The infighting actually caused some actual damage in the dream world.

Once we even had a fight among ourselves that leveled our HQ in nighttime village that scared the people of the people of the village which filled us with more guit. The bickering only worsened when we were turning on each other and came out so badly that Martin, our team's navigator, could not properly heal us. "You guys have to stop this... i can only heal so much but i feel your pain we have to talk to the king about this..." After that we went back to the real world to rest and we slept like rocks but slept so well that night.
