Part 5 : Loose ends.

Beelzebub flew through the air rather slowly, B-man was having trouble staying awake. Eventually during the flight his head lulled over to one side to rest on her chest, Sky and Gabriel were trailing behind, She looked down at him with worry, glancing down she looked for somewhere to land before taking an immediate nose dive, plummeting back down to earth and landed in a crouch position- Hey ... hey, can you hear me?

B-man's head shifted slightly, his eyes blinked a few times- hmm huh? what now? -with a free hand he rubbed his eyes slightly- Yeah just a bit tired that's all..-he blinked once more while She nodded slowly.- You took a hell of a beating. Is anything broken?-he shrugged slightly then chuckled a bit- not that I can feel...maybe ask me in a few hours when the numbness goes away -he looked over to see Sky and Gabriel land- Man you can fly quick.

B-man blinked then- Where's Oggstrosse? -Gabriel was the one who answered- Gone, I tried to grab him, but he cast a teleportation spell. -he furiously punched the palm of his other hand- Elders damn him, I was too slow.-Sky walked over to B-man and knelt down- B, I swear at times you have the luck of the devil....er...-he blinked realizing what he said- Umm I mean -B-man chuckled as he tried to stand up- Wrong afterlife Sky...if I'll ever get in any afterlife..

-Beelzebub shook her head- You need rest. We will return you home. -she picked him back up bridal style them immediately took off flying. Mid flight, she looked at him, a tiny grin forming over her snout- I'll must admit something to you mortal.-B-man blinked as they lifted off, putting his arms around her neck for a moment, his eyes met hers- w.. what's that?-Her reply took him off guard- I'm impressed. -she said softly glancing at him just as she caught sight of his house-

Oh..-he nodded slightly then glanced down as the came in for a landing by the front door- well...at what cost..all those people in the barrier were killed...-Beelzebub tried to condole him - In war, we can't stop casualties. And believe me, this is war.-B-man replied sombrely- Yeah....-his word lingered in the air for a moment before he slipped out of her arms- well if you pardon me, I need to get to my first aid box -taking the first few steps up he reached into his pocket for his key, then unlocked the door- I wonder who that panther woman was....

-Beelzebub grunted- why does it matter?-Gabriel broke in- Because ... -he said as he landed with Sky behind them-.... something is wrong here. Like who erected the dome?-B-man blinked then let off a sigh-...Guess I'll get a pot of coffee going...-he turned and opened the front door, then glanced back as the three beings stood outside- well? come on in. -turning back he left the door open for them to enter, while he slipped his shoes off and made his way towards the kitchen-

Beelzebub blinked yet kept her composure - I'm still surprised you're capable of moving.-Gabriel grunted- He shouldn't be moving, -he looked to Sky- can't you get him to rest?-B-man huffed as he was clearly getting annoyed- If I stop moving....I won't be able to move for a long time...-Sky blinked then held his hands up as he explained to the others- he's always been like this....at least it wasn't like when he got his chest wound....that was the worst thing i've ever seen...

They heard B-Man shouting- Will three just get inside already?! -Sky stiffened-Sky:...must still be the adrenaline...he sometimes get cranky after fighting too....-Sky scampered inside the dojo while Beelzebub rolled her eyes- Men ... -she stepped inside, Gabriel following and closed the door behind himself- If you don't slow down, I swear to my mother I'm going to knock you unconscious!-she stormed after B-Man-

She's already here...-he glanced over at Devidra who was sipping the first cup of coffee, Beelzebub snarled at her- Took your time making an appearance mother.-Devidra looked up from her cup - You know I'm not allowed to interfere. -she shrugged and continued sipping her coffee-

Then why are you here? For someone who isn't supposed to interfere, you do seem to be staying around a lot lately.-As B-man spoke they could just begin to hear the exhaustion in his voice- Just there to take the sights and sounds of a fight in downtown Toronto...-he shook his head slightly while bringing over a tray of coffee cups, cream, and sugar. yet stood behind his friend- B?...come on now, please just sit down and take a rest, okay? -B-man looked over to Sky- just....just let me finish this up and I will do as I'm told...

Gabriel got back to the matter at hand- We need to find the Arch Demon now while he's defenceless. -Beelzebub spoke as if it was hopeless- You said it yourself Arch Angel, nothing can track him. We don't know where he is and with everything that happened today the mortals are going to be ever alert. -she shook her head- We had a window of opportunity and it's gone now.

Sky sighed slightly then blinked as B-man's legs buckled under him, quickly the Neko-Jin caught his friend-no more for you today...come on B, I'll help get those wounds of yours dressed -B-man nodded slowly- but the.. -Sky shushed him- I'll tidy up, come on B...-he helped his friend into the bathroom and began to tend to his wounds-

Gabriel was still continuing his conversation with Beelzebub- It's getting worse, if things like this keep happening our secret will be revealed. -Beelzebub snorted smoke from her nostrils- It's you and your kind's job to ensure it doesn't? You and your all so precious God-she snarled back at the Arch Angel who glared at her in return-

Devidra spoke after swallowing another mouthful of coffee- Fighting each other won't solve any of your problems-Sky stepped in between them- Will you two shut up? he's asleep now...-Sky looked at Gabriel- I'll stay if you don't mind, the rest of his wounds need tending still..-Beelzebub snarled at Sky, but reigned in her anger- You are right however Gabriel, we need to find him, somehow, while he's vulnerable. Any one have any suggestions?

Sky didn't say anything as he turned around and went back into the master bedroom, there was a long silence when a voice popped into Beelzebub's head- M'lord? -it was one of her maids- a demoness has been trying to get hold of you for the past hour, a "Beth" ? -Beelzebub blinked in shocked- ... Beth? -her eyes opened wide with realization- ..... Baphomet -she stood up suddenly and looked to the others- I have to go ... send a messenger if anything happens. -with that she vanished into hellfire-

AS Beelzebub arrived in her bedroom, a ball of hell flame was floating in mid air- well, well, well, finally home huh? -the flame expanded showing Baphomet's face- Long time no see...so to say...hm? boy.. you look like hell there Beel.-Beelzebub rolled her eyes- And your jokes are as bad as ever. -a small smiled graced her snout- How are you?

The demoness had a french accent, Oh you know, running a clothing and fashion department now, maybe a coffee shop in the future...seems to be a popular thing here in the mortal world...but..-she turned serious- We demon heard about the fight with the mortal....it's bad out there Beel....I...I was just worried about you.-she frowned and looked away- worried though you still left me.

Beth looked down slightly-...you know how I felt about it all, I just got tired of it Beel, just try and take care of yourself please?...so...-she smirked slightly - how'd your little Date go? -Beth Held her hands up - I'm kidding!.......but...that fight was broadcasted all over heaven and Hell Beel....-she snarled- Not that it's their business.-she closed her eyes and gathered her thoughts- My dearest Baphomet, you know I love hearing your voice, but what do you want? It has been many an age since you've contacted me. Last we spoke, you weren't interested in seeing me anymore.

Well I was just tired of it all ...I mean, let's be honest we both changed...you had your world...and I now have mine..but I still want to keep in touch again...if that is alright with you of course...it's been..what? a few hundred years?-Beelzebub nodded slowly remembering- It has been, its funny to think such a time can fly by so quickly. -she shook her head- Things are going from bad to worse here Beth ... how much do you know?-Baphomet shook her head slightly- not much really...I think who ever is behind all this is trying to make you look weak in front of the people of Hell...and heaven. -she sighed- This fight of the mortal and Oggstrosse might have been the nail in the coffin.

Then it is true then? All of Hell and Heaven know the Arch Demon has returned, -Beelzebub scoffed- and to think I'd never heard of him until this whole thing started. Did you know of him. From what I can hazard you father Azazel may have known of him before he disappeared. -Beth shook her head not knowing- No Beel I haven't -she looked over to one side- Hmm, my next appointment is coming up, let's meet up soon Alright. Name the time and place and we'll meet up.

Before the words left Beelzebub's mouth she knew she had asked for it, Beth grinned- Your Mortal friends home perhaps? -Beelzebub was stone faced at the mention - It is not up to me, and currently the location is to remain a secret. -Beelzebub replied in a professional manner- If we meet, it'll be somewhere out in the open.-Beth nodded slowly- Alright Beel...stay safe...-the ball of hell fire shrunk down then fizzled out, Beelzebub was left alone with her thoughts, She closed her eyes and shook her head- It's all falling apart.

Meanwhile back in B-man's dojo, he awoke in pain as Sky put on the last layer of ointment and bandages- AH Jeez... -Sky replied apologetic- oh..sorry B..-Gabriel looked over him- How're you feeling Brandon?-B-man winced - like I was run over....sore...-he tried to sit up, Sky moved in to help his friend -easy B, your back got blasted-rolling onto his side B-man swung his legs over the side of his single sized bed and stat up, then looked around-....yeah...I can feel it..

You're lucky to be alive. Very lucky.-Gabriel sat down beside them, and looked B-Man over carefully-yeah...maybe I am lucky...-he shook his head slightly- doesn't feel like it...-he blinked realizing something-...did I surpass him?...-Gabriel shrugged his shoulders- To be honest I don't know. The dome blocked most of any readings I couldn't tell.-Sky placed the first aid box down on the night table- Far as I could tell B, you bloody well kicked his ass. -B-man shook his head- but that Panther woman...and the Generals.

-Gabriel looked away- What we know, it had a disturbingly similar aura to the Arch Demon so ... I don't know.-There was a long moment of silence then B-man asked- Is Beelzebub okay? -he looked to Sky then Gabriel whom answered his question- She's been gone for a few hours, we've not heard from her, she said something had come up then went back home. Sorry.

B-man nodded- well, I hope it's over...-slowly he stood up, albeit stiffly, Sky warned him of course - B if you move around you might start to bleed again -B-man shrugged- I know,I know, I'm just going to have a bite to eat.-Sky paused then motioned with his head to Gabriel that they should leave-

Gabriel couldn't help but ask- Will you be alright left to your own devices? -he asked as he stood,-yeah I think so, I've been left to my own "devices" since I was thirteen, besides think I left him in worse shape I am ...-he nodded slightly then motioned- Go on, get back to heaven I know you two have work to do.

-Gabriel nodded- We need to find the Arch Demon, Do you want any updates in case we find anything?-B-man blinked- uhh...I guess so? -he shrugged then waved them off- Just go already. -he watched them vanish in a flash of energy, with a heavy sigh he turned back and made his way into the kitchen but paused as he saw Devidra slowly materialize in the open- Lady Devidra....

Well, you seem to be getting a lot of attention lately - B-man remained in his place- It would seem that way, you could see the entire fight...couldn't you?..-Devidra simply replied-I can see everything.-He screwed up his courage-well if you can....-he looked down slightly- is Beelzebub alright?..-One of Devidra's ears flickered slightly at the question- Physically, she's fine. -B-man looked up slowly asking- but?...

Some pains are not just physical as you know. -he bowed his head once more-...I made a real mess of things again... Haven't I?..-Devidra sat herself down in midair- what makes you think that? -B-man continued- Mortals are supposed to know of such things right?...plus I just fought a archdemon downtown...-he sighed-..and....I was ....actually enjoying my time with Beelzebub...

Devidra just shrugged- Whether they do or don't I don't care. -she gave him a small smile then paused- You did, did you? -turning towards the oven he hit a few buttons to start warming it up, then put in a pizza stone -..a little yes..then again...I bet she didn't enjoy it...-he shrugged slightly as it dawned on him as he remembered the conversation prior-..she was just there to lure out the archdemon anyway.

You seem so sure of it. Why don't you just ask? -his right hand twitched at her comment, should he? -I have to think about it...-he turned back to the elder goddess- then again, I'd best not...-she shrugged- Do as you wish. Think what you want. -B-man turned back finally having enough- I do have one thing to ask mind you...Why are you here?...really?..

She started vanished before his eyes could blink and appeared right in front of him her eyes not too far from his- I don't know.-His back stiffened sending a band of fire along his lower back, yet he managed to stand- A Mothers concern? -Devdra shrugged slightly- Not really. Beelzebub can take care of herself. -she pulled back a little then looked him up and down- Just curious to look at you is all. See you. I don't see a lot of my creations in person.

With an eyebrow raised he couldn't help but ask- Why do you two fight so much? -She sighed- She resents I do nothing, she resents I butt in when she doesn't want me too. But is a mother not supposed to worry about their children?-he shrugged a bit then blinked as the oven pre heat chime went off-..uhh pardon me... -he shifted a bit to go to his freezer to pull out a frozen pizza, despite his shirt Devidra could see the littering of blood dots through his shirt in the bandages.

So ... what're your thoughts on this whole thing? -she asked from behind, though it sounded like she was directly next to his ear- Are you scared?-his body stiffened for a moment before closing the freezer door- I'm still trying to wrap my head around everything, but I can only assume I just painted a big target on my back now. - he continued to speak while turning back slowly while opening the box- Or maybe it may have stopped all this madness...then again who knows

She pondered for a moment.- Indeed, who knows ... who knows. -she stopped floating, allowing gravity to pull her down and walked over to him- So, though I already know, what're you making? -It was his turn to shrug- Well if you already know, why ask the question to begin with? -he opened the oven door, slid the pizza inside, closed the door while adjusting the temperature- Or are we even talking about pizza?...-she smirked- Are we?

She looked behind her for a moment then back towards him- Beelzebub will be here soon. I notice she's ... rather protective of you.-he thought back to what Beelzebub had said before, though it didn't show he was confused- is it gratitude?...that little pact? -looking into her eyes he spoke- If this is all over, then I am sure we will part ways smoothly, and she and I will continue our lives. Nothing more -he glanced down- out of gratitude for saving her again?

Out of curiosity -she simply answered, without blinking, her eyes continued to stare into him- Of course, -she stepped back her body starting to vanish- of course ... -and she was gone, not a second later hellfire erupted from the spot she was in as Beelzebub appeared, B-man jumped in shock at the sudden flame- SWEET JESUS!...I mean... uhh... evening M'Lord, you uhh... frightened me

She blinked and looked at him strangely- I see .... -she looked around then at him- .... is everything okay?-with a sigh he shrugged- Sky and Gabriel left...then I had a visit from your mother....now you at point blank range...-he chuckled a bit before turning to head back to the fridge, he pulled out a pepsi and opened it with one thumb while at the same time tossing the cap into the recycle bin- I wasn't expecting you.

-she stood up a little straighter, cleared uncomfortable and irritated- My mother was here? -There was an edge to her voice, he nodded slowly then took a sip of his drink-...is there something I can offer you M'lord? -he shrugged some as the smell of the pizza started to emanate from the oven- Pepsi? Slice of pizza? -she looked at him dead in the eye then shook her head and straightened up, her hands going behind her back- I'm alright, thank you.

B-Man nodded once more before stiffly walking towards the breakfast table, pulling out a chair he sat down- sorry but I need to sit down.-Beelzebub nodded slowly- Of course. -She followed him and sat down- So, what's been said by the angels and my mother-he shrugged before he sipped his drink again- I haven't heard anything to be honest, I think Sky was more worried about my wounds, Gabriel may be worried if I will be a threat...and your mother...maybe if i'm just a wild card that threw someones plans out of joint...

She rolled her eyes- Gabriel is worrying if you're a threat. -she snorted- he and his brothers have never been right in the head. They still consider me a threat to their precious shining Heaven.-B-man nodded slightly-..and then there is you M'lord...-there was a awkward silence, which was broken soon enough by the ovens timer going off, she nodded- Then there is me ... -she leaned back stretching out her wings- am I a threat to you?

I don't -he gasped as he forced himself onto his feet- Know really...-panting slightly he slipped on a oven mitt to take the pizza stone out onto the stove top- or am I a threat to you? Or maybe you've won, and we can all move on with our lives?-she got up and followed him-I don't think so.-she stood behind him and leaned over him, her left wing rose and spun around, she used it as an extra hand and opened a cupboard, and pulled out a plate. With her hands she held the stone and used a claw from the other hand to cut the pizza effortlessly. Her wing placed the plate next to the pizza which she transferred over with some form of telekinesis- ... am I a threat?

God she was imposing and yet he didn't feel the same sense of danger like when they had first met, yet his heart skipped a beat almost as he finally got a good look at her. A real good look, her eyes, her strong jaw yet now for him she had a much softer tone- she is really something....and she's just letting me stare at her -he snapped out of it, then answered her question with a chuckle- I uhh...think that has been answered..umm thank you.

-she made a sound of intrigue but said nothing else immediately.- You were told to rest. -she lightly chastised him- do you need anything else with this? -she said nodded down to his pizza, he shook his head slightly- I'll just need to put on some fresh bandages later before I go to bed -he nodded at the overclock, as it was only Five thirty- I don't want to ruin my sleep pattern -he smiled a bit then blinked-...oh god...y..-he blushed and stared at her wide eyed realising what he had thought- I uhhh I didn't mean what I err I overstepped my bound M'lord

-she turned her head and looked down at him from above with an amused expression- I wasn't going to say anything if it makes you feel any better-nodding he looked up at her then smiled slightly- I'll be alright, really I will be...thank you for coming at least. -she choose her words carefully-...Someone needs to be here to ensure your survival and safety, especially now after what has happened. So I ask again, do you need anything else with your meal?

No...-the answer for finite, but the follow up was something else- But the company would be very nice...-he gently took the offered plate and moved to the table- Are you sure I can't make you anything?-she had allowed him to move past her and she followed behind him- I am fine. -he nodded slightly as he slowly sat down, as he let his pizza cool he tried to make small talk- so umm...how are things in Hell?

... nothing has happened, which is actually what worries me, I've been informed many know of Oggstrosse's return, and I've been informed some Demon Lords aided him, when he proved to be a serious threat, in exchange for keeping their position and power. So, -she sighed- now I must worry about traitors, and possible attacks or assassins again! -he looked up at her worried- Oh...I wish I could help you there but..-his voice trailed off- A mortal in hell could cause more problems for you as it is right?

At this point, I don't think it'd make much difference. -she shrugged but he could tell she was stressed- As is the life of a Demon Lord -B-man raised a brow at her- You don't get out much do you? well.. I guess I should say... the job doesn't let you get out much. -She shook her head- You'd be right, it doesn't. -shaking his head he commented- Pardon the pun but...it sounds like hell to me. -he leaned forward to pick up his slice of pizza then began to eat, albeit a bit slowly his jaw and face were still sore-

-she groaned and placed her face into her hand- Oh please, seriously? Like I haven't heard that a thousand times.-He swallowed his food then spoke- Sorry. -he took another sip of his drink then leaned back- So What's next? more hunting ?-She laid her plans out on the table-While the monster is weak we need to find him. My brother has informed me he has dozens of angels if not hundreds searching around. And also other pantheons have learned of the Arch Demons resurrection, they're looking too, they don't know of you however.

the dirty little secret huh? -he shrugged slightly but as the conversation went on it dawned on him, it was like just talking to another person. All be it an all powerful demon, yet just a chat, she leaned back and rubbed her eyes- Life is difficult Mr Devlin .... for everybody these days.-leaning back in his chair he rubbed his chin- You need a vacation, that's what it sounds like to me, maybe when this is all over you can just go off somewhere and just kick up your feet for a few weeks, isn't there someone that could take over for you for a little while?

Not really, it's a full time job. However it's not all work and no play -she smirked- I just have to be vigilant. -He couldn't help but question-But why did you want to be the ruler of hell? you seem rather -he paused taking another bite of his pizza- Displeased with it at this point

I do because I must. -she replied sternly- the previous ruler was a monster for all the wrong reasons. In my stead my kingdom has flourished and grown all the more powerful.-he nodded slowly- I see what you mean...-nodding once more he leaned back in his chair trying to think of what else he could ask, or even say in this matter-Do....-he hesitated for a moment- ever get tired of it at all?..

She shrugged- Sometimes, but it is a job I feel I was born for. I'm strong, ruthless, fearless.-he chuckled slightly- yeah, that you are. -he leaned forward slightly placing his elbows on the table, resting his chin on his knuckles- Until we found this arch demon -his expression changed- and in a way I feel responsible for it.-she shook her head-How could you have been responsible? From what I've gathered the demon's plan has been in motion for some time.

He clearly was having trouble putting things into words- I just-he rang his hands together- I can't help but feel guilty over it, the deaths, and the destruction. The worst part of it is...-he looked down-...You guys drained a lot of your strength a few weeks ago, and you're all taking that much longer to heal up...-he looked up into her eyes- Am I going to have to be the last one standing? I've never known my family, all of my friends are gone and dead...and...-his lip quivered- I don't think I could stand to loose someone else, and despite our differences....even you...-tears brimmed along his lower eyelids-

-Beelzebub leaned back a little, with a raised brow, not entirely sure how to take what he said. Hesitantly she reached out and patted his shoulder- There there ... we'll manage, we have backup -He nodded softly- I hope so...-just then a voice popped into her head- M'Lord? -it was one of her generals- Are you available? we have a report from some of the scouts-she tilted her head, then was struck with a sudden idea then looked at B-Man- ... There is news, would you like to join me?

B-man blinked- Uhh...alright then -he slowly got up- Pizza needs to cool down some more anyway -he chuckled a bit, Meanwhile in Heaven, Sky was talking a mile a minute as he was describing the fight to Gabriels brothers, Raphael motioned - Slow down, fledgling, slow down. -he raised his hand- you're giving me a headache.-Sky blinked- oh, heh sorry, just didn't expect my best friend to beat the daylights out of a arch demon...it was really something though, The way he blended techniques...it was the damnedest thing.

Michelangelo nodded-: It's nothing we've not heard of before, as impressed as we are. -he smiled gently at Sky, Raphael looked to Michelangelo- But the how or why isn't important, Gabriel is right; we need to find the Arch Demon now. Thankfully we have back up-Sky nodded slowly then pondered-...umm..Lord Gabriel Sir? -Gabriel looked at Sky- No need for the Lord I'm not a Lord

Sky nodded- force of habit with Beelzebub, but I was curious about something. -he seemed hesitant to ask- How long do you think it would take me to surpass my friend? five? maybe ten years?-Gabriel pondered for a moment then spoke- That depends on what you do Sky, you're among the youngest of angels, you have talent I'll give you that, but you lack experience-Sky couldn't help but smile- I'm not Brandon...

Gabriel nodded crossing his arms- You can either sit around, do nothing but talk ...-Raphael piped up - As you have been doing - Gabriel gave his brother a sideways glare- ... or you can train like other fledglings.-Sky nodded turning his head to the grand gates-...I owe him that much...-Meanwhile in hell the meeting was just wrapping up, some new reports popped up on some of the rebellions that were luckily smaller than expected, possible targets for hide outs for the generals or the arch demon-

-Beelzebub ran her fingers through her hair with exasperation- Fantastic -she growled, Just then a maid spoke- M'lady? do you have a moment? -Beelzebub looked over to the maid- yes ... what is it?-The Maid walked over and whispered to her- Their child would like to see you...she has a gift. -Outside a family was waiting, by their looks they had come from the outlaying areas and had just moved to the main portion of Hell, B-man was outside int he courtyard taking in the sights of course when he saw the interaction. The small demonic child was holding what looked like to him some sort of exotic flowers-

-Beelzebub looked to the flower and raised a scaled brow before gently taking the flower from the child- ... my gratitude. -she simply said then held it aloft, the child smiled then ran back to her parents, the father bower- She is mute M'lord...but I have never known such a loving child..-the mother bowed as well and they were lead off back down to the town, B-man watched on his fists clenched tightly, he would be damned to loose someone else like her, he snapped out of his daze then walked down to meet Beelzebub- the adoring fan hmm?

-Beelzebub rolled her eyes- ... I don't know how they got past security. -she turned around and walked towards her training area the "shield" of anger going back up, he glanced back then sighed-....OMEGA!!! -with a rush of wind his cloud appeared out of no where- Catch ya later! -he jumped onto the waiting nimbus then he waved to her then shot off heading for home-

Next Day, at Dixie's Diner B-man slowly made his inside the cramped diner, it was packed more than usual which of course he could only chalk up to yesterday's battle. Along with all of the police and tape that was around the area, he glanced around the diner looking for a spot, Dixie was behind the counter and waved him over-

Making his way around the packed center tables he stepped up to the counter- Busy morning huh? -he leaned forward on the counter whispering- Most of them are cops and reporters huh? -she nodded- It makes me the most uncomfortable I've been in years. -she spoke telepathically- Gotta love the free press, -she shrugged as B-man nodded slightly- Yeah.. ummm.. -he looked at menu next to him- All day breakfast please, Bacon well done, scrambled eggs, and Rye toast please...-he watched her jot down the order then hand it to one of the chefs in the back, he blinked as she moved back up and got in close clearly she had read his mind because he was thinking of last night-

Stray thoughts again? To any telepath you're practically yelling it aloud -she replied then gave him a smirk. A cop, a canine anthro, came up to the desk and passed his cup over- Another one, please.-Dixie smiled at him- Be right with you Shall I bring it to your table? -The Officier nodded- Please. -Dixie nodded then walked into the back, the Officer watched her legs and posterior before walking off-

-he glanced over to the officer then nodded slightly before turning back to his orange juice that came, soon enough he was chowing down- at least it doesn't hurt to eat any more-one of the waitress' stepped out from the back and took a coffee to the officer-Don't worry kid, I wouldn't serve you if I thought your jaw was broken -he chuckled slightly then continued to eat, yet he couldn't help but think of things, the fight, Beelzebub being kind then suddenly putting up the tough exterior, but the panthress and the generals where would they hide?, he lifted up his coffee cup to his lips then was about to take a sip but paused- where it all started...

As Dixie turned around from the counter she could see the look on his face, she had seen it once before. Before he left to fight Xavier, he rose slowly, already placing the money and tip on the counter, she turned back and looked up, she narrowed her eyes slightly- You may have company soon -Oggstrosse voice replied in her head- Let him come.-B-man turned around and strode out of the diner, ran around the corner then with that his energy was gone, all Dixie could see was a blue streak rising into the sky heading north east-

High above the clouds B-man's thoughts raced- it has to be there, it makes perfect sense-his cloud arced in the air avoiding a flock of geese then he made a direct course straight of Xaviers mansion, back in Hell Beelzebub was still waiting a few more reports from the proposed locations where the generals or Oggstrosse would have been hiding, most had been dead ends- What are we missing? ... is he hiding in a random fucking cave?-One of her maids asked- M'Lady did you wish anything? -Beelzebub growled-A fucking clue is what I wish for!

The Maid blinked then backed off, as did most of her staff of course, A few more of the scouts reported, yet still there was nothing. There were a few other places left on the map to check, at least on the mortal realm, but they were mostly to do in desserts, she groaned- There's not enough time, send the scouts in we need confirmation NOW!

Her Generals and staff shouted- YES M'LORD! -the demons scrambled, but as one of the doors opened, Gabriel and his brothers along with Sky entered, the demon muttered in demonic- {being so buddy buddy with angels makes me sick at times} -Sky suddenly hissed- same to you Pal....-he blinked then looked around the room- B isn't here?-Beelzebub growled slightly as she spoke while rubbing one of her temples- We went to his usual eatery. I've not seen him since.

Sky blinked- he did? he told me he was staying put....-he blinked then blurted out- I thought you two were out on a date, I mean!... sorry! force of habit....to make wisecracks...-Beelzebub narrowed her eyes at him- ... Gabriel, control your fool or I shall request his head to continue the ceasefire, understood?-Gabriel frowned and glanced to Sky ... think first Sky, then speak.-Sky rubbed his chin slightly- I'll umm..I'll be back later....-he turned back, a look of genuine worry on his face- god B, don't be doing something stupid

Sky stepped out onto the balcony of the mansion about ready to take off, but he paused when he noticed Devidra sitting in a chair sipping tea- Sky: Oh, Hello lady Devidra-she looked to him- Ah Sky, hello. Going looking for your friend?-Sky nodded slowly- yeah...I'm worried about him. -he glanced back then moved in slowly to whisper- I know your daughter can be aggressive but...what I saw in there was almost like a tantrum, she seems like a different person when B is around so...I figured maybe if I bought him down she's calm down a bit..

Trying to play matchmaker then? -she took a sip of her tea, he shook his head- that's not what I men't...plus it's a way to keep him out of danger I think. ah never mind.. -he turned and got ready to take flight- enjoy your tea M'lady -she chuckled- Have fun Sky, do be careful out there, something dark I feel is brewing.-He glanced back then looked up as he took flight, meanwhile back in the mansion there was a brainstorm going on. The last scout had reported nothing of interest-

-At least a kilometer out from the Xaviers mansion B-man stopped his cloud, he had kept his energy level down as low as possible in the meantime.- okay, let's see if I'm right or not... -closing his eyes he focused his mind, he was about to give up when he felt something, it was very faint- that panthress? no there are a few down there -he opened his eyes instantly, the mansion seemed like a graveyard, something out of a horror movie, it appeared abandoned, desolate and unkempt. It was almost, haunting-

Slowly Omega landed in the near by bushes, as B-man stepped off he almost jumped out of his skin as Sky spoke- B? what the hell are you doing? -Spinning around with a scream frozen in his throat he managed to stop himself- How did? -Sky shrugged- Dixie...who else?...-B-man glanced back to the mansion- I can't change your mind huh? -B-man slowly shook his head- No...not really Sky...-he looked back t his friend- you'd better get help...-Sky sighed as he knew he couldn't get anywhere at this point- Just don't do anything stupid okay? I know I'm not strong enough to stop you as it is...

-B-man nodded then turned back to the mansion-I'll hold them off as long as I can, don't teleport though I'm sure they'd pick it up -Sky nodded then moved back into the shadows as B-man ran off, slowly Sky shifted into the Panthress then Malfross's voice was head in her mind- Well done my pet, you played the part well. But stay back, you're our trump card. Khalzirak and I will handle the mortal.

Back at Dixie's diner Sky stepped inside as Dixie and her waitresses were just cleaning up after the lunch rush- Sky: Hey Dix!-she looked behind her- Hey Kid, sorry was just closing up.-Sky chuckled- It's all good, wouldn't happen to know where my friend ran off do you?-Dixie paused ... should she say? Her two sides warred with one another, She looked to the girls then to Sky- He was here earlier. He didn't finish his meal before he uh ... took off

Sky blinked a few times then reached up with his right hand to scratch his ear- Darn...hmm not like B to run off without eating...-he turned back towards the door- Thanks anyway Dixie, did you see which way he went? -she pointed in the true direction-Uh sure. That way.-he nodded- Thanks Dixie -he made his way to the door and stepped out, looking left and right he made his way down the street to take cover before relieving his wings to take flight-

M'lord, is this wise? -Oggstrosse replied in calm- Of course, everything it fitting right into place, keep up the good work Freya.-Back at the mansion B-man slowly stepped inside, despite being run down in such a short time. Xaivers mansion still looked the same to him, even the break away floor to which he fell down into. -

You think you'll prevail? -a voice spoke out to him-You will fail.-B-man froze then turned in the direction of the voice- You didn't expect me to beat him did you?...-the voice was everywhere at times it seemed to even come from his very soul-You always fail those you care for the most-Making his way towards the opening in the floor he stared down into it, pitch black like Oggstrosses blood- it's going to end, one way or another

You couldn't save them, like you couldn't save "her" -The visage of his beloved wolfess Silver flashed before his very eyes-Like her you will die alone and afraid.-he stepped forward over the opening, then made his way to Xaviers room where it housed the elevator to the caverns below- Still can't use your physic powers can you Malfoss? did I cripple you and Khalziric that badly?

-a series of books launched themselves at B-man as if to answer his question, B-man jerked back and forth as he walked, dodging the book as they flew- Or is that panther of yours doing your bidding? -he bolted for the elevator shaft then kicked the half open doors in- SHIPUUKAYK! -as the doors caved in and fell, so did he, further and further to his fate-That's right Devlin -so the demons knew his name- come closer, down deeper into the depths, we are waiting.

Landing from the long fall B-man slowly stepped out into cavern, following the direction that his senses as a guide. Finally he could see some light, taking another few steps he found himself on a ledge. Below he could see just how large the cavern was, the very same where he first fought Xaivers body guards, then knocked his own brother out when Silver's life force was extinguished, wires seemed to be coming from the walls, pulled from the powers lines and going down deeper in the crevice.-

His eyes narrowed they adjusted to the light- What the hell?...Oggstrosse?..no...-he could see grotesque looking beings below coming out of what looked like some sort of black bog or pit- ... was she created?-further in the distance, were flashes of blue, and white followed by a deep seated grunt-

B-man glanced from left to right remembering a walkway near by, he found it then charged down the slope as fast as he could, when he came up, wasn't what he expected. Khalzirak was strapped to metal berth with wires from the mansion feeding into it. Electricity surged across it and through Khalzirak, B-man came to a stop several feet away, his mind focusing on the surroundings- Your own little Oggstrosse army huh?..

-it then came to him- you stole some of his energy, and are manipulating it for yourselves and to make those.. "things"..-Malfros spoke this time with his mouth-You took your time getting here. -he pulled out a watch, Xavier's watch, and looked at it with disinterest- I'd imagined you'd be here sooner. -B-man glanced over to Malfoss- Sorry but I can't please everybody...how's the head doing?-he glanced back to Kahl then the beings off to one side-...the rejects?...

-Malfoss chuckled- Much better ... -he floated to the side as he spoke- a little meditative healing and I'm just about as good as new. We have to admit human. -he paused and looked at B-man with a toothy grin- You've been a rather entertaining thorn in the side, an excellent subject to practise with.-B-man moved back slowly trying to keep the entire group in view- You two were really surprised I won, a mortal beating the Arch Demon...

You keep saying that as if it means anything. -Malfross retorted as if finding B-man funny- Even a court jester can best a knight when said knight is tired and weakened from war. Besides ... more to the point mortal. Whether you won or not is irrelevant. You played your part perfectly like a good little pawn.-with narrowed eyes energy began to rise off the mortal body, slowly at first before mixing like before. Far away Sky stopped in mid step- B? -As well in hell Beelzebub felt it first before anyone else-

something is happening ... -She narrowed her eyes- Follow the beacon when you can. -she burst into hell flamesSky turned in the direction of the energy and took off running, his wings sprouted from his back as he took flight. In the cave the energy rising off B-mans body was starting to aggravate the creatures behind Malfoss then looked back then around Khalzirak then to B-Man- Come on then! -he yelled- Show us all what you've got!

Shadows hid B-mans eyes as he seemed to brace his body as the energy grew that much more, it formed a sphere of sorts around the mortal before he thrust his arms outward causing the bright lines of energy shot out as well. The lesser of the creatures began to howl in agony as their bodies started to bubble and boil, while others had their eyes burst into flames- Fascinating -Malfross looked back to the imperfect creatures-

Arcs of energy began to rise off B-man that much more, before lashing out at the walls, cables, and floors of the cavern. Still his energy was on the rise while he took a fighting stance- It's going to end for us...one way or another.. -Malfross smirked- We're counting on it. -Malfross began to float higher into the air while B-man brought his right arm back he yelled- POWER! -then drove his right fist down into the cavern floor- GEYSAH!

-Malfross thrust an open hand down to the ground, the power geyser backlogged and exploded deeper into the ground, B-man blinked noticing the energy used-...You adapted the negative energy for yourselves?-he shook his head- Oh no, this chamber is saturated in Negative energy, can you not feel it? from the small ounce I took from Oggstrosse, I was able to make clones then break them down into the core element, that strange unique power ... but it is so much more than I had thought. -he began to fly higher- its feeding into the walls themselves, into the very shadows. And in turn, it reaches out to what is familiar ... demons.

-B-man frowned- very well...so I'll need to do it the old fashioned way -B-man pushed off going into a run then kicked off going to the left, then the right before vanishing from view. Only to reappear in front of Khal- Burn Knuckle!-Khalzirak took the hit, but still has his eyes closed, Malfross chuckled then reached out with his hand, grabbing B-Man telekinetically and threw him across the room-

B-man arced helplessly through the air, but not before thrusting arm out with a force blow, Malfross could see the attack and blocked it with his telekinesis. B-man hit the smooth ground and slid to a stop, he at up quickly then got to his feet- heh...why can't you two just come quietly...-B-man grimaced as he dove for cover, his mind raced trying to figure out how he could take them out. this place is just saturated with demonic energy- how the hell can I....... -it struck him like a lighting bolt, of course he could do "That" but it would wipe him out as well-

-Malfross increased the pressure, the rock and granite being pushed deeper and deeper. B-man winced as he tried to focus his mind, his body and the energy around him. Suddenly a small sphere of energy rose up in front of Malfoss, then another, and another. The cavern was started to fill and overflow almost with the energy, Malfoss could feel as if his own soul was starting to be torn or drained away from his body- what's it going to be Malfoss? one move and I could kill all of us

.... Very clever and very desperate ... -he could feel something else as well, he looked around at the walls, the balls of energy were pulling in the corruptive Negative energy, more and more the darkness was pulled into the orbs ...- Tell me your end game mortal -B-man was about to say something else went he felt "her"- No..NOT NOW! -he jerked his head to the side as he saw the roar of Hell flames, as Beelzebub emerged his eyes widened- No -he stepped out from his hiding spot- MOVE! GET AWAY!!!

Beelzebub turned to look at B-man- What? -then she sensed the corruptive energy around her- what is this?-Suddenly a powerful force took hold of her and pulled her up towards the orbs of Denjin- Go ahead mortal, set off your bombs. -he grinned cruelly, Beelzebub snarled at Malfross- You greatly underestimate who I am.

-Malfross replied with equal intent- As do you, m'lady. -the two powerful telepaths began to wage a war of the mind-

B-man pushed off with all his might towards Malfoss, leaping into the air as the energy he had created began to dissipate, Something big and heavy struck B-Man in the gut and sent them hurtling through the roof and onto one of the upper floors. Khalzirak, now conscious, grabbed B-man and threw him down an abandoned corridor, B-man spun in mid air before righting himself, but it took him a bit longer to recover on the smooth stone floor-

Khalzirak glared at the mortal before him- You had the upper hand before -he raised his hand and clenched it tightly- ... but not this time. -the 11 foot demon growled as lightning surged around his body, B-man glared at the lighting demon before him- You won't know till I try...-the normal aura that engulfed his body changed once more to that of when he fought Oggstrosse, meanwhile outside Sky who was flying at top speed heard a sonic boom over head as the three brothers rocketed down to fly by his side-

-the house, no the entire area began to rumble violently. The part of the mansion began to crack and chip, a powerful wind seemed to come from the inside of it. Suddenly the roof exploded outwards as a vicious tornado formed and grew higher and higher, within it's depths bolts and a surges of lightning could be seen, deeper within its core was B-Man- I AM KHALZIRAK; LORD OF STORMS! YOU ARE NOTHING! -Khalzirak's voice echoed across the skies-

B-man dug in as his feet sank into the stone, then pebbles, stones, then much larger rocks started to rise up around him, higher and higher before starting to revolve around his body almost like a shield, Lightning surged around it then began to gather at the head of the twister, growing larger and larger till a giant upper body of Khalzirak formed, the electrical apparition reared back a roared a sound of thunder and sparking electricity, before sending down its entirety down through the middle of the twister and directly down shattering some of the rocks upon impact and striking B-Man-

-The impact of the strike was immense, yet the outcome wasn't those had expected. Raw electrical energy danced around the mortals body, controlling it, harnessing it, as he roared out with his own attack- TATSUMONKI-HAOU!-Gaia energy howled through the chamber along with the as his own twister like attack shot upwards and out clashing with Kahlzirack's own- SEMPUKAYK!!

There a rumbling roar through out the land, that of anger and thunder. The twister exploded outwards and Khalzirak landed feet first on the ground and slid back several feet. Large chucks of rock and debris showered the area, a blast of pure force launched another boulder of the giant demon, that which was blown to bits as B-man came out of it right fist a blaze. Even as Khalzirak blocked the attack the impact itself was something he had not expected, it could feel it down to his demonic bones.

The two slid backwards from the forces applied, yet something didn't seem right about the mortal before him only too late for the demon to realize. From behind B-man had wrapped his arms around the larger foe, then flipped back driving the demon head first into the stone, Khal grunted then sent a bolt of lightning from his back into B-man's body send the mortal careening back from shock. Khalzirak jumped to his feet and fired two arching blasts of lightning from his hands striking B-Man. They surged through the mortal, his muscles forcibly clenching, cramping and spasming-

B-man gasped in Agony before falling to his hands and knees, he could feel the strain on his body that much more, tripling his strength and speed wasn't going to be enough. Looking up at the large demon he focused all his attention to the being who dared try and stop him from saving Beelzebub, rising to his feet he glared at the lighting demon before him- Come on Khal! -Khalzirak stepped closer increasing the output of his attack, a look of pure malice and hate upon the demon's face, hundreds upon thousands of volts turned into millions.

If not for B-man's fighting aura, he'd have been burnt to a crisp. But his clothes however were beginning to singe, his shirt beginning to spark, Trusting his arms outward the brunt of the attack stopped, changed in energy type then increased in strength. Malfoss, and Beelzebub could feel the mortals energy boost once more, ten times, twenty times, then thirty. With what could only be described as rage B-man thrust his arms upwards into the air launching Khal's own attack into Malfoss-

-Malfross released his grip on the ruler of Hell, by throwing her up into the oncoming attack, acting immediately Beelzebub erected a telekinetic and hellfire shield, the blast hit her shield rocketing her into the ground but left her otherwise unharmed. Khalzirak roared in fury, lightning crossing around his body violently, he suddenly lowered his stance, squatting a little and curling his arms around himself before launching himself directly upwards and into the clouds.

Nothing happened at first, then the clouds started to turn grey, then black, thunder roared all across the sky, rain began to pour down immediately then a single bolt of lightning struck a tree, then another, then another, a bolt struck the house causing parts of it to explode into rubble then it began to rain down from the sky violently. An enormous bolt of lightning struck down from the clouds towards B-man, the mortal barely having enough time to evade it, the decimated house lit up brightly from the flash. There Khalzirak stood once more, his eyes glowing a bright haunting blue as lightning endless surged across his whole body-

B-man's pupils came a glow as well, energy rose off his body once more as much as Khal's surging lighting. There was something different though, Beelzebub who had seen the battle knew the difference straight away. The Mortals body seemed to be phasing in and out some how like when he fought Oggstrosse, he started to walk towards the lighting demon intent on finishing this madness off -

-Khalzirak huffed, smoke billowing from his nostrils and stomped forward, lightning dancing across the floor and the walls with every footstep. Downstairs the battle was no less intense. Though neither demon were fully recovered from their ideals, Malfross and Beelzebub now understood why the other was feared and/or respected. With every blast of hellfire, with every push of telekinesis the other would counter. All the while those Denjin energy continued to absorb all the ambient demonic energy, the corruptive energy merged into the floor, the walls, the very rock itself was writhing and flowing, but didn't try and stop what was happening-

B-man pushed off as did Khalzirak their energies collided causing arcs of energy, but their hands locked together as the two struggled- God he's tough! -without warning B-man felt himself be swung around and slammed back first into a face of rock which shattered like glass, but his grip never wavered as he aura blasted the rocks off his body. Before the larger demon could act B-man turned his arms causing the demons joints to lock, then he thrust the large being into another rock face making it shatter as well. The two got up still unwilling to let go, yet B-man's muscles spasmed

The larger demon smirked then threw B-man down a hallway to crash into a wall that gave way as well, with a roar of fury Khalzirak leapt into the air to launch one of his largest lighting attacks ever, through the fallen rocks moonlight cascaded down onto B-man who seemed to be stuck in the rock. Though as Khal was just about ready to fire off his attack B-man thrust both his hands out- TENSHOU-HONRETZU! -a ungodly beam of pure holy energy shot out and slammed into the lighting demons upper body, blowing off and vaporizing what was left of his upper uniform and made it launch his large body high into the air, then crash through the remains of the mansion and pass Malfoss.

Khalzirak's large frame hitting the floor of the cave so violent, coupled with the sheer power of the blast that had caused it, made Malfross look focus for just a moment, but that was all that was needed. The Infernal Dragon hammered Malfross on the back of his head, then cupped her hands to her side. Concentrated hellfire and energy swirled and danced together between her clawed hands. Then with a deep and terrible roar she unleashed the attack upon the falling Malfross, the attack tore at his body licking his robes with the hottest of flames and sent the Mind Demon into the ground. The attack exploded upon impact causing a much larger crater.-

-Beelzebub floated down to the cave floor but didn't lower her guard. Down she stared into the newly made crater looking for any sign of the two demons, from the upper level she heard rocks and stones rolling down, B-man winced as he gripped what hand holds he could as he lowered himself down- Beelzebub said aloud without turning her gaze- I do not think it's over-sliding down the incline B-man landed at the lower level- You shouldn't be down here - turning his attention to Beelzebub with genuine worry-

Nor should you, alone ... this is a habit of yours it seems.-She replied turning her head in the direction of the general, he glanced around as the usual Denjin energy he had created had gone, but the corrupt version was still floating around and growing stronger- You don't get it! -he grabbed her left arm tightly- You need to go or it will just get worse down here!-she turned her head to him- And you ... -she didn't have time to finish and a blast of lightning sent her careening into the far wall-

Beelzebub! -he jerked back just in time as his aura burst into life around his body, Something unseen took a firm grip around him and held him in place. Khalzirak pulled himself from the crater as Malfross floated up to them-Very impressive ... but not nearly enough. -Malfross closed his hand, the telekinetic force beginning to crush B-Man. As Khalzirak shot off towards Beelzebub who retaliated by bursting through the rock and collided head on with the Thunder Demon-

First it was a scream of agony that came from his mouth, which soon switched to pure rage as his aura shifted to crimson, then combined with the tengoku-ken style. Higher and higher it rose before a blast of pure force shot off his body and threw anything that wasn't part of the cavern, the tornado engulfed his body next completely engulfing his surroundings. Beelzebub pushed Khalzirak into the violent twister only to be pulled in herself. From within the tornado, hellfire and lightning seemed to merge as they clashed and battled against the other-

In that instant the tornado dropped, yet the hell fire and lighting that escaped was aimed solely at Malfoss. Sharp shards of stone shot up from under the demon from the crushed rocks before a spout of even more of the hell fire and lighting shot up from under, somehow the damned mortal had redirected the attacks under him through the rock floor and up under the general. Malfross grimaced, the energy arcing around the telekinetic shield around him, otherwise was trapped, if he let down his shield he'd be in trouble.-

A scream filled the cavern once more as Khalzirak was ejected into the shield, but the scream wasn't from Khal it was from the mortal whose energy was still rising higher and higher. Though the dissipating torrent of energy, hell fire, and lighting, B-man had his arms cupped to his side- DENJIN! -there was no let up now as he forced his arms outward as the ball of energy formed, A heart beat passed for all of them as B-man fired the energy ball but due to the strain he was still under the aim was off as it exploded just before reaching the two generals -

-the resulting explosion caused the demons to be blown back violently slamming hard into the cave wall, breaking it further. Above them there was a deep and old groan, the support for the house was weakening from the battle. B-man hit the floor barely able to stand, frantically he looked around for Beelzebub- Beelzebub?! -he turned around finding her nearby in a pile of debris and other rubble, pivoting hard on his heel and pushing past his bodies protest he scooped her up into his arms and made a run for it-

Outside of the crumbling mansion Sky and the brother landed, looking around as the building before them seemed to be on it's last leg- Can you sense him?-Gabriel was the first to reply-: ... no, but I sense a powerful evil. -he turned to his brother- Michael, you go in first, find them, call out if you need back up.-Michael nodded and took off in to the house- DON'T EVEN GET CLOSE!! -SKy blinked as he heard his friends voice in their minds-

Gabriel replied telepathically- Brandon, where are you?--B-man replied in haste-This whole place could blow with all this energy around! -From a different end of the mansion B-man struggled along as he helped Beelzebub stand- All of you get as far away as you can!-Gabriel blinked feeling it- Everyone get back! -the helmets formed over the Arch Angels' heads as they jump back from the mansion. B-man looked at Beelzebub then back to Sky- you'd better go, both of you -looked back at the ruler of hell-..remember you said you owe me a bond or whatever it was called?

-Beelzebub grimaced but nodded- Yes... -there was pain in his eyes as he spoke while he slowly moved away from her then pointed- well...Don't follow me.. Don't you dare follow me! -he spun back and went into a run, but before Beelzebub could disobey the barrier like before went up in front of her, Beelzebub roared-Who the FUCK keeps doing that?! -B-man looked back eyes widen at the sudden barrier, sadly he smiled and waved once more to her before turning around to head into the cavern once more-

-Down in the cave Khalzirak shook his head to regain his bearings then got up- Khal: This plan of your is a failure! -he growled down to Malfross-The mortal knows tricks, but it is of no consequence.-at the far end of the cavern B-man emerged, then blinked in surprised as it saw the corrupted energy rise higher then dissolve into nothing- What the hell? how's that...-a dread came over him, was it Oggstrosse again?-

The shadows started to shift and distort as a figure rose from its depths. A familiar face, an annoyed expression, the figure. It was the panthress, she snarled as she stepped out of the blackness- So I wasn't imaging things...-B-man winced internally but he had to try something as he glanced back at the dead monstrosities- You know they are just using you?-She said nothing but started making her way towards B-man at a slow calmed pace, taking her time as she eyed him up.-

B-man sighed bracing himself for what might come his way, he had not been ready the last time- It was you holding up that barrier the day before right?-still acting mute she simply continued, her fingers clenched tightly causing her knuckles to crack, Slowly B-Man shook his head- Don't do this...please -He blinked once, twice then jerked back as several impacts racked his body, something whirled him around then blasted him in the back causing his jacket to melt away, along with blowing a whole in his shirt and burning off the bandages from this morning. His body struck the rock face kicking up a dust cloud causing him to vanish from view-

-The Panthress simply rolled her shoulders and continued onwards once more, her eyes starting to glow red, a gentle gust of wind filled the cavern blowing the dust upwards then away, she could see the mortals feet then his legs then finally his whole body. He was hopping from toe tip to toe tip, yet something seemed off about it all. His movements were strange, as if they had no pattern to them-

-She tilted her head. Unamused she raised her foot then slammed into the ground, the ground splitting that led towards B-Man before a mighty geyser of hellfire erupted from the fissure, there was an audible roar of fire from the fissure for a few seconds before it winked out, as the flames cleared the being before him could see he had driven down his own foot just before the crack in the ground stopping it. Pushing off he one smooth motion he drove in his right hand, the back of his fist just grazing her chin for a split second before he backed off- I'm telling you! you're being used by these guys!

-She went on an immediate offensive, her claws outstretched slashing at his chest, drawing blood, then another across his stomach, slash, slash, slash. her claws alone ignited with hellfire as she continued to strike him. Taking several steps back he dug in as she came at him one more- fine have it your way! -putting up both his arms he stopped her next set of slashes cold, his wrists were at her inner forearms, with one swift action he threw her arms open- ITCH GENKI! -the panthress could feel the jolt of energy before her as the mortal took one hard step forward driving his right glowing fist straight for her chest- SATS!! -It was almost overwhelming, she had seen this through Oggstrosse's own eyes before his defeat-

-The Panthress roared out in agony before clapping her hands on either side of B-man's head. B-man didn't know what to expect, he was still gathering himself from the attack, was she going to finish it off right here and now ? was this going to be all over jut as it started, he didn't have time to think , only act, his body screamed at him as he braced himself to multiple his Kayo-Ken attack without a build up-

-The Panthress roared as the sudden energy build up pushed her back several feet, His mind whirled around him for a moment as he tried to come back to his senses- at least Beelzebub is safe-The Panthress fired off a powerful blast of negative energy at B-man pushing him back into the far wall- HMPH! -arms blocked he slid backwards on the stone surface, once more he came out of the kayo-ken. This time he could really feel the start of the muscle spasms while almost falling to his knees again- I've got to try and end this quickly, otherwise those generals are just... -his mind wavered for a moment before he started to rise back to his feet-

-The panthress stepped closer, firing repeated one handed blasts at B-Man, his head jerked upwards as his pupils came a glow, the first series of explosions tore chunks out of the ground, the next set vaporized the rising rocks and pebbles, the mortals energy vanished for those few seconds before coming back that much stronger but from behind, The Panthress tilted her head and swung back bring the back of her hand towards B-man, only for her arm pass through air, then behind her again, and again and again, she could feel and see him yet couldn't pin point any of it. She had seen this before as well, the fight but it was far more controlled. the sensations, the feelings, everything flooded her mind at once, body and soul, until she finally saw him straight ahead, there was such sadness in his eyes

The panthress opened her jaws and unleashed a torrent of flames as B-man finally appeared in full view- OVERKILL! GEYSAH! -driving his right fist into the stone the first wall of energy shot up deflecting her flames upwards into the air, the second and third eruptions shattered the ground in front then around her, the final blast engulfed her completely sending her body into the air and through some of the mansion remains-

-the Panthress landed roughly on what was once the kitchen floor. Getting back to her feet slowly, she shook her head, her teeth clenching and lips pulled back in to a vicious snarl, before diving back down through the hole, her fist engulfed in hellfire and corruption as she aimed herself straight for B-man- She wasn't ready -Malfoss snarled to Khalzirak- I told you so, but you rushed it. -he snarled back- Perhaps retreating back to Oggstrosse would be the wise decision right now.-Malfross muttered as he watched the fight-You may be right for a change...

B-man back flipped at the last second as the Panthress's fist hit the ground first, in one swift motion B-man spun around hard driving his right index and middle finger into the side of her neck, Her nerves screamed at her for a brief moment before all consciousness was lost, B-man jerked quickly and caught her in his arms. Khalzirak muttered to Malfoss- We use the remaining clones to retrieve her then we retreat. -Malfross replied-Very well

Panting B-man looked up at the barrier but blinked, it wasn't dissipating as he had thought- huh? -Malfross turned to the remaining clones, taking control of their simple minds and directed them towards B-Man-You guys...just -he grimaced getting up- don't know when to give up! -directing what energy he thought would be enough he lashed out with a more basic attack- CHOU! HAOU! SHOU-KOUKEN!! -with a roar of agony from the creatures the Energy ball vaporized some then exploded from the strange mix of energies the creatures had, but through the attack B-man watched wide eyed as the force threw several of the creatures into Malfoss and Khalzirak caused them them tumble towards the pit along with more of the dead or wounded creatures-

-Malfross was the first to move, pulling himself up, before being forcibly stopped. Khalzirak tried moving from his place, buried in the blackness but found himself unable to move.-What?! -he growled before pulling tighter, suddenly an arm reached out from the blackness, grabbing hold of his face and pulled him under. The darkness covered the two demons and then their cries of terror and agony resonated through the very shadows themselves-

B-man didn't think he just spun around and made a grab for the Panthress' form, he could see her form sliding towards the pit as well, as if it wanted to reclaim her, scooping her up he bolted down the corridor at top speed unsure of what was going to happen next- What the hell is going on now?! -outside by the entrance to the caverns B-man gently placed her down, the cries continued to each from the darkness, before all of a sudden there was silence. The noise simply cut off. Nothing happened the few seconds afterwards.-

B-man's hair stood on end as he felt some strange mix of power coming from back inside the caverns, he moved back over to the opening of the cavern, then looked back as he saw Devidra kneeling by the Panthress, he couldn't help himself- She didn't ask for any of this...-Devidra just shrugged, uncaring.- Some of us are born in to war some of us are bred for it. She's a weapon, nothing more.

He glanced back to the Barrier behind them, his heart panged with guilt as he asked- What of Beelzebub? is that all she is? bred for war?-she chuckled- You may have to ask her.-looking back to the cavern he didn't take his eyes off the darkness-heh..asking you anything is pretty much useless..-Devidra shrugged -Pretty much. -she replied, then there was a deep guttural ... gurgling like noise. Like the sound of someone choking. His eyes darted to the Panthress, then back to the cavern-

• Something came storming out of the cavern and body slammed right into B-Man-GWAH! -his mind raced as he hit the ground, he shouted to Devidra out of frustration- GET HER OUT OF HERE! -Devidra replied with the same type of calm- Can't interfere, sorry. This isn't my fight. -B-mans voice was heard in her head- Damn you! -Devidra could feel the sudden Daggers of anger while his Battle aura erupted into life as he bolted over to the fallen woman just avoiding the whatever it is was that attacked him, further away Beelzebub and others around her could hear his thoughts -

Why are you guys just standing there?! -she roared at the angels- find whose making this fricken thing!-Gabriel glared at Beelzebub- Why don't you, demon? -Raphael replied as well - We don't take orders from you.-Sky meanwhile was just staring at an area beyond the barrier, his ears were flattened on his head. In a brief blur B-man deposited the panthress behind part of the main gate then spun around as the "thing" appeared on the long bridge leading to the remains of the mansion- B! -B-man didn't respond, he seemed to be bracing himself for something, once more his energy increased as he raced back towards a figure that was stomping towards the mortal- COME BACK!

The creature a horrid spider-like amalgamation of the two demons and their degenerated clones, turned around on its malformed limbs, two faces on one twisted head stared at B-man before opening its mouth and unleashed a blast of lightning encircled by corruption, Sky shouted a gasp - what the hell is that?! -B-man yelled- Kayo-Ken times ten! -his aura kicked in just in time as he front flipped over the energy, landed behind the creature then bolted back into the cavern- So It's after me,-He shouted at the thing- come on follow me!

The creature gurgled, it choked and retched like it was going to vomit before chasing after him, Sky looked over to the fallen form of the panthress, then back to the creature- Sky: man that thing gave me chills, and it feels like it's getting stronger. Gabriel blinked - Its Malfross and Khalzirak I can feel it... something has happened to them. Sky grimaced- Yeah but there is something else mixed in too -back in the cavern B-man raced back to where the pit was, he glanced inside and saw it had been completely drained- Oh god...-the creature landed behind him and unleashed a blast of telekinesis all round itself-

B-man cried out being thrown backwards into some stone which knocked all the air out of him, but before he hit the ground it gave way sending him deeper into the caves, the creature jumped after him first a blast of lightning once more from its mouth. B-man hit the ground first then leapt out of the way to take over, but a stray shot hit him in the back once more, he tumbled in mid air out of control before hitting another wall, rolled down the incline and hit front first, slowly he sank deeper into despair, the day before had actually been fun, going out with someone he didn't have to worry about, his mind wandered- wonder if i'll ever see her again...

Weak .... never .... Die weak ..... mortal! -the thoughts were sporadic, reacting to his own. the creatures many eyes stared into him, into his very soul, B-man grimaced as he tried to get up to fell once more- Belle, I'm sorry but I just can't go on any more -tears blurred his vision for a moment before he closed his eyes tightly, he lay there waiting for the end then something snapped- no... -he opened his eyes- no...-with clenched teeth he yelled at himself- GET UP YOU FUCKING LOOSER! -the creatures retched once more and charged at him wildly-

B-man's eyes darted to the creature as he reared on it, their bodies collided as his crimson aura burst into life around him. Outside Lord Beelzebub felt it first, the skyrocketing energy, then the others, thirty, forty, and still higher and higher with each passing second-YOU! STAY! AWAY! FROM HER!!! -With a sudden jerk he forced the creatures arms apart, as it's left limb came down to crush him he thrust his right into its hand, from mid bicep down the limb erupted spraying bits of flesh, muscle, and bone through the cave before it was given a full rising uppercut to it's "jaw" making it's body shoot upwards and blow through the floor-

-the creature hit the floor on the higher level before flipping itself over, the creature going berserk before jumping back down the hole. Its whole body arcing with lightning as stray bolts fired in all directions, Internally B-man he grimaced as he saw the limb start to regrow, hitting his maximum with the kayo-Ken he pushed on as energy bolts shot along his body, most missed but some grazed him, yelling with a mixture of anger and agony he attacked with the same combination he used on Oggstrosse- CHOU! KYOKUGENRYU OUGI!!

-as he got closer to the Amalgamate, he could feel an intense pressure in front of his body, inside his mind. The creature was rapidly building up psychic energy and without any obvious control the power would simply detonate, when however couldn't be known.-ZANRETSU-KEN! -the first impacts began, the rapid punches followed with the uppercut- GENEI-KAYK! -Multiple kicks with the round house, finished off with surgical strikes to the creature's body, the force was sent through its body damaging what was ever behind it, The double rising uppercut sent it's form hurtling out of control through stone floors and into the air, B-man gasped as he landed from the second rising uppercut, his body was wrecked yet. Meanwhile he could see the "thing" floating in the air by the top of the barrier dome- DEN-JIN!! -his nerves screamed at him as he cupped his hands at his side, along with the Kayo-Ken aura-

AS Soon as he was ready to fire he spun on his heel, then lost it as his muscles convulsed so badly he staggered to the left, it was as if he was going to vomit but worst. Those brief seconds of boosting his power that much in his current state were finally reeking havoc on his body, barely able to turn his head he could sense the creature coming back down to land- Damnit, I'm running out of time -the creature hit the ground harshly as it didn't try and stop its descent. The creature ended up on its back and flailed left to right, screaming maniacally as it tried to right itself.-

Outside Sky's fists were clenched tightly as he felt the energies inside--Gabriel grimaced- Beelzebub is right we need to find the source of the barrier.-Beelzebub roared- THANK YOU! -Gabriel had known for the first time she was right, but something about himself had suddenly felt off ... he didn't know what and couldn't figure a reason why- Michael, Raphael you two go search for the one creating it, Sky keep a lookout, Beelzebub, with me. We'll try breaking this infernal thing.

Without any warning those around saw flashes of images in their minds, then thoughts of others. Sky gasped as he held his head- w... What the hell is? -he grimaced not used to it, while Beelzebub could see through the eyes of the creature for a moment, it was righting itself and was running at B-man in a rage. She saw it lash out with a right punch Which B-man tried to counter, both missed but with the power going through the air both were thrown back, she could see blood and energy burst out from a portion of B-mans neck and upper shoulder, then it went blank again-

-Beelzebub snarled- Damn it! -she looked at Gabriel- Alright "Pretty Boy" let's get to work. -The ground shuddered as lighting started to strike outside of the dome, along with more caused by the telekinetic forces that were going out of control. The two powerful entities jumped back, and gathered their elements into their hands before unleashing it upon the barrier. It wavered briefly, the impact seemed to cave a little, but it remained intact, Inside the creature barrelled into B-Man madly and carried him across the battlefield and barged him straight into the far wall-

GWAH! -the two broke into another chamber of the cave system, B-man tried to get free by driving his elbows into the things faces. The creature recoiled momentarily before blasting B-Man with another electrical bolt, B-man blocked but flew trough the air and landed in a pile of rocks and rubble, slowly painfully he rolled onto his stomach a gasp-

just...a bit longer...just a bit longer to build up the stamina-the creature stampeded towards him, nearly tripping a few times on its many unstable legs/arms-

-He thought of Beelzebub just then, as he did so She could pick it up from the creatures uncontrollable powers. she really is something -rolling hard to one side B-man got back up but slid on the smooth stone surface, to hell with his body or his life- - KAYO-KEN NI-JU BAI DAH! -AS his energy grew once more he swore to himself he wouldn't let her die by this creatures hands, while the creature charged at him once more he braced his body for the worst- Now! -the creature leapt up at him all the while howling like a banshee-

Pushing off with all his might he let off a rising uppercut, his right hand slammed into the beasts mid section causing it to almost bend in half from the force while throwing it into the air once more. With no warm up time at all B-man cupped his hands at his side then thrust his arms upwards, all the debris around him lifted upwards for a brief moment then slammed into the ground as he fired of the Denjin hadouken. The beast on the other hand formed it's own barrier and began to work it's way back down, down below B-man's energy was holding but he was loosing control as the Denjin energy was feeding off other demons in the area as well-

It was the final indignity to B-mans tortured body, the precise beam splayed outwards into a cone totally engulfing the creature in energy, in a few seconds it was pinned to the barrier unable to move from the torrent of force around it, Beelzebub saw the blast hit the barrier and immediately burst to the other side and fired her own attack, the two beams separated by the shield were able to overcome it, shattering it like glass-

-The creature gurgled painfully for only a brief moment before the sheer power being unleashed utterly destroyed its body. The barrier shattered like glass and the whole mansion area went up like it'd been hit by a small nuclear device. Beelzebub and the Arch Angels stood their ground though shielded themselves from the immense torrent of wind created by the blast. Eventually it subsided and the immortals looked ahead. Beelzebub took off forward without a word-

In the bowels of the cavern B-man's body was stuck in his firing position, his muscles locked in place unable to move. Then the wall of pain hit him full force, he cried out for his cloud but fell forward just as it arrived. He has his eyes shut the whole time as he fell onto his cloud, barely any energy was left in his body as the convulsions finally stopped and so he lay there for a bit panting -..let's...go home buddy...-he pet the cloud softly before shutting his eyes, slowly the cloud lifted off then flew away from the war zone just as Beelzebub stepped into the cavern while others joined up soon after to survey the awesome damage.

-She looked around, scanning for him, then looked up seeing the puttering cloud fly away-There! -her wings spread out and she flew after the cloud, Gabriel turned to his fellow angels- We need to make sure there's nothing left of the demons -outside Sky looked on as he watched Omega gain altitude then shoot off like a rocket, then he turned his attention to the Panthress who was just starting to come out it- easy now...-her gaze suddenly focused on him and she started snarling.-

Through the clouds though Beelzebub lost track of B-man's cloud, she couldn't sense his life force at all. Had he died before he even made it to his dojo? as she rushed ahead she found she had arrived ahead of him, then from behind she heard the sudden foot falls as B-man stepped off his cloud, but due to it being night time he couldn't make out who it was- A.. Alright, come on out-hesitating he stopped in mid step at the sight of her-..what are you doing h....here...-his vision blurred for a moment before his legs buckled and he began to fall-

-Beelzebub was like a black flash, taking hold of him before he hit the ground, Wordlessly she picked him up into her arms, turned and walked towards the dojo, opening the door with a wing and closing it behind her with the same wing before taking him to his bedroom, where carefully and gently she laid him down to tend to his wounds-
