Lycans of the Wolrd 2 and 3
Lycans of the World 2 and 3
Heartless Dragon wanted me to do two stories now per chapter so I could easily get to the ending of this small book and began the series after where he left off on. I also decided to combine the series for two chapters to one so I can get to the next set of chapters that have never been done with, sooner so you may read what happens in the future and how the lives change in this stories. Also didn't have full time to really proff read but let me know what is wrong or where it got fucked up. Thank you.
(All characters are copyright of Heartless Dragon and been redone by me.)
Lycans of the World 2 Discovery
Through out the whole night, Keyno, the black lycan, had traveled miles to search of his kind. He left the little home he once had in order to find a new one among his kind. Though he can't remember his clan much, his memories of his kind were fuzzy. His mother and father were part of it, which much he knew. His sister was younger then him and for some strange reason he really didn't know if "Keyno" was his real name. It was a queer way to sounding as Death Hunter so it must be something else and as for his sister, mother and father went the same. He probably forgot them all over time.
It was the following morning when he decided to take a break. Having to walk the whole night made him exhausted, even though his kinds are nocturnal creatures. He particularly loved being lycan. The day he can easily lay back and enjoy the warmth of the sun or at night were he can run free full of energy and the two blue moons that were in the night sky, giving him his wild nature. He rested by a near river were the water came from a water stream up north. He lay on his belly were he lowered his head and drank the water. It was clean but he could still taste a little bit of dirtiness of the river bottom. He continued to fill his belly in till it was completely full.
After his full belly, he rested by a near by rock were he laid his back on the rock and sighed happily knowing that his journey may turn out to be great.
He woke up late in the afternoon with his stomach growling for food. He lifted up his nose in the air in search of any meals near by. He smelled a heard of animals nearly half a mile west from here. He slowly walked on his fours and followed his nose.
He arrived over a small hill, were there was a vast heard of wild boars like creatures in a plain. He never seen these creatures before yet he could already know that they might taste delicious so he quickly walked slowly towards the heard.
At the bottom of the hill he crawled to the edge of a small grass hedge were just a few inches away, laid a small crowd of them, feeding lightly on the grass below them. From what he saw, the family had three large males, do to the tusks, the height and dark flesh color. The medium sized ones he guesses were the females that had a tanner color then the males and the little ones were probably the children and had almost a lighter color then the parents.
For a lycan, he was pretty smart and it didn't take a genius to know that never attack the males since the always fight back. Instead go for the weak ones and start from there. As soon as the males moved a bit away from the smaller ones, he went in for the kill.
None of them saw it as he jumped out of the bushes with incredible lycan speed and jumped for two females which he quickly ripped at their throats and were brought down, giving last squeals of death. The males saw this and Keyno jumped on top of them with his heavy form and dug his calls into their necks, killing them instantly. He brought all the ones he could on top of the hill. He sat on his four and pulled a small one in and was about to sink his teeth in when a shadow came over him.
"Hey!" said a feminine voice. "Are you stealing my food?"
Keyno turned his head around and was caught face to face with a lycan. Or more precise, a female lycan. He stared at her, a bit surprised for she was the most beautiful thing he ever laid his eyes on. Light sky blue eyes that had a diamond for pupils. A beautiful blue mane that covered her neck and began from on top of her lightly curved snout. The rest of her body was pure snow white that had an intoxicating gleam. Small front legs and thick back that were filled curved in every detail that could mean she was a fast runner. A black mane covering over her breast that were hidden well behind them and as well as in between her legs. And last but not least her face showed anger and he was sure in for it.
"What do you think you are doing?"
All of his focus was lost and he stared baffled at her.
She glared at him. "Listen hear out passer, this field of animals belong to me and no one else. I am the one who watches over them. I am the one who makes the kills. No one else but me!"
Keyno soon lost his thoughts and he return angered towards the female. "And where does it say that you own this field of animals. I don't see your name nor do I smell no markings what so ever."
The female growled at him. "I found this place on my own. I found it first, so that makes me rightfully the owner here!"
Keyno snorted. "I didn't know then alright. You just came out of nowhere and assumed to much and started to act up on me like a crazy bitch!"
She roared at him. "Don't you dare call be a bitch you small breed of a lycan! I am not a bitch so leave now before you'll end up paying with your life!"
Keyno smirked. "Oh yeah, like a little bitch like you will actually tear me up! What humor you are!." He laughed.
The female roared louder then ever. "I am not a bitch!!" She jumped at him and he fell on his back. She bit down on his neck were she began to draw out blood. He roared as her teeth sank in but he quickly brought in his feet under her belly and kicked her away from him. She flew over him, landing on her back but quickly rolled over but he rammed into her and grabbed her before throwing her father away.. He smirked at she struggled to get back up.
She angrily glared at him as she stood up once more. "You will pay for that!" She yelled and charged. However he quickly jumped and landed on her, she not able to withstand the force and fell hard. She tried to get back up once more but soon he was at her face and slashed her down with his claws bared; making her sequel and growl in a single voice and keeping her head pinned under his claws and his body on top of hers. She struggled to get him off her but he was too heavy; regretting that she taught he was light.
He saw her arm moving and he quickly grabbed her elbow and bending it back more; before the point of breaking and making her cry out. This seized her struggling for now.
He glared at her before he lowered his head to her.
"It didn't have to be like this but you left me no choice."
She struggled, trying more to get free but ultimately she gave up and swallowed hard.
"Fine you win just hurry up and kill me."
He was taken back by her remark and loosened his anger.
"I am not going to kill you. There would be no point in doing so. It would be just another waste to the lands and you are far too good of a fighter to just give up and die."
Her eyes went up to him and saw goodness in him that she never saw. He got off her and slowly lifted her up. She growled as he used the arm he damaged but he carefully pulled her up so that they were both standing on their hind legs.
The female was massaging and cracked her damaged arm and looked at him.
"Thank you I guess for not killing me."
He smiled a bit. "No problems besides you are too beautiful to kill. If anything, you are the first lycan female I have seen in who know how long?"
She blushed and he lowered his head and looked away. "Sorry... that was a ..."
"Its alright." she said shyly.
They both looked away before Keyno turned to her. "So can I keep my kills and leave your field?"
She smiled a bit shook her head. "No, it's not my field. I just said that so no one else could steal the food source for me and my family while I am in the area."
His smiled widen. "So I guess I could see you around?"
She nodded. "Yeah and by the way what is your name?"
He smiled. "My name is Keyno but I am not sure."
She stared at him baffled and giggled. "How do you not know for sure?"
He giggled and scratched his head. "Well I kind of got separated from my family before I could remember my name and it is all a blur."
The female smiled. "Well when you find your name hopefully it suits you well. My name is Lyyfa."
He chuckled. "What kind of name is that?"
She looked at him with a smile but a bit of questioning. "You think my name is weird what about yours hmm? What kind of name is Keyno?"
He laughed. "I guess your right but what I do remember about my name is that it is short for 'Death Hunter' or something like that."
"Death Hunter." she said quietly. "That name sounds so familiar to me. I remember that name with my parents before my brother disappeared."
"Wait you had a brother that disappeared?"
"No, no, not like vanish disappear but more like he was taken from my mother and father and me and we never saw him again."
It was hard not to look surprise as he realized what was happening here.
"What? What is it?"
He stared at her; trying so hard to recognize the little sibling he had at a young age.
"I think I am you brother." He said out flatly, dazed at this sudden development.
The female stared at him like he is crazy. "What are you talking about? How can you be my brother? You can't even remember your own name?"
He stared down a sec before he looked up at her.
"I only remember that I had a sister who would stay up with me at night and watch the lights of the sky and try finding falling lights and making a wish. She also looks a lot like you only younger.
The female was starting to get an odd feeling from the back of her head. "And do you believe that?"
He shrugged his shoulders and looked up at the blue sky.
"If I were to remember correctly my sister's name was Fayly but over time I must have forgotten it. And look how your name is spelled. Mix my sister's name and jumble it and what do you get?" He looked back down at her.
She looked down and pondered. A minute passed and she looked up. "Alright I guess your right but if you truly are my brother then answer me this. What do you remember of your 'disappearance'?"
He closed his eyes and tried to think.
He spoke as he tried to remember.
"I only remember being taken away by flight. I saw... my family screaming after me as I was carried away by the skies and then I blacked out. I woke up to find myself in a meadow and I cried, knowing my mother and father and little sister were now gone."
He opened his eyes to see that Lyyfa had grown quiet before tears grew before her and she jumped on him, crying as she hugged her long lost brother.
He held hugged her tightly and grew tears. "Yes sister. I am your brother."
They both held each other into a tight embrace, despite their pains and wounds.
The hug had lasted over ten minutes of hugging and crying. They separated and stood up. Both had tears and held on to each others hands. "Oh my loving sister Lyyfa."
"Oh my loving brother Nkeyo."
He smiled at the name as they went for another embrace. It was in till Nkeyo started to fall limb and was held back by his sister. "Nkeyo. What's wrong?" Then she felt something wet from him. She looked at her palms and saw that they were covered in blood. She looked at his back and saw that is was completely covered in his red blood. "Nkeyo!" He fell limb and blacked out and left his sister, the only one who ever cared for him.
Chapter 3 Love within the Siblings
Lyyfa carried her unconscious brother on her back. She headed north were she hoped that a healer who is her grandmother, that she is living with, was hopefully there and not out hunting. Her brother had lost a lot of blood and she could only cover it up with mud and a piece of clothing material. She hoped that she would not arrive there to late.
The only thing she hated about her aunt was that she lived in a cave on top of a rocky hill up north. Since this food source wasn't too far, it made things a lot easier for her to catch her family's meals. The hill was easy to climb but it was difficult since she could hurt her paws on the rocks which made it difficult. When she saw the rocky hill in view she saw that it was close to evening and she had to get there before her brother freezes as well as her.
She climbed carefully on top of the hill and already started to feel the rocks entering her. "Damn crazy gaunt." she said to herself. "Why can't you live down here like the rest of our kind?" Her kind in general was werewolves. Way different then Lycans since werewolves can alter their forms, heal faster, run faster, typically stronger and are almost smarter then Lycans. Her aunt is a female werewolf and was into the old arts in healing but young in her age which made her quite odd. The healing arts were something only a few should know and it wasn't normal to learn it since Lycans and Werewolves can heal themselves; unless they were attacked by other Lycans or Werewolves.
As she reached the top, an early glow came from the cave as she entered and slowly approached it. Inside she saw a large werewolf sitting by a fire. Right next to her was a smaller werewolf and there was one in the back mixing bowls.
The female werewolf turned her head and her ears perked up. A small smile creped to her.
"Lyyfa, you have returned." She then looked behind her. "What is that?"
Lyyfa came closer and was shaking a bit and spoke out to the werewolf. "Please aunt Kcasa, you have to help my brother. He is hurt."
The she-wolf stood on her hind legs and walked over to Lyyfa. Lyyfa slid off her brother and showed her the wound behind his neck. The werewolf bent down on one knee and looked at it. She then turned her attention to Lyyfa. "How did this happen?" Her voice was concerning yet curious.
Lyyfa sat on her hind legs and looked up at the tall werewolf. "Well I and my brother got to a little fight at first. At first, because we didn't recognize each other but when we realized who we were, we shared concern but then he fell limp and that is when I saw that I had injured him..."
The werewolf looked at her with steady eyes that were both half open and seemingly unsettling. She then looked Lyyfa and saw that she carried a wound as well. Lyyfa turned her head and reached over and saw the blood on her fingers. She looked up at her grandmother.
"Forget about me. Just help him." She pleaded.
Kcasa nodded and turned her attention to the small one that was sitting by the fire. "Rysa, go and get some hlithn'a liquid and mix it with hot water. Hopefully that will help him breathe. Then get some Dark Roses and crush them and spread on sheep skin so we can cover the wound. "
The smaller one bowed. "Yes mother."
Lyyfa watched her cousin ran to the back to her other cousin who is a male, and both began to mix in items. Then her aunt carefully picked up Nkeyo to a bed that had a stone bottom and was had a comfortably cotton top that was from trees and was covered by thin brown material that is use for coverings.
"I will heal your brother here. You can wait until we are done."
Lyyfa sighed in relief knowing that her brother was now safe.
Night came quickly and Rysa came back; she gave her mother the bowl and the sheep skin that had some crush roses on its inner skin. She brought the bowl to Nkeyo's nose were he slowly breathe it in. Lyyfa was disgusted with the smell and even though her brother was unconscious, his body was twitching. Her aunt then brought the sheep skin were she soaked in the liquid and she gently applied it to Nkeyo's neck. His body reacted strongly against it, jerking and making small hisses before and he began to ease after. Her aunt then lowered the bowl to the floor and turned to Lyyfa.
"Your brother will be fine Lyyfa. He just needs to rest."
"Thank you so much, aunt Kcasa."
Kcasa smiled. "Well it is good to see that you've found your brother, Lyyfa."
Lyyfa nodded. "Yes it is." She was quiet before she spoke out.
"How long will he be out?"
Her aunt gave a small shrug.
"It depends on him. I haven't really taken care of anyone since you came here not so long ago."
Lyyfa nodded.
"Yeah I knew I remember coming here before I just don't remember why."
Her aunt smiled. "Well you came here because your mother and father feared for you. Ever since that day you all lost your brother, you hadn't eaten at all and your parents had brought you here to be healed. I eventually healed you and I even nursed you back. You were quite young but it only seems like a few days ago you came here. Now you found him and out family are now back together."
Lyyfa just shrugged. "Almost, just wish that mother and father were here with us." She gave a small sigh. "But I really thank you aunt for healing my brother."
"IT was no problem. But you have to tell me how you found your brother."
All the werewolves sat by the fire were Lyyfa told them what happened. After she told them, the two siblings went to bed since it was already night time. They both lay in the same type of bed that had soft hay in the bottom and covered themselves. Lyyfa saw it and found it that awkward since they are siblings and they are sleeping naked but she ignored it and focused on Kcasa. She has never questioned her siblings' relationship nor did she give into it more thoughts.
A single thought had come to her that she hadn't thought of a long time.
"Aunt Kcasa, why are we so different?"
"What do you mean?"
Lyyfa shrugged.
"Me and my brother I mean. We are so different from you, my mother and father. I mean not to say its so bad but..."
Kcasa gave a slight smile.
"Well for one you both are hybrids. Your both lycan and werewolf but your mostly lycan cause you both inherited most of your looks and figures from your mother. My brother is a werewolf and although you should have noticed this by now, you and your brother are part werewolf. Now your father may look like a lycan but he is werewolf, rest assured. He only looks that way because he changed for your mother and decided that it would help look good for your family."
Lyyfa blinked once.
"What do you think of it?"
Kcasa gave a causal shrug.
"It's not really what I think of it my dear. It's what your parents wanted. They knew that it would be difficult for them to be together since it's not very often that a lycan and werewolf mate. Your mother and father thought of that and honestly, I think it was a good choice for them. You and your brother being hybrids may mean that you lack the ability to change your form or run fast but maybe you both have a ability that no other has."
They both stayed up the night hoping that Nkeyo would wake up but he hasn't yet, so Kcasa decided to close for the night. "Will you two be sleeping tonight here, dear?"
Lyyfa shock her head. "No aunt, I think that me and my brother will leave as soon as he wakes up. I want to show him or help him remember where he once lived and grew up in. And besides, I hope that my mother and father came back so we can finally be at peace."
"That is fine, Lyyfa. Just be sure you leave quietly and make sure you two don't get into another fight."
"We won't" Lyyfa smiled. She watched Kcasa walked towards her children's bed and laid down with them and once gain she was confused about this. She ignored it again before she turned her focus back on her brother. Hundreds of thoughts rose to her.
"Will the others remember him? Were has he been? Does he even have a mate?"
The last one startles herself. She had found her brother a bit attractive and even though they are related, she has some thoughts for him. Nothing sexual but more of mates. Gods! Was she really having thoughts about her own blood? Sure she could share her feelings with him but did she really want to ruin their relationship as brother and sister now? He did say that she was beautiful and it never occurred to her that he would regret saying that when they found out that they are related. All of this was puzzling to her and she hoped to find a right answer.
Midnight came and Lyyfa was getting restless. In till she was about to close her eyes to rest, she heard rustling in the back. She turned to see Kcasa getting up and seeming to grab some liquid from a water-skin and drink from it.
"Maybe she can help me?" Lyyfa thought.
She stood up and walked over to Kcasa. Kcasa saw her walking and drank another gulp from the water-skin before she put it aside. "What's wrong child? Can't sleep?"
Lyyfa shook her head. "No. I keep having thoughts about my brother."
"Don't worry." She said. "He will make it."
"No, not those kinds of thoughts. I have been thinking about how much I truly care and love him."
Kcasa smiled down at her.
"And you want to tell your brother how you feel about him and yet you worry how this will affect you both?"
"Yes. How did you know?"
Kcasa chuckled quietly.
"Oh I know about that because me and my children have mated with each other in both love and sexual."
Lyyfa was so startled by this she nearly fell back but managed to steady herself and looked surprisingly at Kcasa who made another giggle.
"Yes I know it sound shocking but I guess you haven't really took the time to realize that both of our kind do have sexual or loves that are within our family. Your kind and my kind do that and it is not as shocking as it is. You see I had stumbled upon my children mating with each other one day and I found it at first very displeasing but then I realized that they were in love. So I let I go and now I am involved with their love. I have mated or did sexual things with them and never have I regretted it. And I seen plenty of Lycans and werewolves that do the same, so if you are worried about any of that stuff, don't be."
Lyyfa lowered her head before she looked back up.
"What about children? Having them I mean?"
"I have one in my womb right," said Kcasa. "I don't know if it is my mate's third child or my son's child. I feel awful saying that." she said with a bit of a chuckle. "That I have mated with my mate and son but if you fear for having children that might end up with birth affects then you don't have to worry about that either. All children, Lycan or Werewolf are still born the same as regular children. And no matter how many time you will do it with your relative, never fear it. So if you do have your heart set out for your brother then go for it."
Lyyfa only managed to reply with a "Thank you."
Kcasa smiled. "Your welcome child and remember wheat I told you."
It was very early in the morning when Nkeyo started to wake. Lyyfa was by his side when he questioned. "What happened?"
She smiled down at him. "I will tell you later but first let us leave. I feel like I need to show you your home."
They exited out of the cave and both headed west were Lyyfa carried Kcasa's advice and voice with her. Through out the whole time, she would have loved to be her brother's mate, love and partners for life and hope that they will raise a family.
