INTRODUCTION

"Wake up get ready and get to class" every day the same routine and just like this morning, it happened the same way. It was a Monday just like any day Nicholas Hawkfrost woke up in his surprisingly Fragrant smelling clean dorm room. He had no roommate to straighten up after although it sometimes became lonely he felt Fortunate that he had peaceful room rather than having someone who would bother him while studying. The room was as he left it clean swept air freshened and everything in its place but something felt off like he was forgetting something important. Nick began his normal routine a quick shower brush his teeth and get dressed and finishing with checking how he looked. Nick was an average fox he estimated he was around 6'4 he wore glasses when he read (even though he didn't need them) soft orange fur (even though he never lets anyone touch him) and he usually wore a black polo shirt, blue denim and running shoes other than when he worked at the hotel where he wore a black tuxedo and dress shoes. Where he made his money for the week in tips and his normal pay at Snugg's Hotel. After doing this he made his way down to the chemistry lab for his first class then to his electrical engineering class when he finished he went to the kitchen and prepared his own lunch. When he Finished his classes he went to his dorm to get changed for his job.

Chapter 1

Getting ready was the easy part getting there well let's say it wasn't a walk in the park. The road was under construction from the side of the college and driving could take forever if traffic was bad and he was already running late. It seemed the only way to get there was to walk through the forested park filled with overgrown plants and trees. it was because the government had neglected to take care of it leaving it to grow wildly without any care. Quickly changing into some jogging pants (a little tight) and a white t-shirt he began running towards the park. Dark musty and a little foggy would be the way Nick described the park it was pretty dense in the park and his phone had died five minutes ago he was starting to think he was lost and if it wasn't for the faint traffic sounds he would think he was in an actual forest. The deeper he got into the forest the denser the greenery became and the dank musty smell grew stronger until it became almost nauseating he was starting to lose hope that he would ever get out of here. continuing jogging he began to hear faint voices in the distance maybe it was some park rangers or someone who could direct him towards Snuggs Hotel. As he prevailed he slowed down to a walk as the voices grew louder until he saw a faint flickering light from a fire. He peered around the tree and saw two figures standing together in front of a small body of water the firelight making it glisten he couldn't make out what they were saying but he was curious to as what they were doing out here. As he leaned closer to hear what they were saying the twig he was leaning on suddenly snapped causing him to trip out into the open. The last thing he remembered was the feeling of someone from behind him grabbing him and covering his face with a chloroform soaked rag.

Chapter 2

Waking up in a totally white room in a bed with white sheets and white lights was probably one of the scariest things that ever happened to him. Nick took in the details of the room he noticed the room was between one hundred and twenty to two hundred square feet. It contained a white dresser, table, desk, kitchen area, one door, no windows, the bed he as sitting on, a lamp sitting on the table next to the bed and a small screen at the foot of his bed. He focused on the table next to the bed there was a glass of water, a plate of bread and bowl of soup a remote and a piece of paper. Noticing this he picked the paper up and read "to whom is reading this press the silver button on the remote for an explanation" following these instructions the screen turned on and the face of an unfriendly looking tiger with an ugly scar over his muzzle appeared and said "hello there to whom I'm speaking to sorry I couldn't be there to greet you but I expected you to be awake sooner you've been asleep for the whole night and half of the day anyways back to what your here for since you have seen us we cannot let you go it would cause trouble among our worlds you will be staying here until we figure out what to do with someone will be there to escort you to us when we figure out what we're going to do Ervin out." His mind swirling with questions nick had to remind himself to calm down he just had to figure out three things. One where was he? Two how would did he get out of here? and Three how would he proceed in escaping and getting to the nearest police station? Caught in deep thought he was surprised to hear the voice of another person from the kitchen "I suggest you eat before we go cause it's going to be awhile since you eat again." Nick turned to the newcomer a snow leopard blue eyes and wearing a tight white shirt and a black jacket over it and blue jeans he didn't seem as intimidating as the tiger from earlier so he decided it was best to make him his "friend" if he could until he could figure out what was happening. picking up the plate he started drinking the soup and eating the bread occasionally watching as the leopard made himself comfortable. As he waited he felt uncomfortably awkward and decided the best way to get anywhere was to talk to him and it was also a good way to find out where he was. He asked where he was and was immediately faced with an unhappy person the snow leopard immediately turned and answered: "we'll talk after you finish and we get where we're going." Finishing the meal the leopard stood and said "follow me and please don't try anything" "I wasn't going to" "yeah that's what they all say and then they try to get away like they can really escape from here and from me" "I'm serious I won't" "yeah we'll see" the leopard roughly grabbed his arm and pulled him through the door and out of the room into a narrow brightly lit hallway wherever he was going he was sure it was going to be trouble.
