Bodhi like the other wolves made up properly with their parents but he was really intimidated around his dad as he was the reason why he had a breakdown during March. He wasn't really on speaking terms with his father, but to his surprise his father had a breakdown and confessed that what he did was wrong but sort of refused to really acknowledge what he did in that heat of the moment when he was 10. Bodhi and his father formally made up, and now they can build a better relationship as father and son going into the future and how to properly express their emotions.
