My Visions-Ch.7(Bottled feelings)
Clarus,and the others got to Roy's place,and were exhausted.There was a car parked in front of his driveway.Michael looks at it in horror,and looked worried.He knew who it was.
"Oh no."
He says.
"What is it?"
Kim asks.
"It's my parents.They must be here to check up on me."
Michael responds.Shaun pulls up to the driveway.They got out the car,and went inside Roy's house.Roy turns the key,and opens the door to see 2 rabbits sitting,and worried.Since Michael visits Roy all the time,his parents had spare keys to get inside that Roy gave them himself.Just in case of an emergency.They rose up off the couch,and looked straight at Michael.His father glared at him,but his mother rushed at him to hug him.
"Oh,I'm si glad you're okay.I heard of what happened at the theater,are you alright?"
She asked in a frantic.Michael gave a weak smile,but responded.
"Y.Yeah mom.I'm fine."
He responds.His father approached him,and Michael shook a little.He looked down at him with a deep glare that burned metal.
"So...Where's your boyfriend? Was he at the theater too? Or is that another surprise you're saving?"
His father hastled him.Michael frowns,almost to the point of tears,but his mother embraced him,and looked at his dad.
"Stop it honey.He's had a rough day alright? Let's just take him home."
She says.Clarus,and the others kept looking at the the 3 rabbits,and felt a little responsible.Roy approaches the family.
"Forgive me for this inconvience.We were just as shocked."
Roy appologizes.Michael's mom gets up,still holding him in her arms.She gives a worried,but calm smile to the guilty tiger.
"As long as my little baby is safe,that's all that matters.Thank you for looking after him.We'll take him home now."
She says.She starts to head for the door,and tha father follows.Michael looks back at his friends,and waved.They waved back,and gave weak smiles as well.They closed the door,and they all gave sighs of releif,and exhaustion.Shaun collapsed on the couch,but Clarus,and Kim sat down on chairs.Roy still stood,frowning.
"This is all my fault."
Roy says.Shaun pops his head up from the couch.
"It's not your fault man.How were we supposed to know there was a crazy ass with a gun there? Don't be yourself up over it."
He responds.Clarus was still silent,and felt just as guilty for this occurance.Kim stared at him out of concern.Roy wipes his face,and gave a deep sigh.
"I guess...I'm tired as hell right now...I need a shower."
The exhausted tiger says as he heads upstairs.
"I feel bad for Roy.I mean,he was excited about this entire show,and even helped plan it.Now it's all turned to shit."
Shaun says.Kim looks in Shaun's direction
"Yeah.Same here."
He responds.
"Clarus,what's wrong man? You have'nt said a single word since we've been here."
Shaun says.Clarus snaps out of his trance,and gives a weak smile.
"No,I'm fine.I'm just tired too."
He responds.Kim's eyes was'nt fooled.He could see that something was troubling Clarus,but decided not to ask right now.Shaun sits up off the couch,and stretches.
"Well.The day is still young.Still wanna do something?"
He asks.Kim chuckles a bit,and flicks his hair.
"I don't think this is the right time for hanging out.We need rest."
The cat responds.Shaun scoffs.
"Ahhh.You're no fun...What about you wolfie?"
He offers Clarus.He looks at him,and gives him a weak grin as well.
"I'm gonna have to side with Kim on this one.I'm not really in the mood either."
He says.Shaun gives a bored groan,and lays back down.Clarus stares at the ground again,and Kim looks at him,concerned.Roy comes back down,shirtless,and rubbing his fur with a towel.
"Hey guys."
He says.Shaun looks up at him,and chuckles.
"Stop showing off your pecks,dude.We don't care."
Shaun says.After drying drying his fur,he smiles at Shaun.
"Shut it,mutt."
He says as he throws the towel at him.
"Alright...What are you guys gonna do? I don't know about you,but i'm staying here to collect myself."
The tiger says.
"It's still day out,so I was gonna go hang.But these 2 killjoys don't wanna."
Shaun reponds.
"We think it's best to just rest intead of trailing around."
Kim says with a slight grin.Roy nodds.
"Alright.Shaun,I guess you're gonna go drop Clarus off at you guys' house right? And Kim,you live around here so you're gonna walk."
Roy states.They all nodd.
"Alright.Whenever you're ready to hit the road wolfie,we'll get going.Roy you got any beers left?"
Shaun asks.
"Yeah.In the fridge."
The tiger responds.Shaun gets up,and heads for the fridge.Roy looks at Clarus,and Kim with a smile.
"Well I'm gonna head upstairs.Kim,you can leave whenever...And again.I'm sorry about all of this."
He says as he leaves.Kim shakes his head,and smiles.
"Not your fault."
He responds.It was just the 2 standing next to eachother,quiet.Clarus kept staring at the floor.Kim leans in closer.
"Clarus...What's on your mind?"
He asks.Clarus looks at him,and frowns a little.
"Nothing.I'm just tired."
He responds.Kim glares at him more.
"Clarus...Let's talk outside."
He says.Clarus nodds,but was worried.
"O.Okay."
He says.They head into the front yard,and closed the door.They were standing in front of the garage,not speaking for a while.They kept looking outside.Then Kim spoke the first word.
"Clarus.....How long have we known each other?"
He asks.Clarus thinks.
"Umm..Like 4 years.Why?"
The black wolf asks.Kim turns in his direction,and even though his hair was blocking his eyes,Clarus could see how serious they were.
"Then you know that I know when you're lying,and when you're telling the truth."
He states.Clarus retreated inside himslef for a second,and looks at the floor.
"I..I.
He says,frantically.
"I'll ask again...What's on your mind?"
Kim asks.Clarus gives a quiet sigh,but kept looking at the ground.
"You would'nt believe me if I told you."
The wolf says.Kim chuckles.
"Try me."
He responds.
"A little while ago..Twice actually..I had this dream.This vision.In that dream was what just happened to us.I dreamed that we had to leave the theater cause of the gunshot."
He explained.Kim analyzed the information he was just given.
"So...You predicted it?"
He asks.
"Yeah...I'm sorry Kim.It's all my fault.I should've said something earlier,but I did'nt want our debut to be ruined.I just wanted everything to be right."
Clarus says.Kim smiles.
"It's okay Clarus.Things don't always work out for the best you know.We just keep moving along,regardless.If we keep doing that,there's not really much to living this life.We just keep moving forward."
Kim says.Clarus smiles at him,and blushes a little.
"Thanks Kim.I appreciate it."
He says.Kim nodds,and smiles.
"Anytime...But while we're on the subject,how long have you been having dreams like that?"
Kim asks.
"For a while now.They're all wierd in their own way,but....There was one in particular that I actually want to come true."
Clarus says.Kim was curious.
"And which one is that?"
Kim asks.Clarus was blushing hard under his black fur,and knew what had to be said.
"Well that...You...And I..."
Shaun opens the door,and looks at the 2.
"Hey Clarus.You ready to go? I'm gonna hit the road in a little bit."
He says.Clarus nodds.
"Well...I should go.Please don't tell the guys or anyone else about my visions."
Clarus asks.Kim grins.
"My lips are sealed...Now head on home,and get some rest Clarus.You need it."
Kim says.Clarus nodds.
"Sometimes dreams come true,and sometimes they don't.If you have any good dreams,it's possible that they might happen."
Kim says as Shaun starts the car.Clarus turns to get inside,and leave.He kept thinking while inside about Kim's reassuring message.
"I hope you're right Kim."
He says.He then remembers his vision of a black wolf,and a cat kissing under the moonlight.
"I hope you're right."
He says,grinning.
