I don't know why I fuckin bother,
To try with you to get along,
Seems the more all that I try,
The more I cry from doing wrong,
You still don't see me as your daughter,
Just still a bag for you to punch,
A lowly crutch for when you're broken,
Fresh tender meat for you at lunch,
You see me as a play thing,
Not for the fur and flesh you birthed,
You love to kick me when I'm down,
Not just only where shit hurts,
All my potential bright in full,
You only see black,
Not the stars,
Vivacious yeen all that I am,
You only see me chasing cars,
A loving wife,
A striving mother,
You see me only as a tramp,
Stomach growling,
Bare paw prowling,
Stuck on checks and food stamps,
I'm trying to be the trade center,
You're the plane that knocks me down,
Feel like I'm damned to do around you,
All like my skies are upside down
