Prologue
Some background- a secret Government project to extract the best bits of various animals DNA (Bears strength, tigers stamina, cats eyes, etc) and combine them with people had got to the stage where they could combine Humans with animals to produce 'animorphs' (anthropomorphic animals).
A rival corp. called TransGene infiltrated the project and wanting to steal the contract got one of their spies to release the virus into a local stream and therefore making their rival look incompetent. TransGene may or may not have cared what happened to all the people along the water course of the stream.
One of those places is the small holiday town of Otter Falls.......................
Oh, one last thing no one is sure that the virus can't mutate from its original intension and form.

Making Bears pt 1: Mutation...
Anna Jorgensin arose early as was her custom, being careful not to awake her husband Tom. In the bathroom she rubbed the sleep from her tried eyes, squinting in the harsh bathroom light. Reaching for her tooth brush, with her sleep numb fingers Anna fumbled with it awkwardly. She lost control of it and watched it fall into the toilet.
"Damn!" She swore. Running cold water she splashed it on her face. "Wake up Anna!" She told herself.
Taking Tom's tooth brush down, she wet it under the running water, then filled a glass, and squeezed tooth paste on to Tom's tooth brush. She quickly brushed her teeth, washing her mouth out with the water and then with mouth wash. Anna retrieved her fallen toothbrush and then changed into her running clothes. As was her custom she headed out for a quick jog before breakfast and going off to work.
Once outside in the semi-darkness she clicked on her flash light and jogged off down the road. She had not gone far before she began to feel hot and strangely itchy. She found herself scratching her arm pits and crotch, as she became aware of some very powerful desires. She turned around and headed back to her house, wondering if Tom would be in the mood for a quickie........
As she jogged back her desire became stronger and she became aware of a strange stirring in the front of her jogging pants. Reaching down her trembling fingers found a long hard very distinct bulge! Her lust reached new peaks as she got closer to the house.
"Oh honey have I got a surprise to you!" She whispered huskily..........
