The Cat And The Dog
Short story that popped in mind one night, I woke up from a dream, remembering reading a book, then got this in mind all of a sudden. This is a bit similar to The Owl And The Pussycat, which they both sail at sea and are married towards the end. In this one, both cat and dog aren't allowed for marriage, they shall sail to a private island, for both of them to die peacefully together.
One gorgeous day, a cat and a dog decided to be married, though, the town despised the idea of opposite animals to be married. The cat and the dog both padded on the beach, then, the cat kneels on a rock, to say, "Look! A heart shape island towards the distance, we shall sail to the island, 'tis perfect for us both. We shall sail at dark." They got into their boat then sail off at sea. The cat, very brave he was, leans over the edge of the boat to catch fish, for his love one. It felt fuar, shaky waves to shake the boat, 'twas such a stormy night. The boat crashed into the powerful waves, till which then flips and sinks, as for the lovers, they gain unconsciousness.
Little later, they gain consciousness, to find themselves on the heart shape island. They were here, the island for them both, now, both the cat and dog will cheer after endeavoring to get to the island. Cheers fell to silence, as they remembered, their stranded on the island. "Alas, my love," said the cat, "we may die on the heart shaped island, yes, but we die together, for you, are my love."
