And forgotten
merry christmas to all and to all great cheer
but do not forget others this year
at time of grieving and time of loss
for many could not bear their gross
for those who have lost a loved one this time
let us say for them this caring rhyme
Christmas, God, Jesus, Love, Marry, Poem, hope, memory, pryaer
The only part that i thought about was the rhyming though, so good luck getting something out of it.
when the apple of the eye
goes off to die,
when all you thought,
is brought to naught,
it is the feeling of pride
that actually commits suicide.
Passion, Poem, Poetry
rhyme scheme: aba cbd efe gfh
remember me?
the one who sat at the back of the class,
the one who talk seldom alone,
the one who looked out across the glass--
remember me?

#3 of rhyming and other stuff
a poem about abandonment
there is a moment
in which time may go
first it moves so fast
and then it moves so slow
an experience of life
a pain, a knife in the heart
a wound so deep
when your love is torn apart
Love, unrequited
The couplets are in iambic pentameter and trochaic tetrameter with masculine rhymes. i feel the turn at the end is sudden, but overall i'm happy with this one.
will the **trance** follow **up** with a **fitt** ing comm **and**?
Hypnosis, Otter, Poetry
Simple plan to sleep
my rest-full face, i can't seem to keep
eyes stare into time, never finding interest for more than a moment eternal
so, with blurred eyes, i write again in my digital journal
another page & time
another set of words that seem to rhyme
Poem, Short Story, slice of life, thought
#4 of rhyming and other stuff
_wherever i go_
a cupboard full of memories
items of past long gone
someones glasses are standing there
as a monument to what moved on
_wherever i stay_
remembering to forget
while thoughts return, return
Poetry
I get a rhyme or rhythm in my head some times, or maybe it's just all the old, bad memories
from... from...gasps
a literature class.

In Time

In Memory Of Shane.
You used to walk beside me,
But now you're ever still,
You lived life to the fullest,
But now you've had your fill,
And sitting by the stone,
The marker of your head,
I'm crying here...

Farewell My Friend
(05/22/2018)
In Memory of Shane.
Farewell to you, friend,
It has come to an end,
But not due to hate,
You were stolen by fate,
The pain that I feel,
Is all that is real,
From the loss of this friend,
My heart may...

Nowhere to run -
Nowhere to hide -
Out only to have a little fun,
Then it's back to the grind.
You can't keep me around forever
The burden that is you weighs a ton -
It's a miracle my back is still intact
From caring for you - Remind...

Enough to move forward, keep eyes only toward the floor
to not see what any able can
to defy commonality among the many, a fellow human
speaking from points of view long taken before my time
i seek only comfort, presentation, understanding among each rhyme
