The tone signalling the end of the day echos through the school. I weave my way through the throngs of furs at their lockers, desperate to get out of school and start their weekend.

I turn into an empty alcove, and walk to the very end.

Twist.

Twist.

Twist.

My locker swings open.

I start gathering the books I need into my arms.

I sense somebody standing next to me, hidden behind my locker door.

I look down and see two familiar paws.

I smile.

My books are back in my locker. I don't remember putting them there.

I close my locker door. I see the bright green eyes of my favorite person in the whole world.

We smile.

We embrace.

We kiss.

We walk away, holding paws, leaning against eachother, our tails intertwined.
