~Chapter 2~
"Why are you here?" I wheezed as Warrble breathed on my nose. "I came from over there. My pack sent me here to get you two," Warrble said, smiling. They probably did that to get rid of you, I thought. "There is someone coming to every city here and looking for your father. They came and took my mother and we need your help to get her back." Warrble said, his tail suddenly losing its wag. "Woah, woah woah," I said. "Our help? You'll be better off searching every inch of every town." My mother stepped on my hind paw. "We'll help." She yanked her paw off mine. I whimpered, huncing over to make sure it wasn't about to fall off. We followed Warrble to a long board that streatched halfway over the water. The dock. Warrble stepped on it. Then he began to run. Run to the edge then leap off. "Geronimooooo!" He howled. A huge wave splashed on my mom and me. My mom looked at me and then leapt in, too. I sighed and shrugged. "I'll regret this," I jumped in without as much entuasim as the others.
_ We swam to a island that was covered in green and there were many dens. On the shore was another dock, but it was short and many of the wooden limbs were torn as if someone had decided wood was their new favorite food. I thought we were climbing up that, but instead Warrble turned left and we swam to another that had the front pointed to the water. I knew I was going to regret this. We had to jump up it, and I had slipped and clung onto the board as if the water was acid. My mom pulled me up. I shook my fur and trotted behind Warrble, who's tell kept slapping me as if I had bit it. I got so annoyed by it and I sunk my teeth into it. My teeth went through the tail as if it was mud. His tail was so thick he didn't even feel it!_
Finally, we reached a place where the trees were in a circle and a large rock was in the middle. Logs were scattered along and many dogs were gathering on them. Warrble found us a seat in the front. The log was smooth like my ears and bumpy like my mom's belly. Many dogs were barking things about what was going on and some said they were going to sneak on a cruise and go somewhere else. Finally the ruckues died becaus a large, bulk saint Bernard appeared on the rock. "We are gathering here today for our heroes, Rose and Boogh."
