed to cover everything. Matt looked around the ship and saw 10 seat (5 rows of 2) at the rear and at the front were 2 seats, one for the pilot and the other for the co-pilot/navigator. On each seat was a small panel just large enough for a Drakarains hand. Jen placed her hand on the panel. The panel glowed white for a second then back to its original colour. The chair then moved, change shape to be the more comfortable for the person siting there. Jen took a seat in the pilot side and turned to face Matt.
[Take a seat Matt] pointing towards the co-pilot seat.
"You can fly one of these things?"
[Yes, why do you ask?]
"It's just you're a doctor"
[LMTs are quiet simple to fly, just punch in where you want to go and relax. All you really have to do is take it in and out of the shuttle bay and that's it.]
Matt placed his hand on his panel and again the panel lit up and changes shape for him. Jen grinned at him again as she watched Matt sit in his seat. She faced the controls and pushed some touch-screen buttons. The in-built ramp retracted into the ship and the door closed and locked into position. A gently humming came from within the ship as it was brought to life. Thousands of little lights flashed on and the consoles came forward a bit so the pilots could now reach them without stretching.
If you where on the outside of the ship you could hear a siren blaring, warning people that the shuttle bay was about to de-pressurize, but as Matt and Jen where inside the air tight ship they could hear nothing, though the could see red flashing lights on the wall indicating the same thing. A voice came over the communications device. [LMT 116 this is Galatica 0279 you are clear for departure. Guinevere is expecting you, land at shuttle bay 13.]
[Copy Galatica, initiating anti-gravity drive.] Jen then pushed a few buttons and the ship floated about two feet of the floor. The ship swayed very lightly but not out of control. The large shuttle bay doors opened revealing empty space and the ship edged forward slowly. As soon as the ship was clear of the bay a pair of wings folded down which were on the side of the ship. The ship turned and Matt was amazed that he did not feel any different, no g-forces or that the fact that he was not floating.
"Why am I not floating." Matt asked extremely confused
[The ship has artificial gravity and damperners to keep everything at 1g]
"Damperners?"
[A devices which stops the effects of g-forces]
"Ah, that explains a lot."
Matt looked out of the side window at the ship they had just left. The Galatica was about 20 times bigger then any human built spacecraft and it would take years to build something like it. Jen looked at Matt, now that the ship was on autopilot, and looked more closely at his body. Even though he was human she found him quite attractive as his muscles seem to bulge out of his suit and it showed how strong he was. Matt was turning back round to face her so she quickly looked at her controls trying to hide her blush and it was lucky that communication started beeping or Matt would had noticed her embarrassment. Jen pushed the comms button and listened.
[LMT 116 this is Guinevere. We have you on flight path to shuttle bay 13]
[Copy Guinevere. Permission to land at shuttle bay 13] Jen replied.
[Stand-by 116]
An awkward silence filled the speakers. [Negative 116; malfunction on shuttle bay doors. Please dock at cargo bay 1]
[Understood Guinevere, heading for cargo bay 1]
[Guinevere out]
The ship was now facing the Guinevere face on and Matt mouth was wide open with shock at the size of he super ship. It must have been at least 2 miles long and half a mile wide with a height about 600 meters.
"How long did it take to build that?" Matt asked still amazed.
[About a year and half] Jen replied
"What! It would take us decades to build something like that."
[We are master builders. Are engineers are properly the best in the galaxy.]
The ship went along side the Guinevere and a few minutes later came to a large door about four times the size as the Galatica's shuttle bay doors. The doors opened slowly and the ship made its way towards the entrance. The wings folded back up and the ship slowed down to a crawling pace. The ship settled down in the middle of the cargo area. Matt looked out to see Drakarains moving towards the ship and he studied the cargo bay even closer. Upon his scans he saw a ship in the far corner that looked familiar to him. It looked like a fighter jet, an American fighter, a F23 Lightning! What did they want with a fighter jet? He turned to face Jen and ask that very question but didn't as she properly would answer him.
Jen pushed a few buttons and shut down the ship she got out of her seat and made her way to the door. Matt was close behind her. She pressed the controls by the door at it opened. Matt had to squint as the ship was filled with bright light from the cargo bay. Once his eyes adjusted he followed Jen down the in-built ramp to a Drake waiting at the bottom. He was taller and his scales were just a tad darker then Jen's.
[Karl!] Jen rushed forward towards the drake and gave him a hug. Then moved her muzzle to the side of his face and gave it a small lick. Matt's heart plummeted for some unknown reason. She a beautiful Drake, why wouldn't she have a mate. Matt thought to himself not noticing that Jen and the other drake were now looking at him.
[Matt.] He looked up towards Jen. [This is captain Karlcus. He's my brother.] Matt instantly felt stupid, feeling jealous for a sister's affection for her brother.
"Delighted to meet you." Matt said, hiding his embarrassment in the process.
[Likewise Matt. Welcome onboard the Guinevere.] Matt looked around again and his eyes made there way back to the fighter in the corner. [If you'll like to follow me, General Kei is waiting for you.]
Karl turned around and walked towards a door away from the fighter. Jen and Matt where close behind as they went through the door coming into a small room no bigger then the elevator on the Galatica. [COMMAND DECK] Karl said aloud. The doors closed and the room began to move upwards, He was yet again inside another elevator.
The room came to a stop a few moments later and the doors opened revealing a corridor ahead of them. Karl got out first followed by Jen then Matt. They walked for a couple of minutes, they odd drake looking at Matt with questioning looks, before they came a Door at the end. Karl put his hand on a nearby panel and the door opened. Karl walked inside, again followed by Matt and Jen.
The Command deck was three times the size of the Galatica's but still in the same format with a huge screen on the far wall with a picture of Earth on it. Matt didn't get time to look at anything else as a large drake with black scales walked towards them. As the drake got close Karl stood to attention and saluted him. The drake saluted back.
[Thank you Captain. Would you wait in the conference room.]
[Yes sir.] Karl saluted again and then walked out of the command deck
The general the turn to face Matt. [Welcome Matthew Horworth. I am General Kei. You properly are wondering what yo...] at that moment a siren sounded and red lights flashed every where. Matt could feel his suit tingling around him and he looked back towards the general.
[Lieutenant, what is going on?]
[The Zurrans sir! They're here!]
End of part 1.
