The Traveler's Mile
derp
The man walks the lonely mile
though he's buried six feet under
he will be here for a while
his death is no peaceful slumber
The poor soul's life is said and done
his friends and family payed respects
the road ahead is not fun
for many scholars his fate perplex
through the darkness goes our traveler
the doctors could do no more
do you think he'll find a passenger
soon his brother will travel past the border
he thinks of humming a pleasant tune
as his body starts to prune
