In the secret base of The Power Fur Rangers, the group explains what happened at the riot.

“That's what he told us." Terri said as she finished.telling Zolton the details.

“This will be tricky because while I agree we can use this to our advantage, we also need to be very careful. No doubt The Evil Emperor will expect this from us." Zolton said. The alarm suddenly began to sound and Klank pressed some buttons to bring up the cause on a monitor.

Aracnorok appeared on the monitor as big as a skyscraper as she stomped in the downtown area of Gold City.

“Great, a distraction." Brian remarked glumly.

“LIKE obviously." Lisa said as her feathers bristled.

“Shabot Ve Sum, Baby" They shouted as they crossed their paws in front of them making 'X' shapes then closed their eyes. They quickly opened their eyes as they extended their index and middle fingers as if they were unsheathing claws. They then clasped their paws together as if holding a ball of energy and motioned to pull their paws behind their backs.

“Power of The Black Power Fur Ranger." Zyler Shouted.

“Power of The Pink Power Fur Ranger." Lisa Shouted.

“Power of The Blue Power Fur Ranger." Brian shouted.

“Power of The Yellow Power Fur Ranger." Terri Shouted. They then motioned as if they were throwing the energy like a fireball forward. The rings they wore transformed into a gray colored goo that quickly completely enveloped their bodies. The goo hardened and became their Power Fur Ranger outfits that looked as thin as spandex but stronger than the toughest steel. The helmets they wore had blackened slots where the eyes were so they could see out of it. Their bodies seemed androgynous and the armor made it appear as if they made more muscle mass than they actually had.

The Power Fur Rangers were instantly transported to the city and they looked up at Aracnorok as she swiped at a building nearly causing it to collapse.

“We need The Lightning Zords!" The Power Fur Rangers cried out. Lightning began to form over the secret base of The Power Fur Rangers. The bolts struck the remains of their old zords where the broken parts had been configured to look like rusting statues.

The lightning had charged the broken remains and instantly transformed them into the Lightning Zords as they shone and gleamed as the lightning charged them. The Power Fur Rangers jumped aboard them.

“Remote Link engaged." Zoltan said as he took control of The Red Lion Lightning Zord. The Lightning Zords Charged forward as Aracnorok watched them approach. Aracnorok made a spider web that looked like a rope appear. She tied the ends and spun the web like a lasso.

“Let's show this bug the power of lightning." The Black Power Fur Ranger said. The Red Lion Lightning Zord jumped up high in the air and its legs and tail folded up inside the body while the head lowered to it's chest area. This formed the body of the Lightning Megazord. The Pink Sparrow Lightning Zord had its head and legs fold up into its body while the wings were spread wide. The wings attached themselves to the back of The Red Lion Body. The Yellow Kangaroo Lightning Zord formed the legs and attached to The Red Lion Body while The Blue Owl Lightning Zord transformed into the arms and attached themselves to The Red Lion Body.

Finally, The Black Wolf Lightning Zord split in half and its halves transformed into twin Zabuza swords. They spun in circles and they rose above The Lightning Megazord and they landed into the hands of it. The Lightning Megazord landed with a muffled thud and took a step forward as Lightning that was generated from the transformation struck the ground in a brilliant flash of light.

“Impressive Rangers but can you handle my webs? Your little Green friend was not so lucky." Aracnorok mocked.

“Give him back if you know what's good for you." The Blue Power Fur Ranger ordered. She laughed at his demands as she tossed the lasso but The Lightning Megazord used the twin swords to cut the lasso before it could tie it up.

“That's the best you got?" The Black Power Fur Ranger mocked.

“It's all I need for the likes of you." Aracnorok mocked. She pointed a leg at The Lightning Megazord and they looked down to see that two spiders had attached themselves one onto each leg. “Looks like your thunder is getting grounded out." The Lightning Megazord tried to kick the spiders off but they were grimly attached. They spit out strands of webbing that wrapped around the legs tying them together.

“They tied our feet together." The Yellow Power Fur Ranger shouted in panic.

“The webbing is incredibly strong. I'm not sure we can break it easily." The Blue Power Fur Ranger said as he analyzed the webbing on a monitor.

“We can't hop around all day." The Black Power Fur Ranger remarked.

“LIKE we need to get rid of these spiders otherwise they'll keep making the webs." The Pink Power Fur Ranger replied. They shifted the controls and attempted to cut the webbing and the spiders. Aracnorok threw out two more lassos made of webbing and they wrapped around the arms of The Lightning Megazord pinning them to its side.

“Ut Oh, I wish The Green Power Fur Ranger were here." The Black Power Fur Ranger remarked.

In the evil lair on the moon, The Evil Emperor watched as the energy was slowly being drained from The Green Power Fur Ranger. He was still trapped within a cocoon as small spiders crawled over it and drained his energy bit by bit.

“S-S-S The Lightning Megazord is no match for our monster." The Evil Empress said. The Evil Emperor shifted his view to watch the battle.

“Yes! With two rangers missing, it seems The Power Fur Rangers cannot stand up to us." The Evil Emperor said gleefully.

“Don't be so sure. The more you back a tiger into a corner the stronger it comes out fighting." Lion remarked unsympathetically.

“Pitiful, pitiful, pitiful, the pit is full, pitiful." Gollip said to himself as he sat on the floor hugging his stuffie that looked like Uncle Buck.

“Then what do you suggest?" The Evil Emperor asked Lion. Not that he actually cared but he wanted to see if he could get a good idea from him. Since he was a Power Fur Ranger he might reveal a weakness he could use to his advantage.

“Send the Kin to attack at a location opposite of the area where they are. It will cause them to divide their forces even more." Lion instructed. The Evil Emperor snapped his claws as he smiled evilly.

“Let's see how The Power Fur Rangers handle tactics from their former leader." He laughed.

At a local school in Gold City numerous cubs were playing in a playground that was part of the school during recess time. The Kin suddenly transported there and their appearance made the cubs and the teachers scream and cower in terror.

We got dragon faces

we got dragon teeth

when you hear us

we're loud and noisy

We're former Crows that's tough

We've got Dragon Kin Stuff

We're gonna squash you

Poor little Rangers

they can't fly, Yeah

We're gonna get you

Fear the Kin, Fear the Kin

The Kindred Power!!!

“We got trouble," The Blue Power Fur Ranger said as an alarm sounded within the Lightning Megazord and the attack appeared on a monitor.

“Attacking a school? That's low even for the Evil Emperor.

“LIKE it's obvious they're trying to get us to split our forces." The Pink Power Fur Ranger said.

“This makes no sense, we planned for this scenario. Two of us run the Lightning Megazord while two go and attack The Kin. I wonder if this is Lion's doing?" The Black Power Fur Ranger said.

“But why is he trying a predictable scenario that we've planned for?" The Blue Power Fur Ranger asked.

“He's helping us! He's trying to get us centered so we stop flopping around. He's put us in known territory." The Yellow Power Fur Ranger said.

“Blue and Pink Power Fur Rangers, you guys take care of the cubs while we handle the monster." The Black Power Fur Ranger ordered.

“Right." Both The Blue and Pink Power Fur Rangers replied then they were transported to the school.

“So what do we do? The Yellow Power Fur Ranger asked.

“Actually the monster already gave us the answer. Think about it! She mentioned grounding us out so why not use the webbing to transfer lightning bolts towards her and the spiders on our feet?" The Black Power Fur Ranger said and it took a second then The Yellow Power Fur Ranger understood.

“Give me a second, this is really The Blue Power Fur Ranger's specialty but I think I can do it too." The Yellow Power Fur Ranger said as she had adjusted the controls next to the monitor The Blue Power Fur Ranger had sat at.

The Aracnorok stepped closer and used her spider legs to swipe at The Lightning Megazord. Sparks flew everywhere from the impact of the attack.

“Ready." The Yellow Power Fur Ranger said and lightning bolts were discharged from the Lightning Megazord that ran along the webbing lassos and the webbing that bound The Lightning Megazord's feet. The spiders shook and sparks flew as Aracnorok fell to the ground and rolled away. The spiders on the Lightning Megazord's feet fell and disintegrated along with all the webbing.

“Now that's what I'm talking about!" The Black Power Fur Ranger exclaimed.

“You're Finished!" The Black Power Fur Ranger shouted. The Lightning Megazord flew up into the air with its wings spread and it lifted the twin Zabuza blades. Lightning struck the blades charging up The Lightning Megazord as the flows of energy were directed into the mouth of The Red Lion head on the chest.

“Lightning Supernova!" The Power Fur Rangers shouted together. The eyes of the Red Lion head began to glow a bright blue as the mouth opened. A ball of pure white light formed as red and yellow tiny bolts of lightning were discharged from it. The monster looked at it as the white orb was fired at it with incredible speed.

The orb struck and everything turned white as the monster crumbled into ashes as it broke apart. There was a huge explosion from the impact as the white light was blinding.

The cubs and teachers were rounded up and they fearfully sat on the ground as The Kin danced around them making sure no one tried to escape. The cubs huddled and cried out in fear as the dragon kin danced around. The teachers tried to calm the cubs by huddling over them despite being just as afraid.

The Blue and Pink Power Fur Rangers landed as they were transported to the school. The Kin stopped and turned to charge at them.

“Feeling pretty proud of yourselves that you can pick on cubs. Try picking on us!" The Blue Power Fur Ranger said as he removed his Fur Staff. He jumped at a couple of Kin with his Fur Staff extended in front of him. He quickly spun it forcing The Kin to back away from him.

The Pink Power Fur Ranger removed her Fur Bow and launched two arrows at two Kin that ran at her. They fell to the ground as an explosion of sparks were sent everywhere.

“Like ducks in a barrel," The Pink Power Fur Ranger remarked as she laughed at the fallen Kin.

“Yeah, but ducks would be tougher than these turkeys." The Blue Power Fur Rangers mocked.

“You'll pay for that ranger!" One of The Kin shouted as it struggled to stand. The Black and Yellow Power Fur Ranger transported to the school after finishing the monster off. The Kin looked in horror as they arrived and they ran then flew off towards the moon.

“That settles that but now what?" The Yellow Power Fur Ranger asked as they grouped together. The teachers were busy calming the frightened cubs but as The Power Fur Rangers

went to check on and meet the cubs they were thrilled to meet their heroes and began to cheer.

“LIKE we gotta get back to base." The Pink Power Fur Ranger whispered to The Black Power Fur Ranger.

“In a minute, the cubs need us right now." He replied.

“Interesting," The Evil Emperor remarked as he watched The Power Fur Rangers at the school as the cubs cheered and the teachers applauded.

“You're taking this calmly, my lord." The Winged Ape replied.

“This was merely a test to see how they would react. Did they get lucky or were they prepared for something like this?" The Evil Emperor asked Lion.

“Zolton trained us for such a scenario." Lion said as the slave collar forced him to be truthful.

“I thought so. I'm not that easy to deceive. The only reason you may have in the past is because I never expected Zolton's Power Fur Rangers to be devious. Now that I know you are, I'm better prepared moving forward."

“S-S-S oh please," The Evil Empress remarked as she rolled her eyes.

“Shark-Finster!" The Evil Emperor roared and the monster quickly appeared. “Have you created my new monster yet?"

“Yes Evil Emperor, It is designed exactly as you wanted it. We just need a few more items and The Power Fur Rangers will never be able to destroy it." Shark-Finster said. Lion looked at it skeptically.

“Slave, do you remember that riot your friends caused? I spoke to the leaders of it and it turns out your friends put them up to it. While you were not looking I cubnapped those two. I believe you know them as Slash and Ghoul." The Evil Emperor explained. Lion looked at the view screen and he saw Slash and Ghoul sleeping in suspended animation. Both were stripped down to their fur and skin.

“What is the meaning of this? Lion demanded. This caused The Evil Emperor to laugh maniacally.

“Monstrum Arcesse Ktanos" Shark-Finster chanted and the doll he placed on the floor began to glow then it gre until it was life sized. The monster looked to be a combination of a pig and a skunk mixed together.

The Winged Ape threw Slash and Ghoul's clothing on the floor in front of it then The Evil Emperor used his magic staff to enchant the clothing and it fused onto the monster.

“I want a cookie." It said and the fact that one of Shark-Finster's monsters could talk amazed them all.

“S-S-S what is it?" The Evil Empress asked as she glared at it.

“I'm Bwian and I want a cookie." Bwian said calmly.

“And so you shall have a cookie. You will have all the cookies of Gold City." The Evil Emperor said.

“That thing is gonna destroy The Power Fur Rangers?" Lion asked as he was ready to laugh.

“Absolutely. The reason it is infused with your friend's clothing is that once Zolton scans it he will read it as them being fused into a monster. I doubt your friends will destroy a monster if they think that it is made up of your two friends." The Evil Emperor monologued.

“You really underestimate The Power Fur Rangers." Lion remarked.

“Really? Care to put a wager on it?" The Evil Emperor asked with his eyes glowing evilly.

“Sure my friends destroy your monster and you grant me my freedom."

“And leave those two in my claws? Are you sure you want to do that?" The Evil Emperor mocked knowing what Lion would decide and the others chuckled around him as they glared at him. Lion sighed and shook his head.

“Then you will release them unharmed." Lion said.

“Done." The Evil Emperor said with finality. The group again laughed at Lion as he tugged on his collar as he felt it chafing him.

Back at the Secret Base of The Power Fur Rangers, the group stood by as Zolton congratulated them on saving the cubs and teachers. Zyler stood by uneasy despite the praise they received.

“Zyler is something wrong?" Zolton asked.

“It really doesn't feel like a victory with Tom and Lion still captured. We don't even know how to free them." He said. Brian put his wing on his shoulder for support.

“No, no, no, no, we have other problems. Uncle Buck cubnapped your friends Slash and Ghoul. when he invited them to meet him, they were captured." Klank said.

“How?" Terri asked.

“We were distracted by the monster and The Kin."

“Great, so now four of our friends are in his clutches." Zyler said glumly.

“LIKE Five if you count Nick, or Gollip, or whatever form he is in now." Lisa said.

“This is all our fault! We used them and it led to them getting captured." Brian said as he adjusted his glasses with his wing.

“Power Fur Rangers. You need to calm yourselves and think clearly. There must be a way to save them but only if we remain level headed." Zolton said.

“No, no, no, no, all this time we've been trying to force The Evil Emperor to act and each time it has cost us dearly. It might be time to let The Evil Emperor act and reverse the roles." Klank suggested.

“But our friends are in danger!" Zyler exclaimed.

“And you're letting your emotions get the better of you. It's time to try something new." Zolton said.

“Just for today I will not be angry." Terri said as she closed her eyes and bowed her head praying for her friends. “Just for today I will not worry. I will be grateful and work hard. I will be kind to all living things." She said then concluded her prayer. She noticed that the others had joined her as well. They knew the words having heard her say it numerous times as she used it as a mantra to calm herself before she meditated.

“LIKE I agree with Zolton. Maybe instead of running off half cocked we need a better defense." Lisa said.

“So now we wait?" Zyler asked. The others nodded solemnly, feeling the anxiety he was feeling. It was one of the most difficult choices they had to make but since going on the offensive had not helped then going on the defensive seemed to be their only other option.

In the hidden cave, The Green Power Fur Ranger remained trapped in the cocoon. The time spiders continued to slowly drain the energy from him. He was unaware of this as he was in a state of suspended animation just as Slash and Ghoul were.

Lion tugged on his slave collar as fear filled him. He watched as Gollip was sitting cross legged on the floor with his stuffie that looked like Uncle Buck. He was making up the voice as he pretended the toy was talking to him and yelling and cursing about The Power Fur Rangers.

Lion wondered how long until The Evil Emperor turned him into a creature just like Gollip. Would he be cursed to sit and play together with Gollip as if they were cubs? Would his friends save him? Would he ever get free? The longer he wore the collar the longer he realized that he would never be free again.
