book part 1
It all started when the vampire virus caused many people to become infected. There were also a lot of deaths to the non- infected. A war broke out causing a lot of deaths to both kinds. The vamps became friendly if we normal people controlled their food supply, if we lose that, there might be another war and all of humanity will be lost.
This is my story. My name is Jon a 16 year old runaway whose parents were killed at the start of the vamp virus. We don't know where it came from, ether it was a terrorist attack with bio weapons or the government was doing another experiment to make another super soldier. I joined up with a government owned protection agency who is dealing with vamp threats. I don't know why they let me in. I guess they wanted people who could be killed and not be cared about.
"Hey Jon where are you!" I heard someone yell as I was waking up.
"In here!" I yelled back. I sat up in my make shift bed as Stupid walked in. It's his nick name as we can't remember his name. "Cap wants everyone up and ready" Stupid said.
"Is everyone else up?" I asked.
"Ya cap got me up." He said as he walked out.
I got out of bed found a shirt and some pants in a pile in the corner of my room. Put them on and headed to the showers. Once I got there every one was there getting showers so I waited my turn. Once Wes got out I went in and had a fire cracker go off.
"What the hell Wes!!!" I said.
Wes was laughing and pointing at me. I threw my shirt at him and turned on the shower I quickly washed myself in the cold water. After my shower I got dressed and headed to the command room where everyone was waiting for me. "Now that every ones here we can start." Dakota said.
"What's up?" I asked.
"Command wants us to find out what happened to a 26 year old woman who was attacked last night." "They have 3 vamps in custody and they want us to help them out." Dakota said. "Ya time for some real action"!!! Stupid yelled.
He high 5ed Wes. "How are we going to do that?" Nicole asked.
"Simple we interrogate them and if we have to beat the information out of them we can, and if need be kill them." Dakota said.
"Sounds fun" Tomaz said.
"If that's it lets go." Dakota said.
We all got up and headed to the armory and grabbed a few weapons. I grabbed my m16 and a desert eagle. Stupid grabbed his mini gun and his back pack full of ammo, Tomaz grabbed his Barrett 50. Cal, like I said he's special, I didn't see what Nicole grabbed but Dakota grabbed his 5 ft sword, two deagles and a M16, Wes grabbed some C4 and a scar. When we got everything packed up we headed to one of the armored vehicles we owned and drove off the base we were stationed. I and Stupid waved at the 7 guards that where watching the gate they just stood there not doing anything like all of the other missions we went on. When we eventually got to the police station we got out and were swarmed by press asking us questions, I guess Dakota got pissed off and he dropped an E.M.P. and all of the cameras and recorders stopped working. We laughed at them when we were walking through the large crowd. When we got in there we were greeted by the Sheriff.
"There in the interrogation rooms 4, 5 and 6." The Sherriff said
"Jon, Wes and I are going to talk to these vamps you guys watch the doors, if they are in a gang they might come try to get them out." Dakota started walking towards the interrogation rooms. I and Wes followed him. "You know where you going cap?" Wes asked.
"Ya I know this place to well." Dakota said. Wes didn't say anything after that because he knew asking to many questions could get him killed. We arrived at the interrogation rooms and I walked in on the farthest one number 6. When I walked in I saw a young women about 25-26 with red eyes and long black hair and pale skin. She had her arms crossed and was slouching back in her chare. I put my M16 at the corner of the room and walked over to the metal table in the center of the room grabbed the chare span it around sat down and stared at her with a blank look on my face. After what felt like 10 minutes she finally snapped. "Okay this is driving me insane what do you want?" she asked with an annoyed tone.
"All I want to know is what happened?" I asked
"I told your boss everything I know" she said
"I'm not a cop if you can't tell." I said. "If you're not a cop what are you?" she asked.
"Your kind calls me a hunter or slayer I can't remember." I said with a grin. When I said that her eyes went huge, her mouth opened and she tried to get off the chare but she fell over onto the floor. She scrambled to her feet and went to the far wall away from me. I put my feet up on the table with my heavy combat boots making a loud clunk. She was staring at me with a worried expression on her face. I smiled and let out a little laugh. "Please sit down. I will only kill you if I have to" I said with the smile still on my face.
She sat down and told me what happened. So she was walking home with her 2 friends and the smell of blood was in the air and it drove them insane so they went into what I call kill mode. They looked around for the source of the smell and there was a woman being attacked by someone and the woman had a knife in her leg and a lot of blood was spilling out so they tried to help the women by attacking the person who was attacking her but when they got close the man grew wings and turned around facing them. He looked male and he had blood running down from his mouth, they charged him but he thrusted out one of his wings and launched them into a building. He then he took off and flew away. They tried to help the woman but then the cops showed up and they were arrested. "That's all I know" she said. "Okay one more question what is your name, you never told me that? I asked"
"Sarah" she said.
"Okay then Sara that's all I need. Thank you" I said.
I got up from my chare. Wait! How old are you?" Sara asked.
"16" I replied as I grabbed my M16 and walked out. When I got into the main room I saw Dakota holding Stupid and Wes in the air with both hands. "What's going on?" I asked. "Wes put another fire cracker in Stupid's cigars again." Nicole said "Where's Tomaz?" I asked while looking around. "He threw a hand gun at a guy who was trying to escape and now one of the cops it trying to teach him how to shoot a hand gun." Nicole said. "This won't turn out good" I said as I said that Stupid got thrown across the room and crashed through a wall. "Are you going to calm down!" Dakota yelled. I walked over to the giant hole in the wall to find Stupid knocked out. "He's out boss." I said. "Let's get him out of here." Dakota said. As he said that gun shots went off and everyone looked at the firing range as a cop stumbled out holding his gut with blood running down it "medic." He said before he passed out
"What the hell Tomaz you killed another cop!" Dakota yelled.
Nicole walks over and checks his pulse. "He's still alive." Nicole said.
"Why are you always doing this?" Dakota asked.
"I tried to pull off a quick scope." Tomaz said.
"This isn't a video game!" Dakota yelled "let's go before something else happens"
BANG "Tomaz what the hell!" Dakota yelled
"It wasn't me." Tomaz said
Dakota ran outside and looked around and then heard another gunshot and he ran towards the source of the sound. We ran out the door and saw him shooting at a black figure that was climbing on a building. "Shoot this thing!!!" Dakota screamed.
We all started to shoot at the black thing it was jumping from building to building and then it jumped in to a back alley then Wes got an idea to throw a flash bang at it burst into flames. Right after that happened we all walked over to what was left of the corps Stupid knelt down and picked up its scull "extra crispy." He said.
We all thought that was funny, then we heard a loud scream and we walked out in to the street to be surrounded by vamps "this doesn't look good." Tomaz said.
"Get ready for the fight of your lives." Dakota said calmly.
After he said the giant army of vamps started running at us, we opened fire on them killing a lot before I knew it there was a vamp jumping at me. I quickly drawed my hand gun and raised it up as the vamp smacked it out of my hands. It pined me to the ground and was trying to bight me I was able to hold it back by getting my arm on its throat. I reached down and grabbed the knife that was hanging on my belt and cramed it into the vamps throat, a lot of black blood was sprayed in my face when I did that. I threw him off me and tried to find my gun I looked around and saw that every one was missing I looked around and couldn't see any one. I started walking and I tripped over Dakotas sword it was covered in blood I picked it up wiped the blood on my uniform and attached it to my back. When I was attaching it I heard a voice on the coms it was week threw all of the static I answered it "hello is any one there!" I yelled into the mike.
All I got was static then in the distance I saw a flash of light at the top of the hill it looked like it was from a flash light or from a car. "Hay!" I yelled at the top of my lunges.
I ran to the top of the hill as fast as I could and I saw 2 people dressed in black ops uniforms. I put my hands up and shouted "hay over here"
They both drew there weapons at me and slowly walked over to me I dropped my gun and went to my knees. They took my gun and Dakota's sword put hand cuffs on me and we started to walk back to the truck when we got there they threw mw in the back of the truck and we drove to there brace where I was thrown in jail for reasons unknown.
